  1. @abs-oluteM @mademoiselle I cannot get over the drama yet cos of Jisung only 😂 It’s like when I watched KMHM and Innocent Defendant. His characters always pull me in so much it’s hard to get out I think this is some concept art done by an artist: (original link is the IG link) Pretty cool stuff!
  2. Omg @Chocolate @mademoiselle yall are damn funny ok... Thanks for the midweek laughs! @abs-oluteM I think this is the closest we will get to our crackship fanfic already lol @bairama Can even add fake subs and all like how I see some vidders do it 😂
  3. Too bad fanfics are all for the other ship hahhahahha Yes Jisung/Yohan is indeed a criminal for stealing my heart in the drama 😂😍 Ep 16 also ensured Jisung’s character always ends up in jail no matter his real occupation lol
  4. Haha same as @mademoiselle yesterday then... she did watch it in the end though haha I’m not sure I will get over this drama so soon. Been searching for FMVs to watch and there are some great ones out there 😍 Meanwhile I might be in a mini kdrama slump (besides HP I’m not watching anything else) Quite sad that there wasn’t any promo done during the broadcast of this drama... One bad thing about it not being on Netflix - we don’t get any Swoon interviews/games
  5. @abs-oluteM Alas... I cannot un-ship this crackship 😂 Just imagine what a power couple they could have been if Sun-Ah was less messed up!! And to think I didn’t like her character in the beginning lol
  6. Agree, they deserve slower / more painful deaths after all that they’ve done. I’m okay with the Gaon/Soohyun and with Justice Min scenes taking up time in the earlier part of the story. But I still feel that this drama could have been 17-18 episodes, with the extra hour or two to help develop the supporting characters’ backstories more. As one of the main characters and main antagonists, Sun-ah’s past should have been shown to us, not just mentioned as exposition. Also I got this question at the back of my mind at times while watching - “Who exactly is the protagonist of this drama?” I couldn’t tell at times because we got so much of Gaon and barely see Yohan for an extended period of time in one episode. It didn’t help that Gaon was usually doing something that frustrates viewers lol.
  7. Yohan is indeed a great mastermind. He’s been studying structural mechanics for quite awhile before executing that bomb plan at the end... Found these scenes from Eps 10 and 11 when he was playing with cards and Jenga. Even in the scene where he made the card tower collapse, I feel that last card standing was shown on purpose (probably alluding to Yohan’s ‘safe zone’).
  8. @abs-oluteM Can’t doubt her feelings anymore after this haha. But doesn’t change the fact she is still a crazy ***** 😂 (Poor K)
  9. @abs-oluteM Regarding Justice Min, Gaon released him, didn’t he? His career is over (as all of SRF involvement has been made public). He has to live with regret and guilt over SH’s death. Edit: Haha just saw @Chocolate’s reply. Yeah *rolls eyes lol. This guy got off scot-free. I would have liked to see him being arrested and jailed. And also about Sun-Ah’s lackey. We need to see these people get their just desserts!! That’s why the episode felt so rushed. We needed another one so they can show all this.🙄
  10. I didn’t believe the prison ‘death’ at all cos it was too early in the episode... but the explosion one... Lol. Let’s just say I was in denial for a minute there. I was about to throw hands 😂 And I thought I spoke too early when updating and rejoicing in the thread that Yohan is alive haha Yes Gaon could have been written better. His wishy-washy attitude should not have been for almost the entirety of the drama. I think I gave up on his character about 2/3 through the story. Yohan and Sun-Ah characters carried the drama for me. I hate it when his fringe is down because HOW DOES HE SEE 🤣
  11. Same. I remember being so in love with the drama after the pilot episode, because I actually could not tell if Jisung was the antagonist or not... Yohan made me doubt him in the beginning, all the way till like after episode 4. I really enjoyed playing the guessing game. I think Sun-ah is such a complex character. I could not predict her actions right till the very end. She had a mini redemption arc in the last episode when they showed her in the hospital of the SRF with the young woman. But by then she had already gone too far. Sun-ah would have been a very different person (for the better) had she just received an iota of genuine affection from someone, or anyone for that matter. Just want to count my blessings that she chose not to kill Yohan in the end. Lol total Dr.John vibes when he was in prison with the fringe down. I am TEAM HAIR-UP! 😍 @Chocolate Me too I thought Yohan really went with the SRF in the explosion and for the next 2 minutes(?) or so I was in a state of daze while live-streaming... with all sorts of curse words in my brain 😂 Until when Gaon returned to the empty house with Elijah missing. Then I started suspecting something lol.
  12. Thanks, just ended work and finally get to watch this! Sorry for the long wait @abs-oluteM haha KMJ was mulling over how to fall realistically after being shot. MJ: How am I gonna do this? [Yohan who personally demonstrates for Sun-Ah] JS: Like this~ JS: Because you have to focus on your emotions... it’s difficult, right? [Giving a great tip] JS: You need to put pressure on your pelvis here (leans over slowly) [slowly and prolonging (the falling movement)] JS: You’ve no choice but to do this. Because you’ve to show your emotions... There’s no other way but this. MJ: (falls the way JS taught) Did I not do well?? (staff applauds) Alright, off to have dinner and watch the rest of the BTS!
  13. True!! The live court proceedings were my most anticipated parts of the drama at the beginning. I looked forward to a new one every episode but realised it could not go on the same way because of the bigger story arc that had to come into play - taking down the SRF. So it was fun while it lasted. Woohoo welcome to the club! He is indeed a 믿보배 (an actor we can trust). Hope he doesn’t take a other two years to be in another drama 😅
  14. Yeah his bomb plan was weak... he still has much to learn from Yohan. But then again, Yohan has been playing this game for a much longer time. I don’t have a bias towards the actor, so I could eye-roll all I want during the drama without feeling bad 😂 Nothing bad to say about his acting though. As far as idol actors/actresses go, he is okay. His fans have really been gushing over his acting on bird app lol. The reason why I switched to livestreaming midway thru the drama 10/10 would vote this man as president! Have watched Ep 16 with subs and still, it felt rushed. It was 94 (!!!) minutes long and I’d rather they split it into Eps 16 and 17 and we could get a slightly less rushed storytelling. maybe show us some fluff scenes in Switzerland too. Guess I’ll have to just imagine that myself...🥺 Btw @abs-oluteM maybe the kfans who couldn’t accept the crack ship ending had a reason think that way (about Yohan’s “Let’s go” meaning something else rather than them dying together). Because his true intention wasn’t to die. He meant to survive the explosion, didn’t he? So his “Let’s go” was really for then to get out of that together?!?
  15. While watching this scene, I was also half-expecting something like that and I thought “well are they gonna go there?” But they didn’t 😂 Lol this crack ship should stay as a crack ship. Not possible in reality it’s way too toxic💀 On a side note, I wonder if NF will get the rights to show this drama. If they do I will probably rewatch the entire thing.
  16. Namoo update: I’m not ready to say goodbye to his character... @bairama I mean look at this: 😂 the tweet says the red bomb made it look like Yohan was grabbing Gaon’s heart
  17. I can’t fault the vidders this time. There is so much content for them to use from the last episode LOL. But my crack ship though... seems like Sun-ah really did like Yohan. She couldn’t bear to kill him in the end. I was actually pretty shocked she shot herself. Did not see that coming at all. Heo Joong-Se being shot was gaeeee-cider!! The knetz have been complaining about goguma (sweet potato) endings for many episodes because of how frustrating the characters (i.e. Soohyun, Justice Min and Gaon) behave and in the last episode there was finally something to cheer about lol (cider = refreshing). I think their analogies are so cute.
  18. Season 2 maybe Yohan can be news anchor, right? @mademoiselle @Chocolate @bairama 😍 Btw I missed this part just now cos I had to switch my livestream when it died... so apparently the prison warden I think tried to get Yohan killed (cos he threatened the warden about his money) but Yohan was more skilled than the other guy so the warden got scared and be tried to escape but Yohan already got to his secret savings and then donated everything to charities😂
  19. In Yohan’s case, he got what he wanted (the SRF people). Only thing is maybe they went too quick in a sense since they were killed in the explosion. During the hearing scene at the end, when Gaon tried to put his points across but was ignored, he was disappointed that nothing seemed to have changed, but Yohan walks by and says something like ‘I’ll have to come back if you don’t do a good enough job’. So in a way, Yohan is passing the torch to Gaon. I see it as Gaon and Jinjoo having to carry on what Yohan set out to do, but in a bigger picture (whole of Korea, not just the SRF).
  20. I'm not sure if he is being prosecuted though... I just went back to check the video and the meeting they were having is titled something like: Overcoming the Kang Yohan incident - Public Hearing on Judicial Reform. So I guess they are discussing about how the live court and their judicial practices should be moving forward. So I guess Kang Yohan and Elijah just left the country for their own safety? LOL I was also thinking like 'do something!!!' Don't just stand there. I'm not sure what vibe were they trying to create there with that loooong stare and pause plus the bgm...
  21. Sorry if I reacted ‘haha’ to your posts, I’m just relieved that Yohan didn’t die 😂😅 So Yohan had everything planned out once he was out of prison. - the planting of the bombs at the live court where the SRF people were - studied the structural weaknesses/ strength of the live court building so he wouldn’t kill himself when he activated the bombs - moved Elijah to Switzerland for safety At the end when Gaon had the hearing/meeting with the other prosecutors(?) about Kang Yohan’s actions (not sure about this) he had his own views but was brushed off lightly and he realised nothing has changed. (This reminds me of when Sun-ah said that getting rid of old trash means new trash will just take their place) We get a kinda happy ending for Yohan and Elijah. Yohan was right, it was always just the two of them. @mademoiselle I agree this episode felt really rushed. I think we could easily have an Episode 17.
  22. Hahahaha what a cool entrance by Yohan! Not sure about the bomb plan Gaon *face-palm Looks like we will get live court action soon!!
  23. Sun-ah was shook... She replied her lackey and said she’s okay, that Yohan was going to die by her hand anyway but she still collapsed to the floor at the end. This is really some warped kind of affection she has for Yohan lol. The SRF clowns are all rejoicing... just wait!!!
  24. I missed out that part they were talking so will have to watch again later 😅 But my guess is they are intentionally making the people sick on purpose/ doing some drug testing?? @abs-oluteM
