    My mum actually finished this show on NF. She did say it was kind of slow. But seems like local viewers find this inspirational. hahahahah inspired to do what I wonder? They won something for being handsome ahahahah

    This theory keeps floating on my TL...I am like how is this possible? So are you saying poor Hae In supposedly had a "still birth" and they told her the baby died and the sis-in-law some how stole the baby from her. Are we trying to top the KBS weekend / daily dramas ?

    I realised he has a few ML roles from 2021 which I will try after Blossom is over. This turned out pretty hot! I finished this show too and thought for a 10 min per epsiode show , it did well with the plot & romance. No time was wasted. Ending was a tad rushed though

    Imagine me right now - every single oppa love of mine in all the 3 kdramas I'm watching are the villains. This is the problem - I always like all these actors that tend to take on such roles. So more crazy things will happen

    I don't know about quality drama since this show was abit of a snooze fest. But the men are handsome. . Wang Xing Yue looks so good and he looks older than Lei Lei though he's not.

    hellloooo....didn't start Hide. The only kdrama I like at the moment is Queen of Tears. I am also watching Nothing Uncovered which is getting quite interesting though the FL annoyed me at the start.

    I just finished eps 5 @peperomia. And the drama has finally gotten my full attention because things aren't really what they seem. And you are right - this is not just a crime of passion. I know the drama is hinting that the psychiatrist is the other woman that SWJ is seeing, but I am not sure if this looks like a loving relationship or that she has something on him.... I agree with your chain of thought in your 2nd post. Zeus in particular seemed rather concerned if she would continue. Everything that is happening now is linked somehow to her father's investigation. At one point I was a tad annoyed that she would reveal so much in her counselling session to her psychiatrist. I don't know if I would tell so much information relating to a criminal case even if the psychiatrist is not supposed to reveal any private information. Very fortunate that Kim Tae Heon has given her the heads up about the coat or she would have still be in the dark. Now I look forward to her exposing the truth.

    She lost too much weight and would not be surprised if she had some work done. I miss how healthy she looked in some of her earlier dramas. Same...people were dropping the drama because of this . But I also think they could be just anti JJY folks . When I first saw this , I was so shocked that it had taken him so long to be here. He was the ML in a post republican drama last year which I am trying to watch called Unshakeable Faith. I read on MDL that the show was a sleeper hit of sorts. He plays a completely different sort of character ( a gentle and intelligent Mathematician ) and he was good in the few episodes I saw. I have yet to continue due to time and partly because there's some propaganda in it. His acting is so refined & I love all his subtle expressions. I kept thinking where has this actor been all my life. Oh just realised he was the ML here with Zhang YuXi. Maybe after I finish both their respective dramas (She's with Wang ZiQi on Guess Who I Am right now), I will check this out. Edit to add: https://mydramalist.com/75103-when-the-darkness-falls

    Yes this gives me hope. I was so agitated seeing all the plotting going on when they were away. Is grandpa's girlfriend part of EunSeung's gang? Could she be his mother since apparently she had a child before this? As to Soo Cheol's child, I think the wifey wouldn't be able to fake the pregnancy but maybe he is not the dad.

    @peperomia did you watch eps 3 ? I thought this was very interesting episode especially now that they have disclosed that Seol Woo Jae indeed had the affair with dead actress , and possibly more than one woman too . But I still have my reservations about him killing her simply because there are too many people who would seem to want her dead. The father of the baby , who could be her sponsor and that politician , is also a likely candidate. I was hoping though that even if he had the affair , he wouldn't be such a first class jerk. Blaming your wife for the loneliness & infidelity is quite unforgivable. Anyway, I am still up for any sort of plot twist. So far Detective Kim has been a pretty sharp cop though I was wondering if he was a tad emotional while interrogating SWJ . It feels like he may have unresolved feelings for Jung Won. Whether these are positive feelings ( affection) or negative ones ( since I think she may have indirectly caused the death of his partner) , can't tell. It will be interesting to see if he can be objective in his investigations now that she is going to be on the suspect list too. Talking about Jung Won, I wasn't as annoyed this episode though the drama reminded me about her silly rookie mistake at the end of the 60minutes. If she had just reported the situation there and then , would she be in such a bind now. But of course there would be no story to tell then. Also , would the plot twist be that she is really the killer? That would be something unexpected. I understand there were two episodes last night , though I only saw one on the site I used.     This drama feels heavier. The writer seems keen to send out a message on why marriages breakdown - the communication issues they face, the differences in values , the meddling by family. Of course it is a lot more exaggerated since it is drama but it is not far from the truth either. They gave her a death sentence to start with, and the chances of her overcoming that is 50-50. Say there's a miracle where her life is concerned. But after the ending of eps 6, I don't know if the marriage will survive unless he regains her trust and both commit to counselling. So sad this ending for eps 6

    @themarchioness @UnniSara @SilverMoonTea I caught 3 episodes . I have yet to feel fully invested though the episodes were more humorous than I expected. LGX is handsome as always and has such an unusual character - I kind of like how he's such a tease. I am not sure if I can understand where the plot is headed and I am generally not a fan of dramas that involve mythical creatures/ gods as their main leads. Anyhow I will watch a few more episodes and see. I don't really quite see the so called fire chemistry many seem to say though it is decent. I know they worked on Princess Agents together so I am guessing a lot of fans from then are watching with great anticipation. I just wonder if it's because the expressions are so affected by this extreme filter they use on the scenes and on their face. LOL...

    I really liked how things panned out ...no wonder KSH says episode 5 was such an important episode. I felt a breakthrough for this couple - all the pain, hurt, bitterness can finally now be addressed. If only time will by her side. My favourite bit ...even more than the kiss ( which was very nice too) (tweet was removed by OP) I think I am like @mademoiselle, I enjoy watching the MLs get emotional and shed some tears! Oh I have to add that as terrible as EunSung is with all his scheming , the grandfather's girlfriend scares me more. Did you all see how good her aim was throwing that kitchen appliance at the CCTV?!

    I think we all expected this given how Hae In tends to put on a defence mechanism to shield herself. She was trying to protect her own fragile heart but I think she forgot it’s their baby not just hers . He was grieving too .

    Yes it does have that sort of vibes. Both are on different "assignments" to deceive the other so it is plenty of fun. Like it so far till episode 5. Pace is quick too.

    Oh yes...he gives me the creeps but good job by the actor. I have been so focused on In Blossom which has been fantastic, that I almost forgot about Wang ZiQi's new drama. Have watched all 5 episodes and it is super fun. Are you watching this by any chance? cc @40somethingahjumma

    I share this same thought that you put in the spoiler. Too early in the story and everything falling in place so conveniently for the cops to find out makes it even more suspicious. The psychiatrist she sees also gives me weird vibes. Misty is one of my favourite dramas and I was hoping this would be similar ...but I don't feel the same sort of suspense. Regardless, I will continue this since I want to know if JangSeungJo is truly the murderer. I was thinking it would be interesting if my other oppa Yeon Woo Jin (the Detective) is somehow a bad guy too . That would be a real plot twist since he has such a kind and honest face. I am still annoyed with her in eps 2 but I just watch her scenes without both my oppas at 1.5 speed. I have watched this actress in a number of shows and usually quite okay with her. But here as a supposedly badass reporter ...I just don't feel it and her chemistry with both the MLs feels lacking.

    I will be so mad if there is a S2 ....I was hoping this ends at eps 8 or even 10. To think I still have 4 more to go.......okay I know I could drop it but this is rarely my style especially when I have already passed the half-way mark.

    Anyone watched this week’s yet? I saw spoilers & wahh there was a kiss & lots of development. I am assuming that Ji Han knows about DoHan being gay right? And that the marriage is just a contract?
