  1. Funnily I saw a cut of VIU C-subs, it translated it to as I understood from Korean "as much as the stars in the sky". God knows why the E-subber decided to change it. Another point to note is also the preview saying she finished the King's potrait next episode. From how many episodes are still left, their attempt to seal Mawang is definitely going to fail for the first time. And in desperation to save her love, which is Haram, that's when her divine power will awake. Yeah, he's nobody. However I think it's the entitlement they have from being born in a high social status family (be it royalty, yangban [noble] or chaebol). I feel like I've always come across such character when they are royalty or rich LOL. I think Haram is more like the DareDevil (he's blind too, lol)
  2. Episode 6 I just realise with Jin Young now joins Yumi's Cells, it is going to be insanely hard to find stuff via hashtags on Twitter now! > <" Good god, Jin Young looked sooooooooooo good in there! Poor Jin Young was looking like this at first in Yumi's eyes. ... but when it transformed into Jin Young, it did make me go → hahahahaha! Also I had a good laugh at Jin Young's cross-dressing, bwahahahaha Totally didn't expect that. Anyway, another good episode although my blood boils whenever Sae Yi appears on screen. She's such a conniving character! As for the wedding photo, ABH has a good physique, this guy looks short & tiny (suit doesn't look fitting) for being Ahn Bo Hyun isn't it? @ktcjdrama The news reported this to be multiple seasons but this season, ABH is definitely the male lead.
  3. @ktcjdrama Spoilers from Webtoon https://yumis-cells.fandom.com/wiki/Babi_Yoo
  4. She can sit on his lap to kiss kiss In Sunbae, they did really well with most of the kiss scenes. Won Jin Ah got to sit on Rowoon's lap. Another scene Rowoon lifted her up and put her on the pole thingie and they kissed. Hehehehehe the PD just have to be very creative to overcome the height difference else Rowoon will be out of the screen
  5. Episode 5 JH was down when I wanted to rant about this episode yesterday and then later I was going to let it go but HCCC got me all rile up again because they had a similar scene. It was the scenes where Yumi's single friend was being pushy about Yumi's love life. I hated seeing Yumi trying so hard to prove she has a boyfriend to these friends. On other note, I was relating so much to Yumi forcing herself to walk and eat less to lose weight causing Hunger Cells being so upset. My Hunger Cell is also wailing. Ugh, covid fats go away please! I also relate to how tired / unmotivated of Yumi to even put on a facial sheet mask (that's so me). Hahahaha! In the beginning the show explained to us that everyone has a dominant cell and Yumi's is Love Cell. When she is in love, she puts the person she loves in the top 1 priority. I do think that's not the right thing to do. She herself should be Top 1 no matter what. I hope at the end of the show/webtoon, these are the experiences she went through to get there. @ktcjdrama If I remember correctly from the summary I read, in the webtoon Bobby and his girlfriend just split up and he still has a ring on at the time of meeting Yumi. Bobby sounds awesome in the beginning but the writer killed his character later on. --- The dark side don't have episode 8 yet!
  6. Episode 13 The "happy" episodes lasted longer than I've expected. And we're finally heading towards the angst. @abs-oluteM I think there will be a time jump (at least a year) coz it seems like a foreshadowing scene where we were informed Doo Shik made alcohol for Hye Jin (which she puts her name on) and it'll take a year to be ready. The aegyo has toned down tremendously in this episode, actually I don't think there is any. Their honeymoon period is officially over! This episode had more focus on the other Gongjin couples too. I was crying a little for Hwang Jeong and ex husband's story. I was feeling upset for Yoon Kyung when she broke down in frustration—her outbursts are pretty relatable and realistic for a woman who lost herself after becoming a mother, a wife and a pregnant lady. I enjoyed the bit between Ji PD and his assistant PD too. Having baby at Hye Jin's house is the most unrealistic of this episode which FF through. I'd expect all the grandmas to be at the scene and someone boiling hot water etc. The most infuriating scene of this episode had to be Hye Jin's classmates. Yumi's Cells happened to have exactly the same kind of scenario too this week. And even more infuriating is both drama's protagonists were desperate to prove to these judgmental airheads that they have a boyfriend. Are we to take that this is how SK's society works? Because these kind of unhealthy human beings aren't worthy to stay in contact with at all. Doo Shik was a good sport in going to golf with them but I really dislike Hye Jin listing out Doo Shik's credentials to appease to those ladies. As we can see, he wasn't comfortable about that and Hye Jin really doesn't need stamp of approval from these women. With Hye Jin wanting to know everything about Doo Shik, it's understandable; however, does everyone need to tell their current partner everything about their pasts without keeping some things private to themselves? Doo Shik's trauma I do believe is some thing he must eventually share with Hye Jin and that in due time, he will. From preview of episode 14, it seems like someone is giving advice (to Hye Jin?) some things are difficult to say and drawing from this statement, I do (want to) believe it was just difficult for Doo Shik to talk about it, even though it's Hye Jin and maybe especially Hye Jin. P.S. The scene before Doo Shik spouted out "I'm sorry", Kim Seon Ho's trembling lips and tears had me
  7. What did you have to come up with for your own explanation? I'm still trying to think what is the significant message this movie is trying to convey. In terms of storyline, it's not exactly something refreshing or different than what we have not seen. If the movie is giving me a normal youth romance between ZYX and CC, I'd have enjoyed it more even though it was something special. However that's not the case at all. Also, is the School and teachers that invasive? I'm really appalled and would hate the teacher for putting me on the spot in class like that. All things aside, I really liked the relationship/friendship CC and ZYX had formed. I was also pretty impressed with how extravagant the party venue look. Why did Wu Lei has to make himself really vomit? It would have been convincing enough that he just "acted" vomitting. Did he have to dig his throat to cause vomitting or...? I get he probably wants the true/real visual of him sweating and in pain. I was a bit sad that he was slapped so hard that he lost his hearing. Hahaha movies with pets always get me. I'd be flooding the house when I watch it. I have A Dog's Journey in my to watch list in Netflix and I haven't touched it yet. xD I can still cry every time I watch Hachi (Richard Gere).

  9. @SilverMoonTea You keep wanting to change boyfriends I got his character from Pretty Noona. Meh.
  10. Beef Bourguignon / Red Wine Stew Beef I'm salivating over this! @bairama @Dhakra @SilverMoonTea Would you cook this at home? I'll try to make this one of these days. Now that I've a bigger fridge, I can make and freeze them so I don't have to eat it for weeks.
  11. @abs-oluteM Hahaha I think it's so cool he ate the Mi Goreng the fans gave him. Talking about Lee Je Hoon and Ramyeon... remember how he travels to the future and bought instant noodles back for himself and Shin Min Ah in Tomorrow, With You. He's trouble now I reckon. Now that he openly says that, mi goreng will start pouring in for him as fans' gifts. He's going to so sick of it soon. Or he could give away to others xD @SilverMoonTea I'd think it had to be Indomie Mi Goreng, isn't it? That's like the most famous worldwide. @Tofu @abs-oluteM I finished Upcoming Summer. I can't say I like the movie but I think the female lead is quite good and natural. I won't say more, let's just say I was ...
  12. @Chocolate Hahaha I saw the video. It's shocking people want him to take them to the rest room! P.S. All models go nude in the backstage for a runway show.
  13. Oh ma god, are they still doing Hye Jin's bucket list? @abs-oluteM
  14. @Tofu I did one following your way! Question... what usually is your settings for "Save for Web"? P.S. I got to the end and then got stuck for a while because the frames were set to "Automatic" so I click many times and didn't see the "Do not dispose" option. Even Google it to see where I find that. Eventually it was by luck that I click again and it came out! --- I'm watching Wu Lei's Upcoming Summer on Netflix. Anyone seen it yet? I'm just in the beginning and LOL at Zheng Yu Xing looking all blur when the Teacher said they were dating. BTW, how can the teacher shame them in front of the whole class!
  15. Yeah GKP at that time not sure going through something and he was also stressed about taking care of their finance, lol. They spent a bit too much in the beginning. Bo Gum had a lot of "accident", lol. Smashing the car scene was hilarious. Since then every time he drives in drama it reminded me of it and wonder if his driving got better. It almost felt like we saw the real Taek in YoF in Africa. In R88, Taek couldn't parallel park After that JY took on the responsibility of driving all the way and there was one scene I felt a bit sorry for him coz he was sooooo tired and he just went dead without showering and AJH wiped his dirty feet for him and he doesn't even know. But I felt it was all worth it when they got to Victoria Falls. OMG, the view was magnificient! I'd love to be there one day to witness this wonderful nature myself.
  16. @ktcjdrama No more kisses the fringe is back down again. === Episode 11-12 I'm confused too how Woo Soo's power suddenly increase. I had thought perhaps his power was borrowed by Grandma Myo Shim but it seems like he retained the power after she left too. So perhaps he originally already has this power and was awaken after meeting Doo Shim. However, I think it'd have been nice that this little part was better explained. Anybody able to explain the function of the rope with talisman on? My ears didn't hear wrong right? Doo Shim was spouting a lot of F bombs (18) in recent episodes except she said it very differently from what I'm used to. Homework completed. Sweet and short. Not exactly how I'd preferred it because most of the time it takes a while for the characters to grow on me and in this instances, by the time I've warmed up to them, we've reached at the finale. I sincerely hope to see Nam Da Reum officially headline his own drama soon. I'm also hoping the next one is a more in-depth story and not of supernatural genre. The 8th Night and this drama were supernatural. I've yet to find source for his movie The Sinkhole too. I think Kim Sae Ron already has something lined up... can't remember what.
