  1. Is the series 夜情對象? Any link that is horizontal instead of mobile friendly? It's quite funny. First he grabbed her and carried her to the bed, then he moved his hand and she crossed her arms over her chest like some scared V 😂. But he's like some schizo. Threw her out of the car and then demanded she get back in. I like a forceful man but he seems a real MCP/B*** too lol.
  2. I'm actually quite worried about whether I will like this drama. It looks like it follows very closely to the book, and I thought the dialogue was dull, and it is a LOT of romance, intimate scenes between the couple. Cross fingers that it is well done.
  3. Good question. I think it is not very clear yet. In addition, what events are considered "inevitable"? Obviously, as Ji Won changes her actions, some things will not be the same. It was quite shiok to watch Ji Won tell Su Min she didn't like her anymore! Then she went off to cry about it to Ji Hyuk, and again when she caught the 2 making out 🙄 I get that she is a GOOD person and would feel sad about confirming that her long relationships meant nothing. But I think if my husband and BF had an affair and killed me, I would not have any feelings for them anymore, except despise. So this feels very artificial. 😂 That brings to mind the question, do you play hard to get so the man continues to be interested, afterall once sampled the man loses interest. Or put it out so that he loves it so much he cannot do without? Min Hwan is a real b******. He never had any real intentions with Su Min. For some reason, he only wants to marry Ji Won. Is it only for money? If so, then Su Min owning those stocks may be useful lol. Didn't Ji Won fight her for it? After Su Min snatched the flag, she was stunned for awhile, then fought back. They didn't show who actually won. Ji Hyuk is good to the extreme 🙄 He wanted Ji Won to have a nicer memory of the 2nd proposal, though why that matters eludes me. Who cares about how nice the proposal is if you don't like the man right? But maybe to Ji Won, she remembers that event as from Ji Hyuk instead. The ring is fake. I think the subtitles mention "cubic". The pacing of this drama is quite good. Things are revealed faster than anticipated. Hope it continues well for the last 8 episodes.
  4. Haha, someone recommended it earlier so I tried. I really liked the fighting scenes. Very stylish and exciting. But 40 episodes is probably too much. The first half was very slow. I liked all the pairings and the 6Realm group. Then they all died This writer is not nice!
  5. But Mgr Kim and Min Hwan ARE stupid lol. Yes, I think snatching Min Hwan from Ji Won is a motivating factor. Despite her scheming nature, she has a contract job and is not well off, so 没有见过大世面 - to her, Min Hwan is already attractive. She seemed quite impress by him when he was pretending to know wine and buying her a meal at the expensive steak restaurant.
  6. Ep7 explained more about the time travel and why Ji Won decided to find a replacement. Quite well explained. The conclusion is if something is meant to happen, it is inevitable. But someone else can suffer that consequence instead. Thus, the reason for a replacement. I don't like it when the character is all noble and self-sacrificing. Why didn't Ji Hyuk tell Ji Won that he had also died. She has good observations and could have found a way out for him too, like she did for herself. Granted, he is a GOOD person so he wouldn't want someone else to die in his stead. But her father sent him back to protect her and to make her happy - why would he do that if he was going to die and make her sad🙄 That's a good idea! Maybe instead of Su Min, the husband will die instead - he gets cancer then drives off and bam! Park Min Hwan wants a wife with money. Maybe that will be another + for Su Min in his eyes!
  7. @mademoiselle I bet you thought I dropped this but I actually finished it hahahah! Though not with much interest. After the first few episodes, the plot went nowhere, the secretarys' romance and the 3 office staff scenes were all super cringy. There was just a sweet couple to watch. I find that she is more the Devil than God. Which God sends you to hell after granting your wish? I treat her as some mythlogical God that is immortal rather than the religious God who is supposed to be good. The character is also contradictory - first she says not all things are within her control, also depends on fate etc etc. Then she brings Guwon back to life. If it was so easy, she could have done it right from the start instead of making them go through all the stuff in between 🙄 And the fact that he stays a Demon is also not ideal. When she reaches the end of her life, what is he to do? Wait for her next reincarnation? 😂
  8. Is this a drama of attrition? So many deaths these few episodes 😢. At ep36. Edit: Finished. Aiyo.
  9. I was thinking, who goes chasing girls by emphasizing he is a good person! Don't girls like bad boys? 😂 I'm not sure if this is a good idea. It's like trying to influence her to choose him becuase her father chose him 🤔...
  10. @Tofu that’s just like Clarke Kent vs Superman! 😂 The Christopher Reeve version because NIW is also not very buff and super tall hahaha.
  11. Yes indeed! The 2nd pic looks like he has a lot more hair! Oh dear, and he is only 40 years old! He looks so much older in this drama. Yes, I don't see why he should assume he will die in 10 years, but think Ji Won will not - doesn't make sense. There are some things in the drama that doesn't gel but can overlook it. Do you think maybe Eun Ho and Ji Hyuk's sister could be end up together?
  12. Borrowing @Tofu's gif - is that the extent of the makeover? Just a parting in the hair? 🙄😂 So far, these first few episodes have been surprisingly entertaining. Even the boyfriend and the best friend are watchable - usually we should be hating them. Instead, they are quite funny in a cheesy/cringy way haha. Maybe it's because the plot is moving along nicely. I am interested to see how she will fight back to make her life better. And they now know each other's secret - so fast! For Na In Woo, this is the best role I have watched him in (but I've only watched Longing For You and Mr Queen with him). He comes across much better here then in LFY, the role suits him.
  13. @SilverMoonTea Maybe this is a new tactic - let's be real cosy and everyone won't think it's real 🤣
  14. Really? I thought he had an old man hairstyle, with the hair comb back without parting 😂 But I think he has a makeover coming... cue NBA music. Just finished ep4.
  15. Woah, that's true! Maybe got potential, but not together yet. Zilch! 😂 It's a bit like Elvis Han for you. There's nothing to watch. Plus what there is, he's not a very good actor 🤣 His Youtubes are also boring - I don't why he's like marketing vacuum cleaners and such 😂 But I have to say during his Problematic Men days, when he was younger, tan and great haircut, he looked pretty hot... that seems all gone now 😅
  16. Haha. Then he will be so small I might as well watch him on TV hahaha. This is a small theatre. Only about 1,000 pax but seats are very comfortable. But since standing only, maybe can fit more people. I'm surprised he has that many fans in Singapore. Will read the news to see if the theatre will be full.
  17. I went to NZ and came back cured! I'm also not paying $200+ to stand! 😅 Standard: THE GENERAL (STANDING): S$258 THE HEALER (STANDING): S$228 THE MAGE (SEATED): S$128 THE ARCHER (SEATED): S$98 Ticket Entitlement
  18. Hmmm, not much online. 2nd time working together. They play a fake married couple. They say themselves that they are close friends. Here's a clearer video. At 4.14, they are sitting quite closely and angled to each other. Also a few parts they were sharing some laughs between them. You don't see her with KWB like that. Here at 28.00, you see the part where he notices she was crying. But unlike the tweet which seemed to show that he was looking at her from the side, he actually only turned to her when a staff brought tissues to her. He seemed more curious/amused that she was crying instead of lover-like concern, especially as he looked at KWB too. So I think, they are close friends. For now. If they were together, they wouldn't be so obvious, unless both are the kind that doesn't mind the public knowing. But, they obviously like each other as friends, so there is potential! Have I covered all my bases so I could be right whatever happens? 😂 I sooooo understand this! Late last year, I was also in a drama slump and only wanted to watch reality. I even watched Physical 100! But I drew the line at Singles Inferno hahaha.
  19. @SilverMoonTea must think I'm a fairygodmother or something 😂 But since I seem to have a reputation, let me do some research first. I haven't even watched a drama with your oppa! 😅
  20. @mademoiselle The problem with GC is there is too much talking sometimes. When it is a critical time and their lives are at stake, they start talking about their feelings for each other and bickering! 🙄 I'm like, go go go! Hahaha, not here. He shouldn't have taken this role. It was very minor. Hahaha, you're right! In my defence, I did try for Duel - the problem is it is only available on the dark site and picture is not sharp. I will try it again once I can get chromecast or the smarttv to show this properly, ahem. It's really strange. It was 7 ep. Then we had to wait for the last 3 ep. There's a S2 coming this year.
  21. The one played by Sung Hoon is an idiot. At that height and speed, even if he landed on the net, he would have gone straight through it. There is zero chance of survival haha. Hahaha, noooooooo... I barely have time to watch TV these days. It's a new year so please, no new oppas to distract!
  22. Which GC scene did you watch until? Some of those DG lives is meant to just torment him lol. What could he do to survive as a baby! Haha.
  23. I think Yi Jae committed suicide as the white collar guy. He had already gotten his revenge against Tae-U but had not learnt his lesson yet. He just wanted to get the remaining lives over with quickly. So he ran out to die. Of course, this decision only reinforced his thoughtlessness, as he was when he first jumped off the building. I think the purpose of the 12 chances was to let him discover that suicide hurt others. After the white collar guy, he said he would just kill himself quickly again and there's nothing Death can do about it. She taunted him and said let's see how easy you can do that. He didn't get it until he became his mum. Then he understood her despair at his death, and how her life was even tougher than his, but she lived on for him. So on one hand, he probably couldn't bear to kill his own mum, and on the other, perhaps it was penance for the suffering he brought her. He lived as his mum for 30 years, and surely it was not a comfortable life (but that last place she was at sure had very good scenary haha). That is a very long time. In this way, he won because that was Death's goal all along. For him to understand that his suicide was selfish. So he got another chance at his own life again instead of going to hell. Death Game is a better quality drama. But GC was quite entertaining too. I watched both and enjoyed them. In fact, I'm looking forward to GC season 2!
