But I was telling @abs-oluteM that I do appreciate him challenging himself with all these supporting roles. It allows him to show people how big his acting range is/can be. 2 1
abs-oluteM Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 This is like dream come true pairing for you @Tofu. Will check out too for WHJ. @mademoiselle WHJ is also 2nd lead in the other drama right ? 3 Mon-Tues: - Parole Examiner Lee Wed-Thurs: - Fri-Sat: FP2, When The Phone Rings Sat-Sun: Love Your Enemy Daily: - C-drama: -
mademoiselle Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 @abs-oluteM Pssss, @Tofu is actually not in love with Seo Joon anymore. Hahahaha! Yes, WHJ is 2nd lead (and villain) against JCW. I wonder if this would cause a fan war between the two actors' stans. 3

mademoiselle Posted October 13, 2022 Posted October 13, 2022 11 hours ago, Tofu said: Really? Why would this cause a fan war? Hahahaha fans can come up with anything to fight about. Like for instance, say if... just if WHJ's screen time is more than JCW or WHJ's character is better written than JCW... stuff like that. OR, if they are in a triangle relationship with FL. Were you aware in Tomorrow, when the PC system was down in Zumadeng, the dead people were asked to write down their names and date of birth and one or two appear to be close to BTS's real name (different surname or something) and their birthdates? ARMY made a huge fuss about it as well as giving negative review on Google for Tomorrow. They wouldn't accept that it was a coincidence. 3
Tofu Posted October 18, 2022 Author Posted October 18, 2022 @mademoiselle My brain hurts from all of that. I think people should just be happy they get to see their favorites on the same screen. I know I am. I remember the BTS stuff! I can kind of understand because that's bad juju. 3

Yeah I know except Korean names (original names not stage name) are quite common and in Hangul they can all be the same character. BTS member's real name wasn't the very unique kind as well so it may well be coincidental. If they use Hanja and it was exactly the same Hanja character as BTS then it is fishy. There's so many Kim Soo Hyun out there apart from the fame KSH we know of. Even now in Blind, I belatedly realise they used the same name Sung Hoon and Sung Joon as in Duel. And again, the characters are "brothers". Does that mean the writer copy Duel? Hahaha! 1 2

Tofu Posted October 25, 2022 Author Posted October 25, 2022 I guess they finished filming already... 3
mademoiselle Posted November 3, 2022 Posted November 3, 2022 😑 @Tofu this drama hasn't even aired but it is confirmed for season 2!!! 2 1
Tofu Posted November 4, 2022 Author Posted November 4, 2022 @mademoiselle WHAT?! There's a season two confirmed? I don't like watching dramas without endings. That's why I was so surprised and shocked when Poong did that! 3
mademoiselle Posted November 5, 2022 Posted November 5, 2022 @Tofu It had better be good. Maybe they can have less episodes in S1... ? 2

Interestingly we talked about this a year ago. Spoiler Now that it is actually airing, there's no outright fan war but definitely there's bias in some of tweets and unspoken tension between JCW vs WHJ stans. More evident because of the romantic entanglement between them and Im SeMi's character. I consider myself a stronger WHJ fan but I do love JCW in this and he's doing marvelous. . 3 Mon-Tues: - Parole Examiner Lee Wed-Thurs: - Fri-Sat: FP2, When The Phone Rings Sat-Sun: Love Your Enemy Daily: - C-drama: -
abs-oluteM Posted November 19, 2023 Posted November 19, 2023 How many episodes per part @Tofu? And I suppose WHJ won’t have big screen time ..,don’t even see him in the trailer 😅 2 Mon-Tues: - Parole Examiner Lee Wed-Thurs: - Fri-Sat: FP2, When The Phone Rings Sat-Sun: Love Your Enemy Daily: - C-drama: -
Tofu Posted November 19, 2023 Author Posted November 19, 2023 @abs-oluteM Apparently, the first part will have 10 episodes and the second part will have 3 episodes. It makes no sense to me why it's split up this way. If the second part only has three episodes, they should just release it with the first part. Who knows, maybe when we get closer to the airing date, the way the episodes are split up might change. 2 1
