    A fire broke out on the set of the upcoming KBS drama “Yeonmo” (literal title). On August 5 at 9:10 p.m. KST, there was a fire at the Korean Folk Village in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, and the fire was extinguished in 20 minutes by the dispatched firefighters. On August 6, a source from “Yeonmo” shared, “There was a fire while we were filming at the Korean Folk Village yesterday. One of the crew members saw the fire, burned themselves while putting out the fire, and received treatment. [The fire authorities] are investigating the cause of the fire. We’re waiting for the results.” They added, “Today’s film schedule has been canceled. We haven’t decided when filming will resume.” Based on a manhwa (Korean comic), “Yeonmo” is about a pair of royal twins, one male and one female. The sister is initially abandoned for being born a girl, but she later disguises herself as a man to take the place of her brother as crown prince. The drama stars Park Eun Bin, SF9’s Rowoon, VICTON’s Byungchan, DIA’s Jung Chaeyeon, Bae Yoon Kyung, Nam Yoon Su, and Bae Soo Bin. Source (1)

    Yeah, this Ha Jung Woo. Big shot movie star. And yes, that's his father's scandal. LOL. I was more WOWed by the fact that he's gonna be a daddy at age 76! I'm not sure if the English translated news articles have started to mention his stance but the one I read from Weibo stated that his reason for abortion is because he thinks he's too old to have kids now - which is not false. Other than this, I just thought - dude, one of you should have use contraception. One isn't being responsible, the other should at least be responsible. Come to think of it, I lost my respect for Jacky Chan because of his scandal similar to this too.

    Wait. What? Kris Wu suicided?!! Last I heard was him arrested for sexual harrassment! Is he alive? I just read about Ha Jung Wu's drug scandal. He claimed to use Propofol for skin treatment but the dodgy bit is he registered to inject Propofol under his brother's name. Anyway, prosecutor wants to let him go but the court/judge says no. LOL, reminds me of Devil Judge. Didn't know judge can do that. He's so rich. Hired 10 lawyers to defend him. 2 left and the rest sounded quite big shot. @TRaNz Now I've to think about what to eat for dinner. I haven't gone shopping so no food in the fridge apart from stale bread, egg, lettuce and tomatoes. Imma don't want to eat cold salads or sandwiches! I forgot to bring my lunchbox home (I decided to have Macca). I'm totally opposite of you. If the duration of wait for PT is short, then I think it's OK but here is not like Japan/Singapore, I've to wait 30 mins or 45 mins for a bus or train and freeze to death in winter - forget it! Plus taking PT means I've to get up even earlier. No deal. Not a morning person.

    @SilverMoonTea Ahhh. That must be the reason why I disliked the drama. I remember it was rubbish but don't remember the reason (possibly my subconscious just wanna forget rubbish). xD I'm surprise of ALL oppa, it's SSH you are so in love with LOL.

    @abs-oluteM Yeah I saw. I hope that don't mean push back on premiere date. But I guess I'd rather they push back then having to rush the actors to complete filming (need them to look pretty on screen, not panda with eyebags)!

    Good question... I'm hoping Pfizer hahahahaha! LOL I don't think I wanna lose my eyesight after dining here (coz I wanna wish to be rich too like Lee Kyu Hyung). I wonder if you can be specific by wish I want to win 100 Million X dollars but not lose anything of my body or anyone I love... but I'm sure Hee Ra will find something I miss and take it!

    Imma having McD that I couldn't have last night (work colleagues decided to take away haha). @JenL We have Pfizer and AZ now. TGA is still assessing Moderna and Janssen's. My guess is Moderna should be the next to be provisionally approved. I think AU is looking into producing its own Moderna. You can check the eligibility of vaccine from the VIC website whether you meet the conditions of vaccine.

    @SilverMoonTea Seems like most people get the sore arm. My one & only flu vaccine gave me sore arm and the feeling of coming down with a flu. Aish... how annoying. I'm in a watch Superman mode now. Netflix is showing Man of Steel + Batman vs Superman but took down my fave Superman Returns when I really wanna watch it again after finishing watching Man of Steel.

    (Forgot to respond last night) --- Hahahahahahaha I know what you meant. I've done my complaint before the drama aired and when the first stills were released. It really doesn't compliment. She needs a new hair stylist.

    @JenL I'm just annoyed I can't have fine food on Sat night. If friend hadn't cancelled and we pushed the date one week later, we would have had this dinner - although I may not like it if we had it last week, because the couple who went on my behalf (I let them have my reservation) feedback was not great. I booked another restaurant the couple recommended for this week. Other than this little hiccup, I'm OK with lockdown - again, it makes no difference to me since I go to work every day, lockdown or not. Also apart from having difficulty waking up every cold mornings and able to sleep in, I actually don't mind going in - mainly because if I WFH, I tend to sit too long and doesn't walk around as much. @TRaNz If you go to Hazel, do show us some food pictures. I will "eat" with food pictures if I have to! BTW, I was trying to get McD Classic Angus burger but the queue was super duper long drive through. Ended up with Maggi Mee instead! Geez. It is just lockdown for crying out loud. Not imprisonment for life! @SilverMoonTea I'm booked in for first dose. Fingers crossed no side effects coz it's on a Sunday. No weekends for me to rest if I feel yucky. Worse comes to worse, I might call in sick if I do... but still.. prefer not feeling anything at all.

    Thanks @TRaNz! I'll be spending my weekend watching kdramas and researching on these restaurants instead of enjoying a nice meal on Sat. Ugh. Sincerely wish this doesn't affect my Society's booking. This one is super important.
