  1. You’ve got a point here. Let’s hope his memory was until she has a face change. One good thing is that the children might insist to have DD around, and they’ve taken a “family” picture before at the restaurant. I think she will side with DD, but the thing is, DD might not say anything about the relationship. She never likes Sara anyway, and I think she isn’t the type to be partial towards Sara, and I doubt Dae Ran will want to kick her out. Sara would probably want her to be around to help as well. I mean to boss around, now that she might become the lady of the house.
  2. Have no idea. I have heard there’ll be 3 seasons, but they might change the plan, just like Hospital Playlist.
  3. I think I spent most of watching ep.12 while wiping tears off my face... Some have guessed the King knows about Dam’s real identity, and indeed he does. And such beautiful dress he gifted her, but it’s the letter that got me teary once again... Love seeing Lee Pil Mo in this role. He was actually one of my earlier oppas in the past, LOL. First saw him in a weekend drama, My Love My Family. Will be back with more thoughts.
  4. Yes, he did!! He said for them to experience pain together. Urgh!... The wife is just foolish. She is putting her life on the line. Did she never think that she might die from all those beatings? Or at least permanent internal damage. And to think that she is a doctor. Another person that made me angry is the mother of SW's friend... What's the deal with her?? I honestly think she is cray-cray... She has put SW in invisible bondage towards her, yet masking it as a good cause. Urgh!... I'm worried that SW will lose his patience and do something bad to her OST#5 - Midnight Sun
  5. Boo!! @Chocolate Halloween is over long time ago...
  6. Ep.12 - Not Hell Yet - At last, a few minutes of real HJ being human. It's good to be able to see her cry and confess her mistake to her husband, and being willing to accept anything he decided. But of course, HS has other things he needs to protect as well, that he's not going to let his marriage crumble. - I thought the intention of the dinner date was right but the method was wrong, but it turned out that HS has planned for the dinner to show off to WJ-HW. The HS-HJ couple is just toxic snob. I can understand HW's rage towards them. - Flashback of Ireland days ~ WJ has become so possessive towards HJ that he even demanded to know if HJ slept with her husband or not. I frowned hard and thought "That's her husband. What right do you have to be angry if she slept with her husband?" Then we hear HJ's reason for leaving WJ. It's because of his impulsiveness, or recklessness. So if he wasn't impulsive or obsessive, she will continue the affair? She only stopped because the risk of being found out is getting higher each day? - Had to LOL that WJ is being offered the same model of rental car form 6 years ago. No, I don't want the old model, I want a new model! It's safer on the road! - O wow, Grandma means business. Doing the DNA swab before HJ's eyes. I really cannot stand her, but her screen time is not as much, so I don't really care about her. Although I think one of these days, she is going to be harmed by the abusive son-in-law. The way she kept belittling him. - And another wow, seems like Ho Su is indeed WJ's son? He even kept the umbilical cord.... well, unless he was just there to help with the birth... after all, HJ was alone there. Just made me wonder, how busy a rich husband can be that he couldn't make the time to be with his wife for delivery... - Preview has WJ saying that he's going to take back everything that was snatched away from him (that's the Chinese subs). I tried checking the Korean, and it seems to use the same word. I mean, what was he thinking that other people snatching away what belongs to him? Wasn't he the one who snatched away what belongs to other people? Some thoughts about ep.11 which I didn't get to write about ~ One positive thing about HW is that she sincerely is concerned about the welfare of Ju Young. That she is willing to even become her guardian. I trust that she never meant harm to Ho Su and judging from the little boy's reaction, he likes her. I still don't agree with her way of kidnapping the boy, though. Some argued that she is the mastermind, while others defended her that she has nothing to do with it. I guess we can never know until more is revealed to us later. The show seemed to imply that she did, but I actually think she is not that stupid to implicate herself with such crime. Yes, she did give the mask to Ju Young's father, but maybe what she told him was to enter the party as dressed like so. But did she really direct him to take the boy away? We don't know that for sure. And now I have another theory why HJ chose to return to Korea... She might have left because of feeling suffocated by her MIL, but since she finally bore the family a son, probably the MIL promised her some things for her to quickly return to with the baby boy, like an art gallery? The one they’re trying to build now.
  7. Mine is worse that I don't even dare to say it out loud and share it here... I agree. Since HS is willing to close one eyes about what happened, they can still remain married. But HJ was just too scared to tell him the truth. They can keep on faking the marriage actually. Now it's up to HW whether or not to stop on this path of destruction. Of course with the condition that HJ is willing to own up to her mistakes and apologise sincerely. HJ and WJ owe HW and HS apologies. Only then all of them can continue their lives properly. However, since this is a drama, things won't be uneventful and won't go smoothly... HJ should really stop with her fake smiles. I can't stand it.
  8. Indeed... so many things happened in this episode. Seems like many things will happen in the next episode too. From the preview, there is Grandma swabbing Ho Su's saliva for DNA testing, flashback of Ireland days, WJ going to fly to Ireland on 2020/12/17. A lot to digest for this episode. More like I have feelings that are so wrong to have, but I did have them. So I'm going to sleep on it first. Anyway, I'm just glad that HS finally is confronting the issue with the photograph in hand. He seems to have an idea since long time ago, but refuse to face it or to believe it. Another thing that I'm glad to see is WJ voicing out his frustration on being sandwiched between the two women yet neither of them is willing to tell him what happened besides pushing him up against the wall. At this point, I'm hoping that Ho Su is indeed HS and HJ's child. Not sure how or if they marriage will continue to survive, but at least the little boy will still have a doting grandma on his side? Let WJ be the one feeling devastated that he's been lied to all those years by HJ that Ho Su is their love child. That way, HW will probably also feel relieved that WJ and HJ didn't have a child together? Although that doesn't mean they never slept together. But maybe it will lessen her feeling of anger for losing her child with WJ, yet WJ and HJ have a child.
  9. As I watched this part, I'm wondering if we're also dealing with supernatural stuff? But it hasn't seem that way this whole time... So I'm going to guess that someone took her, and cared for her while brain-washing her? Then let her be found by the people. But all this happened in Seattle, so will this time period be revisited? Urgh, the way K moved the passed out KS is so dangerous. The guy could literally break his neck on the way down into that box. But of course, she would just shrugged her shoulders and say "oops" with a smile, if that happened. So she really did do it all by herself. I'm glad it was revealed to us how she managed to move them there so that we don't keep wondering about it.
  10. Smart move you make there... the magic word... let's see if it works this time
  11. Let me go check... . . Nope, he's not here... I wish I could abduct him, but I know you girls will miss him and we've agreed to share oppas, right? So I won't take him away without notifying you all I actually haven't watched this week's episodes, haha... still catching up with other dramas because I've fallen quite behind with last week's progress. I've had a lot of shorter window of time last week that I wasn't able to enjoy watching dramas fully, so I decided to wait. Will come back soon with thoughts after watching.
  12. @mademoiselle I bet those staff/co-ordi/stylists are low-key crushing on KMJ. How can one not be?
  13. You're not the only one feeling so. I can say for most of us here that there isn't anyone we like in the drama as well. Even the kids!!... That's a new for me Maybe, if there was a pet involved, I might like the pet...?
  14. Ep.7 and 8 had me watching at the edge of my seat most of the time. Wildfire is no joke and extremely difficult to put out. Not only it destroys the forests and residential around it, the bad air quality can also affect areas far away leading to health problems. I am always in admiration towards these rescue workers whenever a disaster struck. It's really hard physical work and we can never thank them enough for the selfless sacrifice they made. It's definitely not the money that made them stay in their job. The Thailand cave rescue a few years ago was one example that I was in awe with rescue workers. Although some of the scenes in Jirisan were a bit unbelievable (for dramatic purposes), I'm letting it slide because I support the drama's attempts to portray the dangers that these rescue workers have to go through for other people's sake. And I really appreciate that, hoping that the casual viewers will start thinking and give these rescue workers the tribute and recognition. I agree Urgh, when I saw it was her and the other ladies cooking in the mountain, I was fuming, like that wildfire, to see these irresponsible people having picnic in the mountain. Go to a nice restaurant if you want to have your hot soup, ladies! But at least because the rangers, in particular KHJ and SYG saved her children, she finally is able to shut her mouth berating them. The yoghurt bottle was very dirty, so I'm assuming this person picked it up, and not carrying it to force LDW to drink it. I was thinking of Capt. Jo too, but looking at the physique, it doesn't seem to be him though. That's from memory. I have to go back and check his lower half body from the back (I know, this sounds very perverted, LOL...) And I'm going to start paying attention to the shoes too. Yoghurt Guy Camera Guy
  15. Yay!! Glad that you've started this. I hope that the future reveals will keep you interested to continue watching.
  16. Do you think the handkerchief will magically appear again and be blown back to YG or DD? never mind me...
  17. No one has ever referred me as petite, that’s for sure...
  18. I am sure no one can beat @Tofu Have you seen her list? 😱😆
  19. Finally finished this drama. The delay was not because it has become boring, but I don't really want to say goodbye to this lovely drama... Some of my thoughts below Ep.15 - Are we stars too? - Were that tears I see in TJ’s eyes? Not of sadness or regret, I believe. But more of rage and shame? - Love how Dali keeps reaching out to Gong Ju. Hopefully her reassuring Gong Ju that they too could be stars and that they’re not broken toys can finally be understood by Gong Ju. - Wow, the reveal of what actually happened. So the cause of death is not made up. Dali’s father indeed died of heart attack, but only because of provocation from TJ and him not allowing medicine to help the old man. - JKC is really such a naive person. He is so green, yet so greedy. He thinks just with that video clip alone, he can steer TJ? smh… - The ending got me in tears. Of course I know MH will survive and not die. But still, knowing that Dali is waiting for him, he even said that he still needs to go see his love made me so sad. And that’s a lot of blood!! I’m so glad that WT was there too, otherwise, for sure cannot trust that useless simpleton brother of him to save MH. Well, at least he seems to be sincerely panicking about MH being injured. Ep.16 - Our life has no right answer. Only you are my right answer. - O gosh, the family of MH *rolleyes* It's the last episode and they’re still so not likeable. The father telling Dali to stay away from MH, urgh! By halfway of the episode, he was still asking Dali the same thing, stating a valid reason of not being able to face Dali. But dude, that's your problem. Why MH has to suffer because of your feel of shame? I'm like, what?? don't tell me we're going the noble idiocy route?? Then there was the 1 year time jump, and I was like, arrrghhhh!! They're ruining such a great drama with a stupid noble idiocy and time jump ending *pullingmyhairandfeelingangry* ~ but ~ ~ they got me good, haha... no noble idiocy at all. Boy, am I glad I stayed clear of any spoilers before watching, haha... - MH wanting to doll up himself before meeting Dali made me laughed so much... I was thinking most people would play up the sickness and act miserable. But no. MH has to look his best even when hospitalised. *thumbsup* - Chak Hee working together at the museum was great. This girl is an opportunist (in a positive way). She must not have a lot of money that any way she could get free lunch, she's all for it. - It's also great to see Dali and GongJu getting along like a bestie now. Finally that girl came to her senses. - The ending narration by Dali's father was a really nice touch to send the message of the importance that he sees regarding the existence of the museum. Just with one ticket. - I really love the ending where Dali and MH stood together holding hands. I miss her curls though, haha... I also love that the show doesn't skimp on the kisses between OTP. And they live happily ever after. The End.
  20. why do I feel like final exam is coming? I will come back asap to share my list. Now, lots of RL matters to attend to, not to mention new episodes requiring catch-ups. The thread topic almost throws me off. I thought this is a twin thread of Reflection of You
  21. HTS should supply some gears and equipment to YH and SB so they can fight the zombies, instead of running for their lives! Why am I so suspicious about Seo Yoon’s mother text reply? Is she dying? I am hoping for that too. They never say that he died, so maybe later he will make a cameo again towards the end of the series. Agree about HTS letting SB leave the facility. Not only that, she is given a pass to freely come in and out. I am guessing their “normal” time has become much less shorter than the less severe cases. That’s why they were put in the container? But what were they supposed to do? Just sleep? Why aren’t they chained like the others? The door was ajar when SY went inside. Did his smell of life awaken the zombies? And that’s why they attack him? I am assuming the zombies will not attack fellow zombies. Yes, I suppose even zombies have their code of brotherhood 😆 Exactly this! Long free hours are currently a luxury that I cannot afford, haha...
  22. But korean age is +1year right. So he's technically born in 2015 ? I have taken that into consideration. From what I understand, the moment a baby is born, he is considered as 1 yo (supposedly including the time in the womb). So if Ho Su celebrated 7th birthday in 2020, he would’ve celebrated his 1st birthday in 2014.
