I'm actually curious about the immortality thing, because the mechanism of immortality matters. If it's just that the cells are constantly regenerating and replacing old/dead cells that keeps him immortal, it may mean that Seo Bok can still die a traumatic death even if he won't die of old age or disease.

 

If the immortality is closer to that of the fantasy realm, then Seo Bok does have super powers in a way since nothing can kill him. Though, I always think of eternity as being very lonely and probably tiresome after a long while, especially as everyone you know dies time after time.

It looks as if he's gained some weight and muscle since he's been in. That's good so that he can do well in the military. Actor/model/entertainer physiques tend to be more for show rather than actual usage.

 

I'm already looking forward to his return and wondering if he'll be less shy about baring his abs? He's always been so shy about unclothing at all in his movies, dramas, and reality shows even.

Some of the scenes of PBG in the trailer of Seobok reminds me a bit of the expressions/looks he gave in I Remember You.

Park Bo Gum was released from the military in February 2022. His enlistment was over in April 2022, but he had enough vacation days saved up that he was able to be discharged early. 

 

He was the MC at the 58th Baeksang Awards this past May, and now he's looking to resume his entertainment activities. He's been appearing at Fashion Shows in Asia, and this week, he's jetting off to Paris Fashion Week with V and Lisa of Blackpink.

 

 

He's also filming a movie with Gong Yoo, his co-star from 'Seo Bok', called 'Wonderland'. No release date yet, and here is a link to the wiki page for the movie.

Park Bo Gum in talks to star in new drama project by scriptwriter Lim Sang Choon, opposite IU.

 

 

 

Actor Park Bo Gum is also in talks to star in a new drama project by scriptwriter Lim Sang Choon, writer of 'When The Camellias Bloom', 'Fight My Way' and more.  

 

According to media outlet reports on August 26, Park Bo Gum has been tapped for the male lead role in scriptwriter Lim Sang Choon's new project. If cast, he'll likely star opposite IU, who was recently offered the female lead role in the production.  

 

Previously, Park Bo Gum and IU briefly worked together in the KBS2 drama 'Producer' in 2015. This could mark the first time that the two stars test out their chemistry in a full-length project.  

 

Meanwhile, the new drama project will be directed by Kim Won Suk, director of 'My Mister', 'Misaeng', 'Signal', etc.

French luxury brand 'Celine's favorite Korean actor, Park Bo Gum is the cover star for the January 2023 issue of 'Harper's Bazaar.'

 

For this cover pictorial, Park Bo Gum donned on dazzling styles for 'Celine Men' and captivated onlookers with a sensual mood. After the photoshoot, Park Bo Gum opened up about his plans for 2023. He said, "If 2022 was a stepping stone year, then I hope that 2023 will be a year of new challenges. There's a title that people give to some actors, 'Trustworthy actor'. Actor Park Bo Gum's discussion about an exclusive contract with HYBE was not true.

 

Earlier, exclusive media reports stated that management representatives at HYBE recently tapped Park Bo Gum over matters related to the signing of an exclusive contract.

 

Soon after, HYBE quickly denied the reports and announced that it was "not true" regarding the recruitment of Park Bo Gum.

 

Park Bo Gum previously became a free agent after parting ways with his former agency, Blossom Entertainment, in December 2022. The actor quickly went on to receive numerous offers from major entertainment agencies, and most recently became wrapped up in recruitment rumors by YG Entertainment.

 

However, the label went on to deny the rumors, cutting off the claims that Park Bo Gum was influenced by musician Sean to join the music and management agency.

 

Meanwhile, Park Bo Gum is set to greet viewers on the big screen soon with his film 'Wonderland'.

Many people are wondering if actor Park Bo Gum has plans to debut as a singer after the reports that he had signed with The Black Label, an associate company under YG Entertainment.

The speculations that Park Bo Gum might want to expand his activities into the music industry spread after the reports that he signed with The Black Label, which is led by producer Teddy, the main producer behind many of Blackpink's hit songs.

 

One industry insider said, "Park Bo Gum seems to be serious about music not only about acting."

 

However, The Black Label clarified, "There is nothing that was discussed," and added, "First he will focus on the scriptwriter Lim Sang Choon's new drama project."

Actor Park Bo Gum and singer Taeyang  teamed up for a surprise collaboration. The duo was featured in a special live music video for the title track "Seed" from Taeyang's new EP, released Monday on the official social media channel of The Black Label, an affiliate of YG Entertainment.

 

In the video, Park Bo Gum opens the performance with a gentle piano solo, setting the stage for Big Bang Taeyang's soulful and outstanding vocals to create an immersive feast.

 

The live music video was yet even more proof of Big Bang Taeyang's wide vocal spectrum, as well as Park Bo Gum's skills as an accomplished piano player. This latest collaboration is seen as a rapport-building exercise between the two label mates, with Park Bo Gum having newly joined The Black Label earlier this year in January.

Actor Park Bo Gum has been spotted diligently carrying out his role as a Master's student at Sang Myung University. Park Bo Gum's fellow classmates at Sang Myung University shared various photos from a Master's thesis workshop last month. One handsome "sunbae" was the center of attention at this workshop, unable to hide his glowing visuals even in his black cap and casual white t-shirt.
