    @Lin M @SsomGem Her latest vlog is nice. I never would have known watching someone do pedicure can be so relaxing. 🥰 @Sominah In the radio guesting, I liked the storytelling that they did (even if I didn't understand a word of it) It's similar to the suggestion I thought of for her vlog community question. Just her narrating and speaking is very calming. 😊

    @abs-oluteM I was just kidding. Marriage seems to be a long shot, but who knows. I was kidding but not totally discounting it either... They both don't have parents right? So forced marriage and cohabitation just to appease the parents is a no-go. 😄😄😄 But I agree with @ktcjdrama, and it's what I've also want to see maybe towards the end. Ja-Sung finally having a complete 'home' with Young-Won. Maybe at that point they've completely switched, Ja-Sung has become the person that likes to splurge, and Young-Won now the person telling him to put back his wallet. Thank you! It's been a lot of fun keeping my eyes open for those. Adds more depth to the experience and gives more reasons to rewatch. 😁 I can't help but smile when I catch them.

    [Ep 5] Yeah, it was assistant Chang. I can't recall for past episodes, but for episode 5, he's sort of the negligible character but actually speaks the hard truth. Wah! Hold-on. 🤣 I know that you're saying things in general... but are we already concluding that Young-won and Ja-Sung will get married?! I am not yet prepared... but that's what came to my mind when I read this. I agree with Ja-Sung's approach for his videos. People like the other videos because they're sugar-coated, but Ja-Sung speaks about the harsh reality. The truth is always a bit harder to swallow. I did find it funny when Young-won mentioned his subscribers. She kept on saying that Ja-Sung had so few subscribers... but 40?!?! 🤣 and I thought he was supposed to be famous in the business already. His videos give genuine advice, like the saving stuff, so it's not like his content is worthless for the average person. Maybe he had more subscribers but unsubscribed when he started talking about the serious stuff? Some random stuff: They showed that Ja-Sung turned on his notifs for Young-won's posts, which is such a nice gesture. But can someone explain to me what -_-;; is supposed to mean? 🤣 And just so we don't forget, what's left unresolved for me from episode 4 is.... the use of the chestnuts. Please photographer Shin, I want to know how those chestnuts were used on your photos. Lee Jeong-Un's (Jeju/ Parasite woman) character felt a bit random. Is she going to be a recurring character?     So I've sort of rewatched Came to Me and Became a Star. Here's more references I've found: I kept on giggling when I saw them. 🤣 I am starting to believe that there are no original scenes in this show... they're just messing with us and everything is just a reference to something. 😂 love it.

    Take a look at this 😂 They really went for that BTIMFL nostalgia. And with the Parasite and World of the Married (which I didn't watch so I didn't catch) references, plus all the references from BTIMFL and Came to Me, I can't help but feel that this show is like one of those shows that work around cultural references and current affairs (like Simpsons, HIMYM) and I love it. And they can pull it off because of how wacky the show is. I won't be surprised if they already have tons more of subtle and not-so-subtle references that I didn't catch. I love it. ♥️ This is really the type of show I need right now.

    Thank you for sharing the book title! I'll check it out. I haven't read that book, but have come across similar advice from different sources. But I wouldn't be surprised if they did use a single direct reference for the show. I completely agree with your likes and dislikes. 😅 I hope Ja Sung finally changes starting ep 5. I want him to finally see that having houses to "live in" are more important, and to be frank, maybe can make more money too in terms of their magazine articles. I mentioned earlier during the first week's episodes that their office is somewhere I wouldn't mind working at, but I take it back. 😄😄 I honestly don't mind having a strict boss like Ja Sung, but geez, the combined forces of the two seniors are too much. @SsomGem yeah. Hope they get more views. I'm dying just cause of the Easter eggs alone. 😂😂 The comments on the IG does look weird, looks organized to me. 🙃 Oh well, that's the internet I guess....

    So.... hold up. Just wanna say I've had such a heavy feeling in my chest for a couple of hours while making this. 😆😆😆 Dunno if it's because I sort of rewatched "Came To Me and Became a Star" and it just is really heavy, or it's because I'm really really really freaking out that they did this... I'm genuinely impressed and thankful. It has audio. I used the song they used in the same scene from Came To Me and Became a Star. It's like they came home from a hard day's work, couldn't sleep, and decided to message each other. WTF. I'm freaking out. 😄😄😄

    @SsomGem Just gonna reiterate what I said on the MH thread. I really really really love what the writer/prod team did here. They know how much people miss Somin, and them doing almost exact shots of BTIMFL scenes really had me freaking out. There's a reason why the first parts of MH feel awfully familiar, and it's very intentional. I feel like Ja Sung giving Young Won a place to live in is very intentional as well, which is a throwback to the Came to Me and Became a Star. I don't know Somin's earlier shows that well, but maybe some of you here who do know can find references from them. 😁

    @stroppyse official streaming platform is iQiyi, same as My Roommate is a Gumiho. Currently, ep 1-3 is non-VIP and latest episode, ep 4 and possibly onwards, is VIP (subscription). Someone else please correct me, but as I understand it, ep 1-3 are free but with ads and VIP episodes are unavailable without subscription.

    @SsomGem me who? The IG account? No. I do have a Warm Paws IG but have nothing on it yet. I just use it to follow some accounts. Ah I see, this account is pretty new and only has MH posts. Hmm. I'm thinking of reposting some of my Twitter posts there, in hopes to entice more viewers. But I won't really have that much reach. 😅 Edit: I was just about to post on IG, but I remembered why I didn't post on it before. It's web-oriented and I can't post stuff from the computer. 🤣🤣 But I'll try it though. Edit 2: so nvm, I got blocked on IG. 😅

    Oh yeah true... I understand now why MH is so unlucky to get the same date and time slot as HP2. Yeah, that one has crazy high ratings. I haven't watched it though, even S1.

    @Sominah aawww. Don't think about it too much and just enjoy the show. But I do understand that it is what's important for the creators/producers, so yeah, it is heartbreaking. I've actually never looked at TV ratings before, I just watch based on how I feel about it. I did compare just now, and I'm shocked that most of the shows start out at 3-4%. But, as a consolaton, BTIMFL's rating starts at it's lowest and ends at its highest. Let's hope that the ratings pick up, maybe when Ja Sung stops being too surly and really show his warm side. 🤣 I get that there a lot of viewers that may be a bit tired of this starting setup with the MC's bickering.

    HAHAHA TRUE. Such a big house yet you have to wait for your bed to come down. I've seen transforming furniture before, and they have one on the video you linked too. But the one on MH seems to be only supported on the back side, unless I saw it wrong. 😅 I do appreciate that the show is actually showing us different houses/properties, which I really wanted them to do when the show was announced. 👏 Did not disappoint.

    Hmmm. Dunno why she needs to excessively dress up just to meet him if she was his daughter. We'll have to see. Really hope she's not. 😐 Just appreciating Ji-Seok's acting here: @abs-oluteM @ktcjdrama thanks for the links! I wonder how real the house they last went to is. The one with the bed hidden in the ceiling. 🤣🤣 Dunno how safe or practical that is. I certainly wouldn't want that, especially if there are kids around. 😅 imagine when one kid traps another kid below the bed. yikes. Interesting mechanism though. 😅

    Hmmm. Why do I feel that he has a less chance to get NYW now that we know he's from a rich family? 😂 And yeah, Chan is the assistant. Funny that you forgot about him already. 🤣 Speaking of rich, I'm genuinely shocked with Eui-Joo's secret. I was expecting a twist when he actually met the person... Maybe there's more to it than just being a mistress? Yeah. He's definitely a goner. Oh oh. And I forgot to mention, I do love the fact that at least part of the kiss scene was real. I'm glad that NYW actually asked the question. 🤣🤣
