  2. Oh I know him but he's a stiff actor. Dunno about now @SilverMoonTea
  3. Episode 3 is another awesome episode! I was already WOW in the beginning scene. At first the show made us think that Lee Kyun Hyung's character was going to get lock in with the rest of the zombies but Sae Bom rushed to open the door to try to get him out. This girl, I don't know how she can be so fearless because the whole time I was worried the zombies will bite her! The soldiers even decided to close the door on her since there was no way to get her out. And just at that very moment our Yi Hyun runs in and pulled her out with so much force and out Lee Kyun Hyung and Sae Bom rolling out and onto the ground . And the first thing he does is check if she is OK. The guy is determined to protect his love. I think at that very moment, even Sae Bom was for a split second! LOL Some parts are just so real and relatable because of COVID-19. How people immediately head to the supermarket and start stocking up. It really feels like I'm re-living that moment. The most shocking moment came right at the end where Han Tae Seok revealed those damn blue pills have been widely distributed across the whole apartment residents through the gym's PT. The government decided to cordon the whole community and we see soldiers and trucks positioning all the barricades. It was such an impactful scene. I was also thinking how the people in my country should have seen scene and be grateful our lockdown is not at this calibre. Literally this means the government is abandoning the residents in there (be it positive or negative) so they can contain the infection. I don't feel mad at the choice Han Tae Seok had made because I know people aren't going to be honest and I know it's a desperate and necessary measures. That hug at the end. Aww. Yes, I'm glad Sae Bom is not alone in this lockdown. But I'm really concerned about Yi Hyun actually. Several times he is just so cool and calm when dealing with these zombies but we have no idea if he has immunity or not. I think at the near end, the show will most definitely torture us with him being infected and Sae Bom is the key to the cure. @JenL I've decided to drop Jirisan. It's been putting me to . There are so many new dramas just started so I'm going to check them out and decide which to keep. Jirisan is wayyyy down the priority now. Maybe @Chocolate @abs-oluteM and @ktcjdrama can still keep us in the loop once in a while (like I do for Sisyphus hahahaha). @Dhakra I like Sae Bom's sass. And not every day we get to see a FL pushes the ML off a building. I liked her immediately after that and I'm sure that's the moment Yi Hyun fell for her too What a refreshing way to get a guy. Haha. Well, I hope you guys enjoy episode 3 as much as I do! Zombie out!
  4. Hahahahaha so that's what really happened in the shirtless scene! I did notice someone was near his clothes but didn't know who or why

  6. @abs-oluteM Hahahahaha I feel like I understand some medical terms (or can learn from it) better than Maths. When they did this scene, I was like "Are they writing or drawing many triangles (I was sitting far away from my screen)?" The actors would have to memorise them when it's a direct shot ... I think I'd be so confused xD
  7. @abs-oluteM Glad you liked it too. Yes, so far there's no romance and even if it develops later I believe it will be one-sided from Seung Yoo's side in 2017. Once we have the time jump and Seung Yoo is at legal age, I think that's where the romance will really start budding. Yoon Soo hasn't shown favouritism (at least not yet) in these 2 episodes. She was mainly encouraging Seung Yoo to participate but once she finds out he's experienced some difficulties in the past, she immediately backs off. I was quite amused he couldn't shut his mind out in solving the Maths question she gave him. Her approach doesn't pressure him and she understands him because they are the same type of people who enjoy the thrills of immersing in solving the Maths problem at that very moment. But of course from the views of others, it will look like she showed favouritism later if she spends too much time alone with him. He's not going to be sitting in the class with the other kids so I think that's where or how the rumour begins. Not to mention both Ye Rin and School Director Noh have been up to no good from the beginning. Everyone in here seems to have to prove their worth through achieving something great, not just Ye Rin and the kids but also Director Noh to her family. The drive of her ambition to prove her worth stemmed from she was born from wedlock. I really hated Seung Yoo's Dad in episode 2 when he yelled at Seung Yoo to fill the cabinet up with trophies again. How horrible a parent is he? What does he see Seung Yoo as? Why is he treating his own son that way? I feel so sad for Seung Yoo at that very moment. I'm not so sure I could like Ye Rin even though I understand her hardships and it was her parents' fault for her upbringing. It's like survival of the fittest and she has so much pressure from the adults, not just her parents but also Director Noh who threatens to dump her if she fails. By the way, if Yoon Soo is this good in Maths, would that means she as good as a genius herself? How do you feel about the presentation of Maths in the show? Yoon Soo keeps mentioning Seung Yoo is the next Srinivasa Ramanujan, so I'm looking it up xD. Still no sure why SY is SR... haha https://www.britannica.com/story/interesting-facts-about-srinivasa-ramanujan
  8. @abs-oluteM Episode 2 is great too! Can't say I understand the thrills in solving Maths problems though. All I see is a bunch of gibberish! 😑 But Seung Yoo sees the world and everything in Maths, it's a world I'll never be able too see which is interesting. There were good chemie between them too in the scene where they were just so immerse in solving Maths. I think it's nicely written so far and I see how everything led to her being accused later on. However I do wonder how will the story goes after the time jump.
  9. BLACKPINK’s Jisoo And Jung Hae In Open Up About Their Drama “Snowdrop” + Feeling Nervous For The Premiere In a recent interview and pictorial for Harper’s Bazaar magazine, BLACKPINK’s Jisoo and Jung Hae In dished on their upcoming drama “Snowdrop”! “Snowdrop,” which will be helmed by the director and writer of the smash hit “SKY Castle,” is a new JTBC romance drama set in 1987. Jung Hae In will star as Su Ho, a student at a prestigious university who suddenly rushes into a women’s university dorm covered in blood one day, while Jisoo will star as Young Ro, a student at the women’s university who hides him and takes care of his wounds even while facing danger under close surveillance. When asked why he had chosen the drama for his next project, Jung Hae In replied, “The biggest reason was the writing. The strength of the writing, the strength of the story, and my infinite trust in the writer and director.” As for whether Jisoo ever felt any whiplash when switching back and forth between BLACKPINK promotions and filming for “Snowdrop,” she revealed, “Because the worlds that Young Ro and Jisoo live in are so completely different from one another, I actually didn’t find myself getting confused.” “On top of that, from the moment that I arrived on the filming set, everyone treated me like Young Ro instead of Jisoo,” she continued. “Thanks to them, I was able to completely focus on being Young Ro, so I was really grateful to the staff.” Jung Hae In also opened up about some of the difficulties he faced while filming the drama. “‘Snowdrop’ is the project during which I found myself running into the most walls in terms of my acting,” he shared. “Because of that, I relied even more on not only the director and Jisoo, but also each and every member of the production staff. During that process, I realized that there truly is nothing that you can do entirely on your own. So I think I’ll be more nervous than ever before as I watch the first episode air.” Meanwhile, Jisoo spoke about how her bandmates had given her strength during filming. “The other BLACKPINK members promised that no matter what, they would watch the drama when it airs on TV,” said Jisoo. “Even when I was filming, because we contact each other so often, they were always cheering me on. Because the members were so curious [about the drama], I found myself gaining strength and working even harder.” Finally, when asked with whom she’d be watching the premiere of “Snowdrop” when it aired, Jisoo jokingly replied, “I don’t have the confidence to watch the premiere with anyone. I want to watch it by myself at home, but I don’t know what will end up happening. I think I may end up covering my eyes with my hands and watching through the tiny gap between my fingers.” “Snowdrop” will premiere on December 18 at 10:30 p.m. KST. source
  10. Didn't have time to respond properly at work but @Tofu I like the look of glamping! Yes that's why I have high praises for YSJ in Duel. He is a bit of an oddball when it comes to acting. To change between playing Sung Joon and Sung Hoon, he invented a chant. So he would keep chanting the same trigger words for whenever he needs to switch characters. For Sung Joon, his chanting word would be "It's not me. It's not me!". Also while filming a drama, he'd rent a small room and live like the character he plays. He would also spray perfume for certain characters he played to help him channel that character (but if I remember correctly he didn't have a perfume for My Country. I think Hwi's scent would be sweat HAHAHAHAHAHA). @abs-oluteM Hahahaha I totally forgot about the chicken ad. @Chocolate Are you still engaged and continuing with Jirisan? I'm dropping it. There are too many new dramas I want to check out and need to catch up on existing ones. More importantly it's making me Zzz every time that I got so annoyed (at myself) , plus the episode before Son Seok Ku was so uninteresting. My care factor was going down as I watch how the Rangers look for evidence when we already know who the culprit is. No suspense at all! @SilverMoonTea @abs-oluteM What about you guys? Keep or drop? This is specially for @Chocolate and @im0202
  11. I've too many TV homeworks piled up. And tomorrow I've to meet up with friend in the city too so less time to binge. Oh the stress.
