  1. OMG!!! Episode 23.

AWESOME EPISODE I will not write any spoilers

Wvee Evere since I started this drama, I have been SPEECHLESS. I have not been able to find my voice to comment on a well crafted story. I plan to read this novel once the drama ends. I believe this drama is BINGE WORTHY. The cast has done a marvelous job and I wish they all get nominated as best drama for 2024z they certainly deserve it.
Yinzi and Shen Li’s story should be label as eternal love.

This drama began with an Immoral who is dedicated to protecting her people. Her people means so much to her. She has always taken care of people but never the other way around. Then we meet a mortal that is indifferent and has no desire. He was I fortunate to have met an arrogant Phoenix.🐦🔥 He dotes on her and unintentionally made her fall in love with him..  As she lived with him, there were times he appeared to be

not from the mortal world. We later find out he is an Ancient God “ The last of his Kind”.  It would explain why she had no desires or refuses to help because he can not interfere with Natural Order of the living.  Shen Lin fell hard for him and so did he without him knowing about it until it was too late. She has shown him another way to help people without interfering with the natural order. She believe people action is what lead people astray, not their heart.

    Goodbye scene was touching

Brother. Love the actor. Don't love the character. But he does come across as a poor little stupid rich kid. His wife is very sus... I'm sure she's manipulating him.

She is playing him. I wouldn't be surprised if she drugs him sometimes, to take a break from him. He is extremely stupid.  I can not believe he believed his wife when she told him he was the one who drank the rest of the alcohol in episode 3. I thought couldn't he smell the alcohol on her breath or body? After all, any alcohol consumption leaves a noticeable odor on the breath and body. You were right @gilaswan she is manipulating him. He is doted on by his family meanwhile his sister is treated vastly differently.

@abs-oluteM  I am so conflicted with HW lying to his wife because I am starting to suspect that they have a pass that neither of them knows. Two hints have been shown, they have met twice before they met as adults. Although he says he hates her, his actions say otherwise. When she gets hurt or is lost, he becomes anxious and expresses anger or fear when she is concerned. His marriage was suffocating him but his pretending to care is much worse especially when she is ill or dying.

    Spoiler

Flashback scene where she was almost killed by the huge wild boar, someone rescued her at the beach.  Now we see they met in middle school briefly , once again he saw her at her worst.

  3. Hello chingu's

    How is everyone

I just started episode 1 and I am so hooked. I love this cast to much.  Kim Soo Hyun always does a great job in any of his drama's and movies.

I completely episode 1 , I am quite confused with the female lead.  She defends him behind his back but in front of him she is cold.

to ruin her bff relationship. She has succeeded in making Minhwa no longer trust her because her mom was a cheater.
Su Min purposely made it appear that Ji Won was cheating on him like her mother.
Soo Min created drama just so she could watch Minwan and Jo Won fight.

One of the main reason why , I call her a sociopath. She actually like Min Hwan, I believe they are a good match. He has a temper and Soo Min had the nerve to tell him. She should control him.

Ji Hyuk’s sister, hopefully she won’t lose her job this time around. Ji Hyuk is a very good brother. She is the apple of her grandfather’s eye. I am so happy his family is not toxic and there is a lot of love in their little family.

  7. Hello

Yes I am still watching Marry My Husband @mademoiselle

Episode 4 ended with a deserving climax and a feeling of urgency for the next episode.
i never expected to enjoy this drama but drama keeps surpassing my expectations and looking forward the next episode.

One reason I enjoy this drama is because it started on an interesting note, Ji Won believes to change her fate she has to transfer her fate to someone else. In Kdrama it can be possible but not in real life. This realization kinda made sense because for example: she was supposed to get burned by the pot, but when Ji Hyuk save her, he got burn scar ( at first o thought the scar was from needle marks until they explained) lol  I am so silly.
Now for her cancer, she definitely can not avoid it if it is meant to be , but I don’t think the writer want us to believe it can happen. She can delay it like some of you said? If she takes care of herself.

Another example , when she almost bumped into the trolley in the first life, but avoided it in the present,  due to fact she avoided, she still ended up getting hurt in the same place. If she had gotten someone else  there at the moment to got hurt , she would never had gotten hurt at all.

Jung Soo Min is shameless and cruel. Watching her from the first life and present, it makes me so angry because Ji Won finally admits, there were some instances she knew her best friend was targeting her when she didn’t get her way. She made sure to isolate her from everyone, she she can be used. That is such a lonely life.  To see her be in romantic relationships that is abusive and friendship that is emotional abusive made me so angry.

A nice touch to this story, is that Ji Won’s dad is playing matchmaker from beyond the grave. It was really sweet of him to mark her soulmate for her..

    Flash. flash back scene

Ji Won and Ji Hyuk may have slept together hence drinking is bad for Ji Won .

Everything played out really quick here, Kang Ji Won (Park Min Young) time-slipped back to 2013 after she's killed by cheating husband Park Min Hwan (Lee Yi Kyung). I am thankful the cheating was a quick reveal, so the wailing/crying didn't get dragged out. The drama explained her time-slip as some sort of gift from her deceased father.

Thank you for creating this thread. It is off to a good start. We did not have to watch FL suffer for a very long time. We were given enough info on her suffering. The cast is doing a great job and I was not sure if they would capture my attention.

I find her fake BFF, Jung Soo Min, super weird. I understand the set-up is that she covets everything Ji Won has, but even when coveting something, she should be looking for something/someone better! Yet, she opted for Min Hwan. Or she plans to break up with him anyway after Ji Won dies? Even so, with the amount of time Min Hwan and Ji Won are married, she could have already found a better man herself. Anyway, I'll just go with the Kdrama logic here and watch on.

I think there is more to her coveting Ji Won’s stuff. She is narcissistic and is extremely jealous of her. We have seen her home, she is very materialistic, and she is always looking for her next target ( someone who can lavish her with money and attention). Ji Won was that person but she did not realize that Ji Won’s boyfriend was emotionally abusive and would become violent. I am pretty sure he abused her too but she never saw it as a red flag. Ji Won suffers from abandonment issues.

  9. Hello everyone

Topic 1:  Sweet Home Season 2,

Lost You Forever -  I started watching this drama, which brought me so much joy, happiness, and sadness. But then I ruined it for myself by checking out the novel’s ending.

The Uncanny Counter  Season 1 - I enjoyed watching Season 1 and will be watching Season 2 soon.

The Glory Part 2 , Moving

    Topic 2:

Perfect Marriage Revenge,  Justice In The Dark.

Family: The Unbreakable Bond (2023)  I recommend this drama and the storyline was very touching

Miss Mystery,  The Glory Part 2,  Moving

Topic 3   The Uncanny Counter   Under The Skin, Love Like Galaxy

    Topic 4

    Topic 5

    Topic 6

    Topic 7

    Topic 8 - Longest Promise

    Topic 9

    Topic 10

Topic 11 -  Best Villain- Park Yeon-Jin, Jeon Jae-Jun in The Glory. These two characters never changed and stayed true to their character from the beginning until the end. The actors portrayed them as broken souls who can never be redeemed or healed. Too much baggage came with them which was ingrained in their bones.

In S1, we learnt that Nam Sang Woon is Seo Yi Kyung's fiancé. In S2, he was the comatose MH-1 whom Dr. Lim (Oh Jung Se) tortured and experimented on. He suffered so much that his monster self detached from his body and took over Jeong Ui Myeong (Kim Sung Cheol) in Season 1. So now he's in Pyeon Sang Wook's body, which makes him Yi Kyung's fiancé and Ah Yi's father. However, he did nothing to help Yi Kyung when she collapsed in pain. He obviously saw her pregnant stomach too. I can't remember whether he showed Yi Kyung mercy in S1 now.

That said, Eun Hyuk spent one whole year in a cocoon or is that a flashback?! And, what's that other monster cocoon in the research facility?

Sang Wook I had to rewatch the scene carefully. It would seem  Nam San Woo doesn't love his fiance at all. This is so sad, he only have hate in his eyes.

Episode 1 was a bit difficult to watch because it showed the soldier, Kim Yeong Hu (Kim Moo Chul), brutally stabbed a Monster Baby to contain the Monster Mother. They then burnt the mother alive in front of the baby. Tak In Hwan (Yu Oh Seong), whom I thought might be a villain (because this actor tends to play villain) showed mercy to the baby and let he/she go. That baby is going to come back with a vengeance, for sure. Just like any living things in nature, if the mother sense danger, she would attack to protect her child. And this was the case. The humans were pulling apart her nest.

This scene was extremely sad @mademoiselle  I was glad to see the baby again. Baby is friends with Seo Yi Kyung's daughter Ah Yi.  Do you know if the baby monster is still alive, since the fire?

Ah Yi this character does have empathy but her mom SYK was way too cruel/ Scared of her and the other humans hunting/hating her only made her start to hate humans. I think she has a crush on Cha Hyun Soo.

Sang Wook is creating his army, by helping humans get in touch with their inner monster side, so he can survive.  It is sad that the government still do not understand what the monster truly is.

Do you guys think Wook Pyeon is still alive? The other half of Sang Wook

Sang Wook was not the first patient. Yi Kyung's fiance was the second patient Dr Lim was obsessed with.

I forgot that YiKyung was already pregnant till I read what you said. So the reason she gave birth to a monster was because her fiance was already a monster when he impregnated her? I was so confused when she suddenly had exponential tummy growth and went into labour. LOL

@abs-oluteM  I think her bab became a monster because both parents were tainted in my opinion. I don't think SYK's fiance would have infected her. He loved her and made sure she did not know about his work. He was a doctor after all. I think her infection went to her baby and dad's sperm may have

P.S I love this season, to be honest, the CGI doesn't bother me at all. The issue everyone was having is due to the fact Season 1 was mostly around the Green Apartment and had lots of mysteries that needed to be solved.

Season 2 has to be about what happened to the rest of the survivors, it can not just be about one particular place since we have seen other side effects of the monsters.  They needed to explore how much changes will continue to happen

@ktcjdrama Hahahaha! I thought that his makeup was not done the best too. It seems a bit unnatural to me, but maybe that's his concept. He's a big shot CEO so he has to be flawless. :GengarCool:

KYD and PYJ said in their photoshoot video that the drama is about love that blossom during war. With a comment like that, I assumed Do Ha's recollection of what happened is not accurate. He is probably missing pieces in his memories.

I finished episode three and I think the editing was a bit choppy compared to the first two. One thing I was confused with was how did Young Hwa survived that fall with just a few bruises? I thought for sure she broke a rib or two. Did her amulet protect her?

At the end, is Young Hwa dreaming or did she travel back in time?

I believed she traveled back in time. I think as she dreams, she is time-traveling but her brain can't process it all. She is always forgetting her dreaam. I think her time-traveling may be too traumatic for her.

My suspicions about all her reincarnation, the Real evil spirit has been killing her off everytime. But in all the other reincarnation, she probably never dreamed of the past or even had a glimpse of it.

Do Ha thinks he is stuck because he has to kill her, but I think he can't really kill her. He has had so many opportunities and still did not do it.

The Real evil spirity wants to keep them apart, i think he is to blame for the death of Do Ha.  I think Do Ha's death there are still some missing pieces.

I tried to watch episode 4, I fast foward to the end. I plan on watching it from the beginning tomorrow.

    15 hours ago, mademoiselle said:

How is he planning to kill her when he's so soft-hearted towards her all the time?

Exactly @mademoiselle Do Ha is really soft-hearted towards her.  He acts all tough and then he is putty at her hards.

Kim Young Dae's portrayal of  Do Ha is perfection. He deserves an award.  He thinks about her, he is worried about her but he still tries to act tough.

The painful past between Young Hwa and Jun Oh (or I guess more like Do Ha since he's possessing Jun Oh's body now). :letalQQ:

At some point, I think Young Hwa and Do Ha fell in love knowing it was forbidden. They swam against the current, which ultimately brought them nothing but 1500 years of pain. I'm eager to find out more about their past though. Did Young Hwa really kill Do Ha as revenge or was there another contributing factor? I just finished watching Destined With You where they also had a painful past life. Their memories had gaps which made them think the worst. I'm wondering if the same thing is happening here too. Are there broken memories somewhere that provides a clearer picture of what actually happened that night?

@UnniSara Have you watched episode two yet?

    Hi chingu's

I have watched episode 2 and it was very intense. I have not watched episode 3 yet. I will definetely watch it and make a comment. I will do so once, I have time to comment and take screen shots and clips I want to share.

    See you guys later    :wow:
