  1. I was also having the same thought when I first get to know and was hesitating to try cause looks so dirty ! However, I gave in for my second visit to the orchard. The orchard manager says those selling on the shelves are not pure.
  2. I believe Hae Soo did not kill the village men, is a cover up , we are yet to know.

  8. My Signature home made Chicken Pie ❤️ I made my own pastry, is so flaxy ! Chicken Pie with Homemade Pastry Ingredients PASTRY 1 kg plain (all purpose flour) 500 g unsalted butter 3 eggs large 1 teaspoon salt 8 tablespoon ice water 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 whole egg + 1 teaspoon water for egg wash PIE FILLING Marinate for Chicken 2 chicken breast deboned and skinless 2 tablespoon light soya sauce 1 tablespoon white pepper 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce Ingredients for Filling 2 tablespon cooking oil 2 large onions chopped 3 large carrots diced 1 large potatoes diced 2 pieces Shitake mushroom 1 can Cream of Chicken Instructions PASTRY Add baking powder, salt and sugar into a bowl of flour and mix well. Cut cold butter into the flour and rub with fingers until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Add eggs and mix thoroughly until it all comes together. Add ice water a little at a time and mix well until it forms into a dough (follow youtube link below to make the pastry flaky ) Divide the dough into quarters and wrap it up in plastic bags and press it flat. Refrigerate for at least an hour. MARINATING CHICKEN Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and put in a container for marinating. Add light soya sauce, white pepper and osyter sauce and mix well. Add to chicken mixture, mix well and set aside for 30 mins. COOKING PIE FILLING Stir fry chicken meat turns partially white. Add diced carrots,onions, mushroom and potatoes and stir fry evenly. Pour cream of chicken all over and mix thoroughly. Let it simmer until potatoes and carrots soften. Taste and add more seasoning, as required. Remove from wok to cool down. ASSEMBLING CHICKEN PIE Remove pie dough from fridge and roll it flat. Cut to required size and press cut out dough into a tart mould to shape. Trim excess dough and poke holes in the base with a fork. Fill each mould with pie filling and cover the top with cut out dough. Seal edges with a fork and poke holes on top. Arrange pies in a baking tray and brush the tops with egg wash. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C until golden brown, for about 20-30 minutes.
