Omg @rocher22. I just finished eps 11 & 12 . This CP love language is fight. & bicker , make-up & kiss. 🤣🤣 So much tension & passion between them . No complains though as I crave their moments together. CG & XX love line is also developing & they are too funny 🤣🤣

@mademoiselle But I pity my dearest PSH . He got so many delulu fans & shippers of the main leads writing nasty comments on his IG & to his agency’s social media that it really upset me . I don’t have SLS here as in I truly love the main pair getting together but these fans no need to be so mean to him . He was just doing his job . The fact he had to say this was funny but also sad . 😭

I love the end when they arm twisted the Chief do donate the reward to the orphans.  I also love the emotional plea they made to the police officer to let them go when the Chief ordered them to be locked up. Anyway this was another really fun episode showcasing the teamwork between this newly minted group.  Nice to see the younger ones pulling their weight - the smart kid especially will make fab detective because of how he thinks. What was also nice was seeing HyeJoo involved in this case unwittingly and she used her "acting" skills to distract the thieves.

The romance took off fast. Young Han is a scatter brain - very sanguine personality. He almost forgot to go for their movie date again , lol! I love though how they showed their relationship develop and when he threw his body to save her in the car chase , I was certain it would seal the deal. The love triangle also died a natural death when they all find out that YH and HJ  like each other. This is good cause I don't see the need for unnecessary romantic entanglements in a show like this. Anyway according to Seo EunSoo in her Harper's Bazaar pictorial for this show, she says that HyeJoo is a straightforward person with a lot of inner strength who will do her best to protect YoungHan who will become her husband. So I think we will see their married lives as the story progress.

Yes...I am glad we see more of Xia Xia. This actress is quite good - have seen her in reality TV programme and she's capable of doing lead roles.  Big Bro Cui is like the local gangster head in Nanping right?

Dong's jealousy was so good . I am glad that the leads are getting annoyed because that shows there are feelings there. Hehe. But how in the world did ZJ even like someone like Jitong. He's so full of himself and such a prick. He's got that face you wanna slap.

LiXian in Will Love In Spring.  I highly recommend this slice of life / romance to everyone . Great chemie with the FL played by Zhou Yu Tong.

I was so happy in last night's episode when he reject her outright. He's also very suspicious of her relationship to Suji since she tends to react alot whenever Suji is in the picture. It really helps that WooRi does his profession justice - he's very perceptive of things and draws the line when he has to. What is so funny is that the relationship between him and Hyun Sung are developing faster than it is with SuJi . Lonely & lost HS needs a friend but poor Woori ...ahahah imagine having to hear about the relationship issues of the girl you like.

I finished ep 3 and it is a very good drama, different from other Republican dramas.

The plot is unpredictable and interesting.

The ML and the little girl are so adorable, she is smart and brave. 

I am tempted to start this for LiXian. Maybe I have this crush on him  ...but okay I need to see how you feel after more episodes as I am a little bit allergic to Republican shows. I always start but cannot finish partly due to the propaganda.

Did you watch this one? Meet Yourself. It was on my timeline a lot last year but I didn't check it out. Now because of LiXian, I am motivated to do so 

This FMV has spoilers but the setting is just beautiful. LX has good chemistry with the FL here too. A lot of reviews say it is a very nice slice of life with a slow paced romance. 

I am checking this short drama out on Youku . The lead from Secrets Shadow Sect  ....let's see how it goes

Heyyyy, maybe PM is also sick, so seeking cure for his illness.

Why are we not surprised. This does open the technology to many possibilities but also abuse...I mean in the wrong hands, you can be creating super soldiers to conquer the world or to do your bidding. 

On one hand , I am not against the ability to grow new organs. I know first hand how crucial that is in saving lives . At the same time , there are so  many ethical issues that has to be looked into, regulations that has to be in place and also the potential of it being used for the wrong reasons need to be considered.

@rocher22 I was so surprised that they released 3 episodes last night - I had expected only one . But no complaints & it was a good thing too since it was to give closure to Uncle He’s death. 
 

I am in love with this show. It’s not just the romance - it’s how the relationships & conversations are written. A lot of shows claim to be slice of life but don’t quite cut it . This show though takes a realistic perspective about life & death without downplaying things but it doesn’t make it too dark. Through CMD’s views on death  when he spoke to  ZJ ( telling her how he became an embalmer ) , and through how he explained death & grief  to lil sis Niao Niao , I feel a sense of comfort myself.

I think that PM and grandpa are somewhat on the same team but dad has his own agenda. Dad being the ex SIL to grandpa is not on the best of terms with the old man. 
 

Yes, PM has a fondness for JaYu, not just admiration for her capabilities.

Interesting that her PA (legal advisor) is not in her most inner circle. Understandably, the less people know about BF's true capabilities the safer it would be. Those who are in the know are all the scientists & the tech guy. But I wonder if the PA feeling left out , would become a problem later.

I think I understand why he's been putting up that wall. It's because he fears being abandoned. That is the running theme of this show. The young people who leave for greener pastures and never return . His parents marriage issues and how they left him there with grandma. Her leaving for Shanghai after he had gotten so attached to her during high school. Even his career is about preparing a person for their final journey where they will not return. I cry thinking about this.

So for him to take this step to open his heart - sending her off, responding to her kiss took a lot of courage. By the way it is no wonder the whole town knew. I like this cut I got off weibo ...that was a pretty good first kiss ! 

But whatever excitement I had in eps 5 and even in upcoming eps 6 was dampened with the preview in eps 7

I love how they parallel the past & present @rocher22 . One episode a day is not enough 😄!  I am especially excited for eps 5 and 6.

@NiteWalker pacing is pretty decent & the conversations have depth . Like it so far .

Unbelievable that I am up to date till eps 20  , and that was without doubt the best episode. True it took 20 episodes for anything remotely romantic to take place between the leads but all the build up felt kind of worth it. I still hate 70% of the characters but I feel like I can finally ship the main pair romantically and will hang on.

My fave scene from eps 3 was this when grandma told them both that they are destined. The horror on his face 

I have only seen Li Xian from Medical Examiner Dr Qin but that was eons ago and I can't remember much of him . Pleasantly surprised by how attractive I find him here. ZYT is a pretty good actress - last saw her in that tennis drama with WuLei. Though I found her a bit of mismatch with WL. She has better chemie here with Li Xian.

 this may be something you guys can check out when you have time. Promising slice of life - romance.  Slated for 21 episodes - so pacing is fast and the story telling is nice. Pretty cinematography too. 

@peperomia....I am shocked. The twists are all unexpected. I consider myself a season crime drama viewer but the writer had me here. Just as I thought that Jung Won was going to be able to get a fresh start in life, I didn't see her

@mademoiselle YYY and the murder is just the tip of the iceberg here. The plot twists and reveals were things I could not have predicted.
