    I think being the Queen is never about love, romance because the wife has the duty of producing an heir for the King. I'm not exactly sure how Joseon does it. Couldn't find the rituals/process from Google however we know Korea inherits some tradition from China, so more or less it would be similar. I also remember coming across a movie called The Concubine where Kim Dong Wook was seen in so much pressure performing his duty and eunuchs were there to "guide" him.     I saw the kiss and came in here to see reactions first lol! I also thought it was fast but did you guys notice every 1 hour episode we watch there were mini episode numbers being counted, so 12 being the mini episodes or the 1 hour episodes? Jin Young plays Ba Bi but he's not ex. He is Yumi second boyfriend in season 2!

    Hahahaha that's what I told Chocolate before to try J-Liar Game @SnowBlob I definitely preferred J-Liar Game to Alice in Borderland and Squid Game. Like you, I'm also not seeing the appeal of this drama and the reason behind why people like it. @im0202 I've seen AIB, thinking it would be good and didn't enjoy that too. I think I'm just not into story like this.

    This one I don't know. I only started to know him through Signal xD From what I learnt/read after following various Oppa's fandom, the actors who are already famous before military service aim at enlisting after leaving a big hit to secure their status so that when they return, they are still sought after. However, I find with technology these days, it seems that actors who had enlisted is still able to be seen through CFs (pre-filmed) and continue to get media exposure from participating military performances/musicals. Park Bo Gum for example has been active. Can't remember who the other day I saw on the news will be doing musicals. In addition, the soldiers are now allowed to use mobile phones so we often can see updates or see them like another fellow actors' posts. People do say they are more manly after the service but I find some aged a lot more compared to before enlistment - the skin in particular aren't as good as before enlisting. I'm wondering whether they went through similar situation like in D.P (or cause of harsh training) that deteriorate their complexion/skin. I mean, if they were made to stand under the scorching sun training, it definitely won't be good for anyone's skin. And I suppose they also can't do face spa once they're in there (I wonder if they have time or are allowed to put on sheet mask?).
