Found my SHE villian It was tough cos there are so many. My choice: SHE is Cha Luo (姹萝), the Magnate of Gui Hua from Bloody Romance (媚者无疆). A supporting character but such a bada** SHE villian. SHE assigns assassins their missions, and absolutely loathes the FL. Cha Luo was portrayed by actress Jill Hsu. Are these right/left pics good enough? Hope so. For Round 1: PS: I hope I'm playing the game correctly.

Finally completed Ep 10 today. I was distracted that day when I wanted to watch it. Now, I'm so shocked! I'm mad at Ami! I liked her in the beginning but now I hope my lil darling will not grow up anywhere near her, or near the likes of her! Allow me some time to cool down first. Frankly, it's been quite a habit of sorts for me to click onto my shortcut to that other forum and that other microblog. Each time I'm there, I get stuck reading/lurking/sometime posting and that left me with little to no (disposable) time to check in here. BUT, I've created a shortcut for this thread and will check in more often. I simply love this drama! And love to hang out here, as well as to support in any small way, this new "JJANG fam" that I also love! (Speaking of which, is there no Penthouse thread? Or did I search for it incorrectly? I'm sure JH folks are watching it and loving it as much as I am. Pardon my "ignorance" haha. I am still finding my way around this "JJANG mansion" I'm all caught up till ep 9 and it is one where I am most excited about (to date) simply because the curtain to what lies beneath is being drawn bit by bit starting from here on out. Also, that apple-eating scene truly threw me off! But that's not due to laughter, rather, that's due to how wild and ridiculous one's mind (a man's in this case) can wander simply at the sight of an ordinary act of eating an apple. The writer won! She manages to etch this scene, of all scenes, and its connotation (and resulting fear) in my mind. At the same time, I can't but wonder: Is this the modus operandi that Ami uses to "string" her conquest of rich men (I doubt Yu Shin is her first, though I may be wrong), esp. those who travel on business class? Or is she truly and innocently just a simple girl? I can't wait to find out. I am going to watch ep 10 now. I'll be back to post some thoughts. Thanks for the welcome @abs-oluteM @UnniSara

Checking in here for the first time (had no idea this thread exists here but for the prompt of @abs-oluteM<=thanks) So many awesome dramas are on-air at this time, we're truly spoilt for choice lol. No complaints though, except that we only have 24/7 lol. I shall try to backread all your wonderful thoughts/recaps/etc., and will probably share some thoughts/gifs when the urge to write/post grabs me. Enjoy drama-watching, posting, and the weekend!

I share your sentiment. My fam/friends are scattered all over as well. Literally all over - 4 out of 7 continents. This situation is made worse by travel restrictions due to the pandemic. Haha... but is it a case of "can't say no" instead of "too young"? My lil one tells me this all the time. Haha. For me too, especially so due to "self-imposed quarantine" after one within my family circle was infected a couple of months ago and was just vaccinated a few days ago. Fingers are crossed for full recovery and full stoppage of further infection. Hahaha. You know there's another angle to this theory, don't you? Who knows, you may "strike a jack with a golden pot" or "strike gold together through luck/hard work" haha. Not forgetting the joy of love/being loved and more... So true! Haha sometimes even the "liar" is confused about the veracity of the "lie" My first half was definitely a lie, and one of my earlier posts would have shone a light on it. I've also added the bit about "Janus" as a drop-dead hint haha. But the second half... erm... I will just say that (though I like cats) I love pups more. Kinda half-half? Kinda confusing? What a fine effort there! It gave me and others a really good overview. Guilty as charged. But I knew from the get-go that I have zero hope of getting every answer right. So with reference to other answers before me, I threw in a few disruptions on purpose. From the looks of it, I think I did "fairly well in my bid to confuse" hahahaha I'm definitely more for the books, although I do like the movies. They fleshed out the characters and the settings so well, there's a good wizardry feel to the lot. How I wished the production had been more faithful to the novels, but I guess they either wanted to be creative or it was too difficult or impossible to be true to the novels. Thumbs up to JK Rowling for her ingenious writings and creations. And thumbs up to @Jane and @mademoiselle for this interesting and well-organized game. I hope your 2.5 plus many more hours spent will bring you fond memories (as it would to all participants).
