- Matcha with peanut butter fillings

- Chocolate with choco chips fillings

Ingredients:-

1 tbsp sugar

10g 2 tsp active dry yeast

6g 1 cup milk 237ml (please use warm milk, evap, or fresh or UHT milk)

½ cup unsalted butter (110g)

1 large egg

3½ cup all purpose flour (437g)

¼ cup sugar (50g)

1 tsp salt (5g)

2 tbsp oil for bowl

Eggwash -1 egg and 1 tbsp milk

* I modified the recipes by adding in the fillings and making it into 2 flavours.

Three(3) Ingredient Cookies

- almond flour,banana,choco chips
