@gilaswan just a hunch on this, but maybe because the restoration of Kim Je Nam's name + descendants are not in full swing, thus the properties turned over back to Bau's family is only limited to the house. Not much on land owned.

She was the opposite to Jang Nok Soo (with singing and dancing skills), Kim Gae Shi was smart and had a good judgment. She was favored by Seonjo and she was appointed Sang Goong. She later served at Gwanghae’s quarters and she caught his attention too (she really had many talents!).
Even though she was favored by Seonjo and Gwanghae, she never had an official Concubine appointment. Gwanghae probably couldn’t do it due to her previous relationship with his father and because that would weaken his authority.
In 1592 Queen Uiin was still childless, so the ministers favored Gwanghae’s intelligence and Seonjo appointed him as Crown Prince and took Royal Refugee during the Seven Years War. Gwanghae remained in the capital taking care of the government and leading defensive battles against Japan.
Queen Uiin died in 1600 and Seonjo took another wife. In 1606 Queen Inmok, gave birth to a legitimate son, Prince Yeongchang, and she became Gwanghae’s political rival, Kim Gae Shi in order to keep Queen Inmok under control fueled Gwanghae’s suspicion. She was a very scheming lady at this point.
In 1613, Prince Yeongchang was sent into exile and months later was murdered. His grandfather Kim Jae Nam was charged with treason and executed.
In 1618 Queen Inmok was stripped off her tittle and confined to the West Palace. Even though all of this was the result of the Greater Northerners faction’s ambitions, Kim Gae Shi was a very negative influence for Gwanghae and according the synopsis of this drama: “Her thirst for power led him to his downfall”.
Historians are divided about Gwanghae’s actions and character, the “Kyecg’uk ilgi” (Queen Inmok’s diary) Gwanghae was a cruel and evil King. However, writer and scholar Kim Yong-suk concludes that Gwanghae was in fact, a wise and good King and that he couldn’t save his brother due to the inmense power of the Greater Northerners.

In the movies, the main characters waste time until bam! The perfect scene happens and they find true love. Most people think it's touching, but I just think it's funny. I met my first friend with benefits while complaining about romance movies. It was right after i'd broken up with my girlfriend, and I realize that this was the right path for me. I rewatched the romance movie i'd seen long time ago. But that day, it didn't seem funny to me at all. Falling in love was something amazing. Once I realized that, I began noticing all of the long term couples around me. Then I see myself. When my relationships are good,they are really good, but they fall apart really fast.

Netflix’s upcoming film “Seoul Vibe” has confirmed its star-studded lineup!Set against the backdrop of the 1988 Seoul Olympics, “Seoul Vibe” is a new film about an unimaginably grandiose plot for a slush fund robbery—and the thrilling car chase that ensues on the streets of Seoul. Described as an “action blockbuster,” the movie will revolve around the “Samgyedong Supreme Team,” a crew of talented drivers that gets involved in investigating the slush fund.
On June 25, the producers of the upcoming film confirmed that Yoo Ah In will be starring as Dong Wook, the leader of the Samgyedong crew. Go Kyung Pyo will star as the sentimental Woo Sam, who serves as the unofficial DJ of the crew, while Lee Kyu Hyung will play Bok Nam, who knows the streets of Seoul like the back of his hand.
Park Ju Hyun will star as Dong Wook’s younger sister Yoon Hee, the head of Seoul’s biggest bike club and the only female member of the Samgyedong crew. Ong Seong Wu will round out the team as Dong Wook, the sentimental “MacGyver” of the crew who is like a younger brother to Dong Wook.
Kim Sung Kyun will be appearing in the film as Director Lee, a money launderer in charge of the transportation of the slush fund, while Moon So Ri will play Chairwoman Kang, the hidden puppeteer who pulls the strings behind the slush fund. Finally, Jung Woong In will play a prosecutor who plays a key role in the Samgyedong crew’s plot.

JG is on a hibernation until now after this Baeksang stint. Seems like he is busy reviewing scripts or maybe just chilling the summer season.
His Baeksang nom is not a shocker, i have being expecting that the award body will finally give him the noms he deserve through the years. After his Best New Actor for his titular role in The King and the Clown in 2006, the awards are bleak for this actor, even if he truly deserve the recognition.
Prior to the awards night, he has a Naver Now part 2-to celebrate his 40th birthday. It was a poignant move, since he always celebrates his birthdays with fans thru fan meet. But because of the corona restrictions, he wont able to organize since last year.
JG mentioned about his noms in the Baeksang. He said he is grateful for it and he will surely attend. Also, he promised to give back the love by doing better on his next project.

Writer Kim said, "While researching the material, I saw a record of a place called Dead-gun because it was forbidden to enter, among the administrative districts of the Yalu and Tuman Rivers, which were installed for military purposes during the reign of King Sejong of the Joseon Dynasty. “I expanded my imagination to what would have happened if raw and sage plants had grown in a place where no one had reached them,” she explained.
“Ashin was created by embodying a person living on the border of the Yalu River* as a periphery and a sage (a savage who lived under a castle on the outskirts of Hamgyeong-do).”
As a result, a special episode of 92 minutes was created that contains the vortex of the fate of Ashin, who discoveres the plant. Ashin will experience the raw sand that arose in the deserted northern land that no one could step on.

Netflix has released the first main poster and the second teaser trailer for the special episode 'Kingdom: Ashin of the North'.
'Kingdom: Ashin of the North' revealed the first main poster and the second teaser trailer, revealing the clues to the incident that devoured Joseon. 'Kingdom: Asin' is a special episode of the 'Kingdom' series that tells the story of Saengsacho and Ashin, the beginning of the great tragedy that covered Joseon.
In the first main poster, which was released, Jeon Ji-hyun, who played the role of Ashin, who stood showing her back in the last poster, finally reveals her face, raising expectations. SpoilerNabi's ex came back , gave her a gift but still a jerk for asking to get back to her. He will break up with his current GF if Nabi wants to. Nabi shuts him out. Serves him right.
Nabi plans to see Jaeon and ask to end whatever they have. But before she begin, there's the lollipop kiss scene.
Nabi was able to explain things, even brought up his ex BF. But Jaeon only said this
"If you're ever caught between me and another guy again, handle it on your own. There are a lot of guys who get upset because they think i'm flirting with their girlfriends or whatever. "
Nabi then asked if Jaeon is seeing someone else aside from her. He said no.
One night at school, Nabi stayed late night to finish her project. She need to get to art store however, to get some supplies. At the street he saw Jaeon being punched by another guy.
Chapter 21
SpoilerThe guy who punched Jaeon is a brother of one of the girls Jaeon dated while that girl has a FIANCE. He defended himself to Nabi that the girl just want to ask for a dinner for old time sake and there is nothing weird about it. Apparently the brother caught them.
