It's time to say good bye to Stranger season 2. Thank you @UnniSara for opening this thread so we can have a good discussion about this drama throughout its 16 episodes! And you were right when you said previously that WTH and CB were nothing like SM and YJ. These last 2 episodes showed that their relationship was built on something wrong to begin with (so nothing right and endearing about that!). And I could only conclude..what an annoying character WTH is. He's unrepentant until the end and he looked only to his own benefits and failed to see others' troubles as the result of his actions. In fact, he wasn't the only perpetrator who kept blaming others, Kim Hu Jeong did exactly the same and so a few others (face palm). But then in the end we saw a glimpse of hope in ex-prosecutor Kang Won Cheul. He said that he himself was to blame and not Hanjo. Good on him! I'm really happy to see a possible suicide prevented and we still have YSW alive. When I watched the dream scene...I was wondering why YSW was part of the three people which two were already dead. The possible meaning only hit me when it hit YJ!! So I wonder is this the cleverness of the writer? Like she did it in a way to ensure people wouldn't be able to understand what it meant for YSW specially (as I fully got it why KWC turned and SDJ was stopped) and she later created another scene with YJ when she wanted the viewers to also have a light-bulb moment WITH her through her prodding questions in relation to YSW. If yes..BRAVO! I will always welcome a season 3~ I really want to find out what SDJ's answer was...YES/NO? Love his smile at the end and great to see his old secretary? at the end too! Thank you everyone for all your thoughts.. I'll see you around on other drama threads in the future!

@LaLa yes we did talk about lies lies...lol... Not in the mood for makjang atm... @mademoisellesia aiyooo....(wiping ue tears)..dear dear...i dont like giving false hope...or else later you wholeheartedly tried convincing me only to be rejected at the end.... The pain would be worse right?

@im0202 @LaLa let's just believe it wasnt ad lib :D although i think the drama didnt show the Shwa's reaction to IJ putting his hand on her shoulder (the part where she turned to look at his hand and then acted shy). I actually cant believe we have survived the wait this long....2020 almost ends and will HP season 2 start in early 2021. Ahhh...rewatch ep 10 to 12...i still have to do it -.- actually the last 3 eps have most the IkSong moments i like Yayy..we reached...page 2! lOLOLOL...

@LaLa 18 again? I dont think i ll watch that... I wanna watch Children of a lesser God after stranger 2 finishes.. Currently watching Stranger 2 and also JDrama...Grand Maison Tokyo...very nice! I think after this Grand Maison..i wanna continue with a few Jdramas along with COALG hmmmmm

@LaLa As the matter of fact..I did watch that special episode ( I did watch it @im0202 !) I haven't been following any other HP special eps but I did specially that one. So for sure JMD was directed to act shy during the shed scene. But what about JJS putting his hands around her? Was that directed too or did he just do that on his own? When I watched it, I got the impression it was JJS' improvisation but not sure coz I only relied on subs (and i believe that bit wasn't translated?)

When watching the past few episodes, I actually got the feeling that WTH and Choi Bit were just like Shi Mok and Yeo Jin in the past. But maybe somehow along the way, their collaboration and protectiveness of each other erred towards grey areas? Hence they ended up like how they're currently. So in comparison with Shi Mok and Yeo Jin, both of them are able to stay in the 'right' path although this prosecutor vs police investigation authority did test their partnership. Glad thought they seemed to pass this and now we're seeing the both of them solving crime/s together as how they did in S1. I must say up to (can't remember which episode now)... I got a bit annoyed with Yeo Jin..ahh..i remember..because she was withholding certain information from Shi Mok when the prosecutor was supposed to be briefed first thing when police found out any clues etc. But again, that's now in the past, and I like the both of them now as how i did in S1. Yay to SDJ not being killed off (at least up to ep 14). And hope that he'll recover fully and get to have his happy ending. I was actually hoping that the policeman who committed suicide case didn't end up that way. That was actually the case which I had the most interest in...and I was expecting it to be solved cleverly with some twists here and there. So when it was just concluded that he did commit suicide..I just felt that it was a bit too 'easy'. Bring on ep 15 and 16

No you're certainly not alone I actually want SHyeong with his ex-wife too..but this is just me liking the show providing 'different' type of love line (we already have love line between senior-junior/intern) and we haven't had a love line between ex-husband and ex-wife yet. And from the very little information provided in season 1, his ex-wife seems to be a nice person (one who could put up with SHyeong's family drama). But of course my preference can change depending on how she's presented in season 2. I do like Min Ha character though :) Season 1 ended its story in December 2020 right? Or December 2019? Edit: woww..Dec 2019! I just realised HP season 1 aired last year and not this year (gasps). Time fliesss

Let me join your still-confused club @lifeisfullofdrama @Keyta @abovewalls @abs-oluteM and hello to everyone whom I haven't met before! The last 2 episode pretty much created suspects out of everyone (ok, that's definitely an exaggeration). Even the father of the drowned teenager now looks like he might be the one who abducted SDJ (because yeo jin remembered his house floorboard which looks like the one on the photo). Or it could be the ex-chief (the uncle) or the ex-cop nephew, or his own wife colluding with someone? And let's not forget Lee Yeon-Jae's right hand man. I agree with @lifeisfullofdrama that prosecutor Kim Sa Hyun, although at first he was portrayed a bit shady, was most likely not involved in SDJ's kidnapping case (but who knows right?). I'm glad that the team leader of HYJ's old team Choi Yoon Soo got a bit of spotlight these two episodes which showed that he's a seasoned policeman and even when in s1 his character wasn't too likeable but here he's shown to have not wavered to hold on to justice (such in the case of revealing that the police might be one who was involved in SDJ's abduction). I thought in ep 7 and 8, I could detect his slight unhappiness or discomfort when finding out HYJ would be in charge of the cases, and hence putting him lower than her. But glad to see that it had not affected their relationship and professionalism in these last two episodes. Can't believe we only have 3 more weeks to go~

@NiteWalker hopefully you can get your health screening done as soon as it is possible xx. @MayanEcho your kids had to do covid test prior to returning to school? I'm not sure here..whether the gov subjected kids to covid test prior to opening school back to face-to-face learning last time. I hope your kids weren't too uncomfortable when the test was done on them.
