    @mademoiselle I haven't finished the video but I should say I really like that tofu spatula slaps at 0:48 tofu spanking πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ after watch: I think the taste will ok so so because it is more like tofu omlette with pizza appearance and flavouring aka the sauce + mozarella, NOT the pizza pizza base with dough and tofu toppings (this will be super weird.. Bread alike with tofu)

BUT here in my hometown people called it graveyard flowers wth (but the tree is there in my home) xDD I like how the flower respected more in Bali, they treasure this flower a lot for religious offerings but btw to call me 'domestic' feels so wrong I'm spending time much out of home xD in NORMAL days lol where is my normal since the past 2 years anyway, it changes hahahaha ooo macaraoons, poor em forgotten & defeated by oppas xD

The skin is so prettyy, yellow-ish Idk if I can call it like that xD well my siomay: use of prawn mix chicken & thai sweet chili sauce for this oneee siu mai really taste good with different kind of sauces to me(??) be it chili oil, sweet chili, mayo base, peanut sauce its all good as long the siu may itself good xDD

    tastyy bingsoo is really good when you want something really icyyyyyy right ahahahaha not really! I meet friend who turns that down. Like they drink it but still sleep ok anyway in minutes. But idk if too much maybe it really gives that anxiety bcs affects heart rate? Tho it really gives me feel for it, like energy drink πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ maybe bcs I like the aroma & it gives me boost to my senses thats it.. My heart rate seems ok & have no problem in gastristic so I'm thankful again for it Do you think caffeine in coffee NOT keep you awake? πŸ˜†

    Rendang has quite a lot of spices ingredients but actually I think its simpler than dish with many elements like 'gudeg'(?) What makes it is hard is the ratio of spices to balance with the meat. When there is eid fest in us, while waiting the rendang in slow cook there will be another dish on process (opor, potato balado, green chili sweet dipped etc) But I see you have quite adventurous in food tasting x) yeayyy! this what I do with gepuk (relatives of rendang I can say) xD I often make homemade nuggets too, siomay (shiumay?), dumpling like that but never really pay attention to the variety of folds. I just make 'em like pastel/gyoza alike for dumpling xD for that tofu recipe waaaa I love tofuuuuu. Its really good with many things. I like the most steamed recipes by recent years and still awhhhh πŸ₯ΊπŸ₯Ί I've scrolled my phone gallery it feels like ages I haven't cooked something this is the latest: fusion of sundanese (perkedel hmmm or fried corn cakes(??) normal fried chicken) x balinese (the vegetable mix called urap + wrap satay) eventho I can't eat that all. The cute thing of the wrap satay it uses cleaned lemongrass stalks from home garden. OH I MISS MY NON DIET TIMES 😭😭😭

    yeay 🀝 jackfruit too!! no? I do not have that way of think every time but there are some things in expensive brand guarantee quality but not all of it. I like the endurance factor of a stuff. Rarely I buy new one and I join exchanging circle to make it cyclic β™» I prefer more to buy/recommend premium local brands these days bcs it just make senses from the price x quality x support do you prefer bingsoo over a full ice cream?

    @mademoiselle meee hahahaha at first I cooked because I need to when I live alone.. My brother too seems like that, but he just so bad & only good in coffee section. It's impossible to always have deliveries the dish choices are suffocating T^T turns out I'm enjoying & liking it more & more I even seriously attended some cooking classes LOLOL but as starter, shoutout to cookpad I'm really thankful of it XD add: oooh! @Dhakra I believe
