  1.  If I recall  Sun Jae fought with the serial killer in the original timeline. Sun Jae never saw the Serial Killer from my recollection in the second timeline. I believe she got the watch after the fight occurred in the original timeline.
I believe Sun Jae changed his watch to Pocket watch. In  Epicode 7 , pocket watch had a short scene with the director kinda zoomed in for us viewers.  It was the scene
when SJ came home and looked at the picture of him and Im Sol.

I don’t Im Sol knew she actually had Sun Jae’s watch but she thought she has one just LIKE Sun Jae. Remember the clothes  Im Sol wore is very different from the original timeline. What do you think @mademoiselle

What if ?? “ You haven’t changed? What did

Sun Jae mean from the original timeline. Do you think he was talking about “the time she knew his existence” or meant when she did not know his existence.  “You have not changed! must mean something right  chingus.

  2. Another amazing episode

I hope no more time jump please.
This episode clears up what happens to Sun Jae in the original timeline.

    - Sol’s Grandma knows about the Time Jump but still isn’t normal.

    - Serial Killer is out

-Serial Kill is targeting Sol and Sun Jae but thanks to the time Jump. He has no had the chance to harm her.
    - Sol and Sun Jae’s life are still in danger

    - Sun Jae is still very much in love with Sol

I can finally see that Baek In Hyuk is still Sun Jae’s best friend  and they are still close . I am happy for that.

And the matter of Eunseong’s end. How does he degenerate into such an obsession from being a cool and presumable intelligent investor? Didn’t seem quite in keeping with the initial character presented to us. Would’ve made more sense if he were calculative and scheming to the end, but finally outwitted by Hyunwoo’s smarts. It would’ve been more satisfying an end to have his dishonesty thrown into the hands of justice than to be shot dead by a SWAT team. Seemed too easy a death for him.

To me I always expected his ending in deaths I never expected this character to spend time in jail.
The viewers has scene his psychotic or cold nature and saw it at Fact. But in my opinion  it was a mask covering up his loneliness. If all ES wanted was wealth, Hong Hae In’s illness would have never distracted him. From the moment he came into the picture, I felt his desperation for her love. He saw his loneliness in Hae In but she was never alone. She has Hyun Woo because of his promise, she neglected or forgotten that Hyun Woo as human too. He has feelings and needs that should be satisfied. He was potrayed as character aiming for wealth. Wealth and money was his mother’s dream, all Yoon Eun Seong wanted was his mother to stay by his side.

  4. Yoon Eun Seong very tragic ending . Having a vicious mom and learning at a young age being vicious is the only way to achieve your dreams.

:pandachamp: Finale episode achieved 24.850% nation-wide! Park Ji Eun really milked the audience to the end. Because the rating reached this high, Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won will get together to fulfill some rating promise.

@abs-oluteM @gilaswan @UnniSara The ending scene with the old man is after year 2074, which can be assumed old Hyun Woo visited Hae In's grave every day with a bouquet — like how she saw an old man at the park doing that and mentioned to Hyun Woo during their honeymoon.

This place was so significant to them both. It was in Germany where their love for each other was very romantic and their love became eternal.

    Spoiler

I was saddened for Eun Song loneliness.  I think ES was lonely and transfered his loneliness to Hong Hae In . He died alone and his mom didn’t really mourn hi at all. Her true love was money.

In’s life appeared lonely but her family did love her. She spent so much time being the mature one, fearing of getting to close and worked diligently to achieve all her dreams.

Sweet ending, but I'm not sure I liked how they chose to wrap the story up?

@abs-oluteM When did Haein see the old man in Germany? I forget.

@gilaswan  From my point of view, it was when Hyun Woo went to visit Hae In's grave when e was old. He went to place  that was significant to them both Peachblossom trees. I considered the afterlife since he passed away too at that time.

    check the image

I posted the video scene in my next post

  7. I am so surprised that @abs-oluteM isn’t here watching this Lovely Runner. She would totally be Sun Jae #1 fan

Yep, he does lack Motherly love @mademoiselle

I have a theory!! Sun Jae and older Sol was supposed to meet because her word of wisdom was supposed to have been given to Sun Jae so he can say it to her in the future.
Like Sol was supposed to suffer and go through major incidents in her life so that  she can remember who saved her. Sun Jae and Sol don’t know how to cross lines for what they want. They are to respectful of themselves and others

@Mouse @mademoiselle  Yes Sol is the reason he became a singer. I believe after the accident, Sol changes a lot and forgot Sun Jae.  Sol’s mom is a protective mother and only wants her daughter to live her best life and forget the moment she got into the accident. Even though he daughter has become Sun Jae biggest fan when they were close in the past .
He knew who she was and is always looking out for her but it really hurt that she doesn’t remember him.  For example for Sun Jae fell in love with Sol AR FIRST SIGHT.
    Second life

She runs to him and his face lit up , great performance

That said, I think the drama has been very successful in developing their relationship from that extreme. In addition to that scene, he was also plotting to get himself into Hae In's will. So Hyun Woo's character was really quite despicable at the beginning, no matter how much we can understand his situation. If not for KSH (both his face and acting ability), I'm not sure if there is another actor that can rescue the character and be so loved now.

@Chocolate I did not even think about the will. I always assume he was just happy that he can get his freedom after her death nothing more.
I did not suspect he wanted to be in her will.  Although in his mind, he was biding his time until he dies, his every action are not what you expect of someone waiting for freedom and I romanticize it. Another reason, I did not think of the will is because HW was still wiling to divorce her and he signed a Prenup before marrying her, so I don’t think he cared for the money. His fear of her family destroying should be the real motive of his happiness when she died.

I dislike drama that are 1:50 too. But for this drama it makes perfect sense

Something I don’t understand - why does Hyunwoo’s mum get angry with him when he revealed that he decided to call off the divorce when he found out she was terminally ill? Wouldn’t that in general have been the right thing to do anyway?

@gilaswan His actions was despicable, she read between the lines. He decided not to get divorce when he found out she was going to die. After she told him she was going to die, he became more attentive at home and at the job. Hyun Woo was misleading Hae In with her feelings.

This is the sweetest confession I have ever seen in Kdrama land. It was pure and full of sincerity.

Eun Sun is so manipulative. When Da Hye asked about hubby, he lied to her because he wanted her to be as miserable as him.

Eun Sun sees Hae In as a trophy. His attachement comes from Jealousy for his mom attachment.  When Hae In did not act like a spoiled brat after he saved her,  his perception of her changed and his twisted love bloom. I don’t think he has ever been love and he

Mo Seul Hee- I think this character also has twisted feeling toward Man Dae( Queen’s Chairman). She doesn’t want to kill him but wants him to be under her control because his family have no respect for her.

XZ is what a god should be, I have to say one of the smartest god I have seen in my history of XianXia watching. He has never does something without a meaningful purpose. When he imprisoned SL, many thought he is simply infatuated with her but actually he wanted her to sees her history so when it time comes she knows what to do willingly and prepared. He is powerful but never unreasonably overbearing, once again everything has it's purpose.

YZ was very wise and I believe Natural Law expected all this to happen @OsmanthusTea

    Spoiler

Planned it all from the time of his birth/creation. Him falling in love with SL was the catalyst that gave him the edge to end the threat that hangs over the three realm.  He had live a solitary, miserable life for him to fall hard for Shen Li.

  13. @Mouse I was left in tears after watching ep 10.
The cast has done such a marvelous job in weaving a tale with on/off screen moments between the cast in giving us viewer insight on Hyun Woo and Hae In.

I really thought that Hae-In was going to go according to Yoon Eun-sung's demands. I thought she was going to agree to be with him to spare Hyun Woo. What I didn't see coming was that she was going to use the opportunity to out him so that she could protect Hyun Woo, even at great cost to her. I was FLOORED. And the way she looked at Hyun Woo after.. that was her way of telling him she loved him too and she would also protect him that way he protects her, even at great cost to her.

I experience so many emotions, sadness, anger, excitement watching this scene. Hae In stood in front of all the reporters and declared to the world, YES was threatening her with her husband livelihood and integrity.

I almost liked Fu Rong in Episode 16. His character development, I imagine, will be one of the things to look forward to.

He Yu did a great job portraying Fu Rong and you are right his character development is something to look forward too. His development was a slow process because of his interactions with Shen Li and Xing Zhi.
Jackie Li another great performance as You Lan. She was awesome and you won’t believe what she becomes. Let me know when you do figure it out.

  15. Xing Zhi is a complex character and as the story progresses you start to understand his every actions so far. As an Ancient God he knows a lot and again tries not to interfere but I believe it will all be explained.
Shen Li is an amazing person and truly loyal. I believe her holiness did not really play a part in the women and warriors she is.

I am actually up to eps 23 at where Shen Li  and her realm have become targets of these "demons" or whatever they are call .  MF's body is missing and I can already forsee that they will use it to cultivate these creatures, and use him against her (or something along those lines). By the way, the folks in the Divine Realm are far from divine ! So many annoying & hateful beings. Such a waste of a pretty place - the peace and abundance they have enjoyed has made them complacent and self-centered. They should all be sent to the mortal realm to suffer!

I felt the same way. The Divine realm beings are lazy and rely solely on the Immortal Real warriors while they live a life of luxury and try to control the Ancient god to protect them and the three realms while they live happy lives.

were they ousted from their own house or did they choose to vacate because they now know it's no longer a safe space?

I believe it was both. They were Ousted and no longer safe because the media is looking for them.  Hyun Woo came to the rescue and take them home.
Although grandpa couldn’t fire him, but the new CEO has grounds to fire him because he is related/close to the Queens.

I am sure we will see Grace on the next episode. I dislike Grace and can’t wait for her downfall. I believe she will fall first. She is also the weakest link.

I think we should all refelect that Hyun Woo kept his promise, their debt is his debt from when he began to pursue Hae In.
