  1. LOL, still on the BTS... they had to kiss a lot of time. After the sliding down...the juyeong (bead string) kept getting in the way blocking the view of two lips locking so it's NG. By the way, how in the world Haram can vote Pass or Fail when he can't see the painting? Felt like he's just followed what was described to him and judge through that.
  2. Bwahahahahaha maybe you are mixing up. Sunbae has bed scene but then the drama's version was super mild. This one I'm not sure, I hadn't come across anyone mentioned there's one - besides, if they did, ahem... he's technically becomes her concubine immediately
  3. Hahahaha @abs-oluteM they have so much trouble kissing! AHS kept sliding down as he leans forward trying to kiss her I'm just FF-ing at the moment. Haven't had time to watch the whole thing. E6 their first kiss was nicely shot. I was even more surprised this time they showed the child actors' BOBO. I thought that was a taboo on national TV. But it's so cute though. Also I thought it was silly of Haram to reject Cheon Ki, telling her to forget the boy (which the way it was said meant he's admitting he is the boy) and then goes and spent 300 seok on her painting.
  4. @JenL Which vaccination centre did you go? Think if my memory is correct Tranz's jab is on Thursday and he hasn't appeared since...
  5. [News] Kim Min Jae, Park Gyu Young, And More Share Insight Into Their “Dali And Cocky Prince” Characters KBS is bringing back a Wednesday-Thursday drama for the first time in three months! On September 16, KBS 2TV’s upcoming drama “Dali and Cocky Prince” held an online press conference with main actors Kim Min Jae, Park Gyu Young, Kwon Yool, Hwang Hee, Yeonwoo, and director Lee Jung Sub. “Dali and Cocky Prince” is a romantic comedy starring Kim Min Jae as Jin Mu Hak, a man who lacks schooling and book smarts, but is extremely resourceful and talented at making a living. Park Gyu Young stars as Kim Dal Li, a woman who is intellectually polished and comes from an elite background, but doesn’t know how to take care of herself. Director Lee Jung Sub commented, “This is a story of whether ‘new money’ Jin Mu Hak, who lacks education, and the blue-blooded Kim Dal Li will protect or lose the art museum. Since art is the subject matter, we paid a lot of attention to the art. Within the drama, a large-scale exhibition is held around three times, and we thought that they had to be actual works of art to feel real, so the result was created by real-life artists working for two to three months. I believe that viewers will be able to enjoy it as if they were touring an art museum.” While Kim Min Jae’s character Jin Mu Hak lacks formal education, he has no insecurities about this fact and instead takes pride in his extremely good sense for money and business. Park Gyu Young’s character Kim Dal Li is a person with deep knowledge in various fields who works as a researcher at an art museum in the Netherlands, but she struggles to take care of herself. Kwon Yool plays Dal Li’s first love Jang Tae Jin, and Hwang Hee will play Dal Li’s childhood friend Joo Won Tak. Yeon Woo plays Chak Hee, who meets Jin Mu Hak on a blind date and becomes close friends with him. Regarding his chemistry with Park Gyu Young, Kim Min Jae shared, “This isn’t our first project together. We met for the first time in a while, but it felt comfortable. Thanks to that, I was able to focus well during this project. We filmed [the drama] while talking to each other a lot and being very considerate of one another. I really liked it.” Park Gyu Young responded, “Although it’s not our first time meeting, it’s the first time we’ve worked together for this long. On set, Min Jae is very soft and flexible, but within that, he has incredible charisma and tenacity. He was very considerate, and I also learned a lot and got lots of help [from him], so I was able to film comfortably and enjoyably.” Kwon Yool, who last played a realistic husband in “No, Thank You,” is now playing a chaebol heir. Regarding his role, he shared, “I tried to portray my emotions and actions with less restraint. My character is one that receives a bit more spotlight than [typical] second-generation chaebols. Inevitably, I think the appearance of the drama is what gives us synergy.” Hwang Hee chimed in about his own character, “He’s someone who is blunt with everyone except Dal Li, but is also extremely charming. I think viewers will also really like him.” Regarding Chak Hee, Yeonwoo shared, “She’s a character who is so overflowing with cuteness that you cannot hate her. Even though she is occasionally vain, air-headed, and unlikable, you don’t hate her. I hope people adore her lots.” She added, “In my last project, I played the role of an art student, so it was interesting to get the role of a gallerist in ‘Dali and Cocky Prince.'” When asked about the drama’s key points, director Lee Jung Sub answered, “This time, I created this project with actors that I’m working with for the first time. Since they’re rising stars, I liked that we could create their colors together and that we could attempt various new things. It was an honor that ‘Dali and Cocky Prince’ could be part of their journey of growth.” Kim Min Jae shared, “The three codes are ‘art, romantic, and comedy.’ Things have been hard these days, but I think you’ll be able to enjoy yourself while watching the drama, and I think the comedy genre will make you laugh. Please give [the drama] lots of love.” “Dali and Cocky Prince” premieres on September 22 and will be available on Viki. Check out a teaser here! source

  10. 2021.09.17 SF9’s Rowoon And Park Eun Bin Make A Dazzling Couple In New Poster For Upcoming Romance Drama KBS 2TV’s upcoming drama “The King’s Affection” has unveiled a romantic poster of its two leads! Based on the manhwa (Korean comic) of the same name, “The King’s Affection” will tell the story of a pair of royal twins, one male and one female. Although the sister is initially abandoned for being female, she later disguises herself as a man to become the crown prince when her brother dies. Park Eun Bin will be starring in the drama as Lee Hwi, the crown prince with a shocking secret, while SF9’s Rowoon will be starring as Lee Hwi’s teacher Jung Ji Woon. In the newly released poster, Lee Hwi and Jung Ji Woon make heart-fluttering eye contact as they lean closely towards each other. His arms are carefully around her, and he is gripping onto her blue royal robe. On the other hand, she has one hand on his neck, and it seems as if she’s completely mesmerized by him. Lee Hwi, who doesn’t trust people, starts to open up after meeting Jung Ji Woon. That is the beginning of her desire to regain her true self that she has been hiding for so long. Thus, in the poster, she is represented as a woman and not a king. However, once her emotions blossom, that’s when the true crisis begins. Jung Ji Woon appears to be drawn to Lee Hwi as well. The two approach each other with irresistible feelings, but the more beautiful their love is, the more dangerous their situation will become. They’re not able to be reckless with their feelings and express them freely, which is why they look more affectionate than ever. The producers of “The King’s Affection” commented, “The sentimental emotions penetrating the entire drama surrounded the entire set of the photo shoot. This is because the chemistry of ‘The King’s Affection’ was revived just by Park Eun Bin and Rowoon looking at each other. Thanks to this, the image contains the affectionate feelings of the two even in the tense moment of increasing heartrate.” “The King’s Affection” will premiere on October 11 at 9:30 p.m. KST. Check out a teaser here! source

  12. Hello @cess4evah Welcome to Jang Haven. Glad you decided to delurk and join the forums and Yeon Mo's drama thread. === A re-enactment of the webtoon's cover.
  13. @JenL Yeaps, I saw the food truck support. LOL, I agree with ma boy that your boy needs a haircut too. Is he growing it out for the sageuk? Mine cut his super short, his fringe looks like dog bit it off so I'm not very happy about it at the moment. LOLOLOL. @Tofu I don't think I've watched YAMG yet when the event was up. I'm happy to contribute YY's handsome picture. My only problem is most likely having difficulty picking out the best one.
  14. I'm hoping the individual poster will be beautiful too. @Tofu @abs-oluteM Can I have more Rowoon's badge later? I'm getting one badge ready for later Hmm, 50x50 looks too small their faces. OMG @abs-oluteM I'm devastated to realise belatedly that I didn't have Rowoon's in Sunbae badge. He was so gorgeous in there.
  15. In general, anyone in her place. Hahahahahaha! Until my heart stops beating for him, I'll be jelly... KBS is not working as hard promoting Affection on Twitter though. They didn't even upload the main leads' stills but did it for the side characters. What's the logic in that?
  16. Hahahaha @bairama Pssss... don't tell your bf. This is so that you'll feel better soon :) :P
  17. I agree with @bairama After finishing the drama, I was looking at the YAMG badges and wonder how come no one made a YY badge?
