    It’s finally clear the who and why all the killings happened. What’s left is the apprehending and wrapping up of our leads story... This drama won for the most awaited drama in 2021 in JH, and I didn’t even vote for it, haha. I really didn’t expect myself to enjoy it so much. I like it and has no problem with the going back and forth with the timeline. It’s just another way of storytelling. I do have some issues with certain portrayal of events/scenes, some I have mentioned before, but those didn’t disturb me too much that I couldn’t enjoy the drama. My only hope for the ending is for KHJ to please please recover his consciousness.

    I am there with you. My motto is, if you don’t help yourself, no one can help you. Yeah but some 25 yo already a father... But I thought he is younger. Still in university, right? 😂 Now, that I didn’t notice. Too busy reading subs and watching them 🤣

    Agree with what you both have written above. See how foolish he is... He never gives any information that may help his case at all to his lawyer. It's like he doesn't use his brain at all and can only cower in fear. He is too consumed by his worry and fear. He only keeps saying he didn't do it. He is so lucky to meet a good lawyer in Shin, who believes him based on gut feel. Otherwise, Hyun Soo is basically dead meat in his case. Yes, I'm getting quite impatient with him now. If I were his lawyer, I would've slammed down my hand on the table for him to tell me more That said, I pitied him a lot for the bullying that happened to him. Yes, that burning of his palm was really hard to watch. That was too funny... and I guess you weren't watching with subs? Because it ain't happy times at all, like @Chocolate mentioned. Big fail there Me too... but so clever the way they smuggled the drug in. I still want to know more about him. You know that luminol picture of naked Hyun So? They should shoot his butt too for the luminol reaction. I bet there'll be lots of blood spotted also. Then one should wonder how a stabbed and dead girl could still grab his butt, right?

    Same thoughts here. When he asked SB whether Hyun will still alive by then, I answered "Of course, your wife is alive... why won't Hyun be? As long as you don't shoot him" Teared up again when SB was watching the recorded video clip by Hyun... Please let them be reunited. I am excited though that in the preview we see SB going back inside in her uniform to rescue Hyun. And also not surprising that those vultures were finishing off each other

    Right?! Who knows there's antibodies in her saliva as well. Then Hyun is saved... I teared a little during the elevator scene.

    Despite asking for a spoiler for leaked ending, I stopped reading this thread as soon as the post is about what is happening today 😆 I still want to get that jumpy scary feeling from the drama, and the jaw-dropping eye-rolling satisfaction on what else those annoying residents can come up with... Hahhaaa... I am also very glad this drama is ending this week. Sad that we don’t get to see SaeHyun anymore, but so glad not to see those annoying neighbors anymore. And of course the other reason is I have too many dramas for the weekend!! 6 dramas!!! 😱 But the good news is, 3 are ending this weekend... woohoo!!! 🥳 Never been so glad to be “freed” from dramas 🤣 although all are dramas I enjoyed. There are other new dramas I need to watch! 😆😁

    I am surprised too!! But it’s good that they just jumped the probing of people if it’s just dating news. All the best for both of them. Not a big fan of either one, so I am neither too excited nor too concerned, hahaa...

    Agree on these points. Right! I have friends who have not watched it yet because they couldn’t find it anywhere, and they’re not the type who will go to the dark side. Yeah, unfortunately I am not excited about AHS playing LZW too. His cheeky smile is not cheeky enough He has this unique way of smiling that I just don’t think fit LZW’s profile. Yes, watch it as a different project in mind. If the adaptation is very close, it’s going to be difficult then. Like Oh My Ghostess Thai version. They’re almost the same scene by scene with the Korean version. Whereas there are other dramas Korea adapted from Taiwan and Japan, which are loosely adapted, so it was easy to separate them as different projects.

    @JenL They’re going to have a Korean remake of Someday or One Day!! I am not sure about whether I want to watch or not 😓 I am so worried the remake will ruin it... Supposedly it’s Ahn Hyo Seop and Jeon Yeo Bin in it. Both your favorite @abs-oluteM...

    Is that photo showing Hyun Soo? I can’t see the resemblance 😆 Anyway, it shows the guy putting a hand on the neck and the other hand at the back of the head ~ strangling? choking? Hyun Soo I think might have a panic disorder that he always overly reacted and cannot be calm and use his brain to think of next step. Yes, I agree that he is foolish. Enough to take drugs from a pretty stranger he meets and then sleep with her. Definitely unwise and immature person who is easily swayed. So okay, I am voting he is innocent. I have no clue about the original. How old was it? I might have watched it though... 😂 just don’t remember.

    I haven’t been able to find the book as well. Some said because of the airing drama, every search leads to the drama instead of the book. But yeah, from what I have read from various places, in the novel, HJ was jealous of HW because of the love and warmth she saw in her relationship with WJ, compared to her own marriage, so it seems that HJ is the one more active in causing WJ to look her way. WJ was in love with HW before he cheated on her. Thus HW saying that HJ has many good things but HJ has to take away the one good thing going for her. In the end, HW was killed by HJ. WJ also died in Ireland and never get to go back to Korea.

    I am caught up! The show is really good. Can't stop once you started it... Yes, I also want to know what happened and very tempted to search for the answer from the original version. But will control myself.... Really cannot stand the prosecutor and lawyer making a deal about how many years to sentence Hyun Soo, just so as to be done with the case. It's someone's days months and years we're talking about!! But of course they won't care, as long as they wrapped up the case "beautifully". What I don't understand is the police that did not agree with the 10 yr sentence as he thought it's too short... He truly believes Hyun Soo is the murderer? Or is there some other mission that he is on? Wonder if he is under someone's order... but if it's the true culprit who is giving him order, wouldn't it be fine that as long as someone else already took the blame? I also didn't like how he, and the prosecutor, manipulated Hyun Soo psychologically before the polygraph test. Good thing Lawyer Shin was there to help. Another thing I wonder is whether Hyun Soo really did not kill the girl. He was under influence, and indeed didn't remember a thing. But it would be such a twist that if he really did kill her, except that he himself also was totally not aware of what he's done. And what's the deal with the prison guy Do Ji Tae? Why is he taking care of Hyun Soo? He mentioned something about he repays people he's indebted to... How did he become indebted to Hyun Soo? Does he know the girl murdered? So was he happy that Hyun Soo killed her, because it did him a favour?

    If it’s of any clue, Kim Sol’s mother’s name is Kim Seong Suk. Saw it on Asian Wiki cast list. Are they related? So Kim Sol and Officer Kim are cousins.

    @liddi maybe the row of number 13 is empty simply because there is no entry and 12 is the last entry. If you notice, there is a number 14 and 15 too under 13 (right after HJ flipped to the page). It’s probably a record form with all numbers filled in. However, what I am wondering about is that there were 14 people standing gathering beside the well. If 2 died by accident, 1 by suicide, there should only be 11 entry of those leaving the village. Do you know what’s LSW’s father’s name?

    I am 50-50 too. I hope he won’t die for same reasons you mentioned. But unless someone came in and stop 601 from suffocating him, he will surely die and no one will suspect suffocation as he was stabbed earlier.

    I have only had the chance to watch ep.16 and 17 today... Gah, this drama is even more tear-jerking than Red Sleeve Cuff... So we're going the noble idiocy way. But really, I don't know how they can ever be together unless Dam is no longer the King...?? On to ep.18 now, hopefully a little bit happier than 17. Appreciate JW's father who helped them and tried to think of a way out. It's sad watching his scenes with Guard Yoon dying. He is definitely written on the way of redemption. Unfortunately, I think he's gonna lose his life for the sake of his son. I hope not. I don't want anyone to die. I'm kinda scared for Hyun as well... he also might die at the hand of his own brother, or the evil grandfather of Dam. Edit after ep.18.... I spoke a little too soon it seems. Looks like Hyun will really die in the next preview. Unexpectedly, seems like Court Lady Kim and Eunuch Hong will also die too?? Then JW's father is also being restrained by evil grandfather's people, and JW captured too? O gosh... We should feed grandpa and Hyun's brother to the zombies.

    This part about writing off the van as accident. It wasn't clear, was it? That the incident was already written off as accident but he still asked from KHJ the list. Or that he has received the list from KHJ and eventually reported it as accident. I actually thought that it was the former, that it was already reported as accident, but he still asked for further information from KHJ, suspecting something and trying to investigate on his own.

    Did they hear him? I thought all they heard was static. Or maybe it’s us having watched too many crime dramas... 🤔 I can understand in pain one tends to find someone else to blame. HJ is a convenient person to blame, because I think YG sort of knew he would understand her...? I am watching her in Gentleman & Young Lady, a weekender. Not a likable person. Pretty sure she won’t die at the end 🤣 Only good people dies while those evil irritating ones don’t die so easily. That thought about LYS also crossed my mind. Remember the rule that no body found/seen means no confirmed death?

    I too believe he is not the man we’re looking for. I still think it is Kim Sol. Sadly KHJ shared too much too openly with him when he wasn’t even sure yet who the man he was actually looking for. He trusted Kim Sol just because they have had a few more interactions compared to Officer Kim. We still have 2 episodes but KHJ is already flatlining... I don’t know how to feel about that 😔

    I had a lot of good laughs watching ep.21-22. - Enjoy seeing Sara’s frustrations because of YG’s attitude and behavior 🤣 I think she won’t be able to stand it for long and might give up sooner than we thought. The way he pushed her out the cab 🤣 - Love seeing how YG is constantly on DD’s trail because he is drawn to her, and the jealous mode is on. He cannot stop thinking of her. DD is not responding of course because she thought he was a two-timer, but YG just go with his heart, although sometimes still falls into manipulation of the witches. - The writer has created a way to insert Gun into Sara’s life. He is now the driver of the company, and substituting the injured family driver for 2 weeks. He and Sara will meet next week and he will know the person Sara is supposedly going to marry is YG. There’s an unexpected bromance developing between YG and Gun as well. - I love the amnesiac YG because he is more candid and compassionate. Not the rigid and awkward person we saw earlier. He was able to evaluate himself too about how lacking he’s been as a father to his children. - Skipped through DB-SR arc. Foolish shallow people. Can’t believe I once was rooting for them to be together. It will take some big transformation/events before I can root for them again. - Anna Kim trying to get SC to go with her and DD to the US?? Hm, not sure how to feel about that and who to root for, especially if she is not coming clean with her real identity yet. YS being an irritable person doesn’t help either. But, I think at the end of the day, SC will choose YS over AK no matter what. That’s a 27 years of marriage there, compared to the x-years he was with AK before she left. And it seems that a serious sickness is being written for AK? That will probably serve as the plot to reveal her identity?

    I wonder if we’ll really get the happiness at the end of this drama. I only noticed now that the Korean drama title logo is kinda fading away at the end...

    Yes, I noticed the “again” he said in his prayer. I tried to recall too, who that person is, but to no avail. Have we seen him before...? And was the gift directed to GW, or to the whole group, knowing they may show up/gather there?
