Troublesomes / Disagreement with Neighbors

well i have a neighbor upstairs or downstairs that love to talk at the balcony in the middle of the night....come on...its 2 or 3 am in the morning!!! and voice carry at night....my room is just next door to the balcony..and i tends to open my window at night for the breeze!!!

 

i couldnt stand it one night and i actually call out from my window and tell them 'Wooi...orang nak tidur (ppls do wants to sleep)'

 

come on where is their common sense???

 

not only that...something went crazy with them that they blasted their radio loudly around evening times...i always try to get some rest after work ... they obviously didnt think so far???!!!
