@LaLa I'm up to ep 9. But then i sort of read the recaps for ep 10-12. I'll continue watching ep 10-12 tomorrow as I'm not free today as yesterday haha. The storyline is ok. Not something that makes me go crazy over or wanting to do a rewatch but it's enough to keep me going Good morning everyone rise and shine~~~

@NiteWalker i just bought 'minced beef' from the supermarket...it's already minced ahhahahahaha...so I have no idea which part I put loads of pepper...but next time I'll try put some more. @mademoisellesia AHHHHHHHHHH.... yess...i bought 5star lean meat..coz hubby hates the beefy smell but he can tolerate the 5 star one!!!! I decided to use carrot coz we had loads at home.. Wombok can? Okkk..so next time i use minced pork ... if it has star..i'll buy the lowest star one. And mix with wombok...and then loads of pepper... as with fat..won't sesame oil count as fat? I used lots of sesame oil too. WOWWW...thank you @NiteWalker and @mademoisellesia .. I shall try again next time (don't know when though). The best part about the dumplings i just made is the skin...the thing that i bought and didn't need anything done to it :P

@mademoisellesia err...i used minced beef.... or should i marinate it and leave it for a day or something???? I was so shocked when I ate it.. LOL @NiteWalker ok...woww..TIA asking your ultimate chef to help me leee~~~ It's minced beef...and yes it's frozen..but i thawed it first before cooking. Then i combined the beef and carrot and seasoning, and I used my hand to mix/squeeze them so they become together? then i put the mix into the dumpling skin, fold and cook in boiling water.... @abs-oluteM so true..like I could deal with certain level of darkness in a drama.. but the dramas that had spirit or ghosts that I watched in the past were in a comedy or romcom mode like Mystic Pop Up and Master's Sun. Not counting Train to Busan and Kingdom coz they're zombies :p I think I might just read recaps for the rest of COALG episodes. Sigh... You like the evil man??? that prosecutor??? of course up to this point i don't know what will happen... but I was frustrated with the leading lady...still so nice to the prosecutor after he's found out to work with the evil organisation..eeekkkkk -.-

Project report @mademoisellesia @NiteWalker : my first dumpling is unsuccessful not the fault of seasoning at all..it's just the meat was hard and not soft. You know how when you eat dumpling, the meat is so tender and so together that it can just swallow it if you want to without chewing too much? Mine one..meat was hard ... and so the carrot.... So I'm guessing, I have to put something with the meat? @joccu__ Wowww...it sounds really exciting but I can imagine it will take quite an effort and time to do renovation bits and pieces yourself. I suppose the end result will be satisfying knowing that you do it yourself. @abs-oluteM and @SilverMoonTea I decided to drop COALG after watching its first 6 eps. It's just a bit too scary for me And now I'm going to try Lies of Lies - @LaLa

@Jane yes can...apparently some ppl said our oranges are really sweet. I myself don't really like eating my own oranges (shrugs) @mademoisellesia i've 'ajinomoto' too..so maybe i can add that instead of the chicken stock powder...hmmm. I'm not a fan of chives nor gingers..and that's the problem i found with some store bought or restaurants ones...too much of them. I think i'm gonna make mine really simple...pork or beef mince with spinach. @NiteWalker why do you need to go vegetarian for 10 days?

Glad to know I have most of the seasoning ingredients: soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil (ooohhhh i love sesame oil!). @mademoisellesia do you put the powder in the mix..or do you need to dilute it or something? I'm gonna hunt for the dumpling wrappers tomorrow and see if I can find one. I suppose wonton is of similar ingredients to dumpling? I can't wait to make my first dumplings..although I must say the store-bought ones are pretty yummy too. @Jane oh...i googled the plant.. it's nice~~ i suppose it can stay in a pot forever? I'm no plant person..although i have like 3 orange trees and around 8 rose bush in my yard.. they're there from previous owner

@Phikyl hwaiting! So you still have around 1.5 months to go before the end of your semester? I just submitted my last assignment for this semester yesterday. Jong Su - Rosa aside, I want that awesome midwife too (ok just checked and her character name is Han Seung Joo. I'm not sure whether she has appeared though since I'm not following the specials. And has Myung Eun Won appeared yet - the other obgyn resident - the sly fox one hahahahahhaha? But seriously..they def need to have Jong Su Rosa.
