Synopsis

Trunk is based on a novel of the same name by Kim Ryeo Ryeong. The melodrama is about a marriage service agency called NM that sets people up with their future spouses. Actor Gong Yoo will play a music director and producer believes that all marriages in the world are deceitful. Actress Seo Hyun Jin will play the deputy director of NM, who ironically does not believe in marriage.

 

The project will be helmed by PD (producing director) Kim Kyu Tae. He directed the Korean dramas A Love to Kill (2005), Iris (2009),

Padam Padam (2011), That Winter, The Wind Blows (2013), It's Okay, That's Love (2014) and Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo (2016), Live (tvN, 2018) , Our Blues (tvN, 2020) and written by scriptwriter Park Eun Young of
