  1. This is actually very interesting... I wish there is one with subtitles? Having a hard time understanding what she is saying. I guess they dare not mention Indonesia anymore, for fear of very bad rating by the Indonesian viewers Go check Racket Boys rating on Google, completely destroyed by the 1-star rating from Indonesian audience. @mademoiselle I can't see any of the pictures you posted They're just not displaying... I am going with MDL's synopsis ~ “Queen of Tears” will tell the miraculous, thrilling, and humorous love story of this married couple, who manage to survive a crisis and stay together against all odds. Keyword being "miraculous", which means, there will be a miracle and Hae In will not die so soon! Was waiting for it too!! I had suspected it was not Hyun Woo, and wondered if there's an editing error because the Mercedes was at right side, yet Hyun Woo (with Hae In) kept checking the right side of his car. Then the quick turn with help of the big truck.... But it was still a great execution of the twist , especially with the crashing of those orange separators.
  2. Prepare tissues before starting ep.11... They sure earned a lot of my tears. Half an hour in and I have to stop go wash my face... Not done with the episode yet.
  3. I agree with you both. Love love ep.10. Especially the unexpected ending that beats the cliche, and lovely epilogue which tells us how Hae In made up her mind about what to do. This is so funny. She kept pushing him away, drawing boundaries, yet she is the one doing all the wifey thing Minding the little scratches on his face, sending him off for work. You're divorced, no need to do those things, Hae-in... I personally think he should win it out of all the other actors. I love NGM more than KSH, but he really is delivering so well in this drama. Yes! I was fist pumping when she did that. That's the way to go about being threatened or blackmailed. Let's die together, not me alone... haha... I really love this pairing so much. Both are so great in their art. They complement each other so well. It's been a while my shipping heart has rested, and they made me want to sail a ship again...
  4. What kind of hospital allow the patient card to print out confidential info just by you confirming with a click of a button that you're the patient, without entering any password? Is Eun Sung going to make Hae In marry him in exchange for Grandpa's safe return to the family?
  5. This drama is successful in making me go back and forth between "he loves her more", "no, she loves him more", "no, no, he loves her more", "no, no, no..."
  6. Arrrgh... I am behind with the drama... Not reading comments yet to avoid spoilers. Will try to catch up asap. Just finished ep.6... Gosh the ending made me cry. The expression of both Hyun Woo (KSH) and Hae In (KJW) were so on point with the buildup of happiness and excitement then suddenly "BAM!" everything fell apart.
  7. Love this one too I suspect the family never found out about the miscarriage. I really like this touch although it's such a cliche. I wonder if Hae In ever knew about it since she must recognise her music player. Sigh... I wish he's just a third-party in the romance department. @abs-oluteM I prefer to still be able to like/pity him, instead of hating him. But of course, why cast him if the role is simply that. Didn't expect revenge plot here. I guess Queens must've something to do with him ending up at the orphanage? Or maybe it's just simply a case of jealousy. My elder brother commented too pointing to a pic of KSH in a magazine ~ How is this considered good looking? Good thing he did that at home, away from and not heard by any KSH's fans. Btw, he received the most flowers in MDL, making him the most loved actor there.
  8. Aiyaaa... why Park Sung Hoon playing villain again.... why does it seem that they never consummated their marriage? I'm still at the beginning of ep.3.
  9. Finished both episodes. Enjoying them so far... I like that they sprinkle some comedy in this drama. That part where Hyun Woo want to spill the secret of his way out of the marriage to his friend so unnecessary to meet up with the car at a different spot when he could just whisper to his friend there and then at the diner. I once heard an illustration (on managing family conflict) about a DIL who hated her MIL and sought help. The person gave her "poison" to put in the MIL's meal daily to slowly poison her to death, on one condition that she must pretend and be nice to the MIL to the max no matter how she hated her. She obeyed and through the course of time, their relationship improved tremendously and she came to love the MIL. Then she panicked because she thought her DIL is dying, only to be told that the "poison" wasn't really poison, just some vitamins. I kept thinking this drama is going to be kind of like that, haha... Hyun Woo pretending to love her and then both rediscover their initial feelings and love. The characters are interesting so far. Only not enjoying the Aunt from prison part. Not getting the character but I believe she will be the person from the Hong family to be on Hyun Woo's side later on. I get you and want to know more too. It seems that they're going to show it little by little through the epilogues.
  10. Coming, coming....!! I promise I will start tonight. I've been soooo busy lately. Can you believe I'm only watching one drama now?!? Really miss hanging out in JH and being lost in dramaland....
  11. Yes yes... I am up to date with the drama, and have stuff to say, but just that I'm becoming busy again that I don't have time to write long comments. How I miss those days where I can watch 6-8 dramas I'm down to only watching 1-2 dramas now, I think... wait, with Marry My Husband ending, I am actually left with this one that I'm still watching but I did finish Killer Paradox somehow last week.
  12. That's how I would explain it too, haha... Same goes for Queen In-hyun's Man, the last episode where everyone complained about the handphone. I agree fully with above. The drama with GJP I only remembered the sofa kiss, haha... Nah... I don't like how they styled NIW for the wedding scenes. Why do guys usually look less dashing when they dressed up for their own wedding? Too much work on the hair usually. I have seen IRL countless guys who look handsome on any ordinary day, but somehow look so nerdy for their wedding day... sigh... Overall, it was a nice wrap-up. I like how they bring us back to the present by showing montages of milestones in their married life.
  13. I agree. I actually think it's the best episode. Watching MinHwan and SuMin is more interesting, lol...
  14. Glad I am not the only one losing interest at ep.13... Still not able to finish it. Yes, the ex-fiancee definitely made me lose interest to watch. I read that the actress is BoA, queen of kpop. Don't know her. I guess I should persevere too since there are only 3 more episodes left. She is the main role in Devilish Joy. Very good chemistry with Choi Jin Hyuk.
  15. Watched this yesterday... Ending of ep.2 left me in tears. I am so glad Haneul's mother was quick to realise what matters more and restore the relationship to what it's supposed to be. Looking forward to how the story will progress from here. I like that they found each other at the lowest point of their lives. Though at loggerheads initially, I'm sure they will become each other's strongest support.
  16. @mademoiselle I actually don't understand why Ji Won still hanging around Min Hwan and Su Min. I know she explained it as what is bound to happen will happen, but that theory (rule of the game) is so confusing because then why she and Ji Hyuk are given a second chance at all, IF they cannot really change what is going to happen. "Marry my husband" ~ meaning marriage will still need to happen for Min Hwan, not for Ji Won then? Or, whatever event that happened to her, will happen anyway, she just needs to deflect it. So that means she will still get married, can she just choose a different groom then? Anyway... I have many other questions as well, but have decided am not going to think much about them. Will just continue watching for fun.
  17. I think there's some kind of conspiracy that's keeping Yoon Park from landing a male lead role.... Many people have been waiting forever to see him in a lead role.
  18. Definitely the latter imo... otherwise she doesn't need to stick around Ji Won at all. She knows she could not manipulate other people as well as she does Ji Won. I thought so too I much prefer him in this kind of calmer role to his explosive character in Longing For You.
  19. Yes I have finished it @abs-oluteM And yes, it's worth watching @JenL Yes I love the exhibition too... though I wonder, without publicity, who will come for the exhibition? I wish they show people coming to see the exhibition, even if it's just the nearby residents.
  20. Lovely ending... though the ending of 15 and beginning of 16 made me shed some tears. I really appreciate the drama is not stingy with the kisses, all placed at appropriate occasions. Love many of the wardrobes too. All in all, I am very happy to have watched this, especially the cute eye-candy couple. Ship, ship, ship... except that Song Kang is serving in the army now, sigh... I totally agree with your every word above!
  21. You guys won't believe it... I'm all caught up Binged it at one go. The story actually quite interesting, and I like the pacing and the way the story is told. There are some illogical stuff, but not enough to distract me from the fun of watching. Haha... probably something happened in the future that made Ji Won thought he is a bad person? So this time round he needs to drill it into her that he is a good person... So I guess we're staying in 2013? the pics not showing on my laptop...
  22. Ep.14 was not too bad in terms of the tears shed, haha... Honestly I was getting very tired of Yong Pil's father holding the grudge towards Samdal's mother. By right, they were sworn sisters first, and they knew each other longer than he married her. He couldn't think that she would be as sad or even sadder than him with the death??The scripts are good though, when Samdal's mother said that if she did kill his wife, she should be held in prison already. And there were others, like when Yong Pil's father was told "like father like son". I like how his coming around on this matter was done quite naturally, doesn't feel forced at all. I teared up when he finally shouted out his approval to them dating. Indeed, what Yong Pil and Samdal have is a reflection of his love for his wife. I appreciate that we finally clear that obstacle this episode and no longer dragged on to the finale week. I was happy tearing up and smiling, but the epilogue left a bad taste. Urgh! Do we still have to see her? Okay okay, we need justice for Samdal, so I will bear with it a little longer. This time give me something more than splashing vinegar, please?
  23. I lost count how may times I cried while watching ep. 13 last night. And yes, the one that got me sobbing was the scene where Samdal's mother finally wailed out how she misses her best friend too. She definitely held it in for too long. Since ep.14 is gonna be another cry fest, I will wait and watch it later.
  24. I watched some clips... He does seem to portray a different kind of character here compared to his previous roles. Calmer...? I should have more time to watch dramas soon. Will try this, though I have to be honest, it's really hard for me to watch PMY who gets skinnier and skinnier. I know she has to lose weight for the role here, but still.... I had a difficult time and took quite long time adjusting to her in her last drama. It's similar to what I feel about UEE at one period of time, where she was so skinny, her cheekbones became so obvious. Now she is back to "normal" (for me). Sorry, I don't mean this to come across like body shaming, but it's just hard for me to see them as the person I remember them by.
