    They amplified the level of violence, OMG!! But in fairness, both ML and FL are victims. They were pawns. I think this is from a book?

    I'm still quite picky though, DY dramas are budget projects but some with overly low budget to the point of on par with my home made video is uncomfortable to watch...:shocked:. That's why I stick to certain DY actors with better resources.

     

    Btw, last night I was talking to my son and recommended some Cdramas for his references because he is starting his Mandarin major. I showed him some trailers and when it came to My Journey To You, he said that the drama seems to be good with great cinematography etc etc BUT all of the people are TOO pretty to be point of unreal.....:shocked: None of the regular looking folks, it's not realistic. Well, I said, that's GJM for you. Skip it then if you don't like....

    Meng Na suits a haughty role. She doesn't suits Mary Sue/damsel in distressed roles, those roles belong to Ma Qiu Yuan and Yun Yi. She has a drama with Liu Qing where Liu Qing is her fiancee's uncle (the usual trope), I enjoy her slapping around her dad's xiao san and daughter.

    He is on the rolls.....:cool: But it seems to be older drama. Different hair and chubbier. Btw, this FL isn't to my liking. IMO, her face suits villain better....:shocked:

     

    Sheng Hao Nan did the same script.

    Yes, he is a mixed of cute cheeky and manly rolled into one. Not the type with striking handsomeness. He made a good debonair playboy with that longer swept away hair. I noticed he is one of those men with blessed fair smooth skin whom doesn't needs thick face foundation that made them looking like borrowing another person head...:PsyWhat:  His skin tone from waist to forehead looks the same...I checked :Ghastlel:

     

    I think he is one of DY actors whose have better resources too. All of his DY dramas never looked cheap with great camera works and his FLs (Well, he's only got 2 so far) never wore that almost-booty-baring micro mini skirts...:shocked: All of them look elegant proper and prim. Even all of his kids are cute and decent actors.

    I used to mixed up this ML (I think he is Liu/Lie/Lin Bo Yang?) with Wang Han Yang.....:PsyWhat: They have the same lanky tall bods with similar face features.
