You mean this drama? For now still watching. First episode was kinda boring for me, but ep.2 picks up a bit. Hopefully it will be better and better.

The sister been married and recently divorced. Not sure whether you caught this part of the detail or not. So I think it’s a bit more difficult to marry her off.

Poor SYJ, under the scrutiny of binjin shippers... We should be glad this drama is unlike Pretty Noona Who Buys Me Food. I heard the making out scenes there were more intense than here.

I think this writer been living in a cave for some time... The plot of sending DD to US is so old! This is not a snail-mail time anymore, where you can only long and pine for someone under the moonlight. Just tap on the mobile phone and you can see the person's face and talk already. Too stupid... adding greed on top of it. Each time she seems a bit redeemable, she turned back to her old ways. She should be happy to see Se Jung is being loved so much, but no, she keeps thinking how she could be with him, when the boy never misses her. Scared of her, in fact... So it's her greed to be with him, instead of wishing him well.

I normally watched at double speed, but for that bomb dropping scene at the start, I watched at normal speed to get the full dramatic effect PSC could never learn that he in fact is the one who hurt DD the most. When DD told him that she probably will hate him forever for deceiving her, I went "Take that!" -- Poor DD, I pity her when she said when she was little she was abandoned by her own mother but now, she is abandoned by her own father. Stupid Sara... since when a cancelation of engagement needed both party to agree? Where's the logic in that? Just one party not wanting to go through with it means the whole thing is off This delusional witch. She also got herself pregnant out of wedlock again, and this time stooping so low to use her pregnancy and force a marriage to happen. I never thought that we needed YG to regain memories of his 22-yo amnesiac self, but looks like it has to happen so that no more lies can be made by Sara. Um, can we please have Se Jung never never ever ever find out that she is his birth mother?? That's my last wish. I don't even care about whether or not Gun and Sara got together. Gun needs to get far far away from her. To think that I supported them before this...

I cry more for dramas than in RL too. I guess it's the BGM accompanying it, haha... I don't usually cry for murder stories, and crime investigation is one of my favorite genres. But maybe because this case is really just so awful, and me having a daughter, I could relate to the parents feelings more. Like I mentioned earlier, the director/writer did well in creating the feels to the cases without going too much into the details. You hardly see the back story of the victims, yet you can feel the sadness.

The "move-DD-to-US" plan is so ridiculous for me... Like she couldn't buy a plane ticket to fly herself back to Korea if she misses YG and the kids so much. Are they going to confiscate her passport while she is there? Or maybe control her finances/allowances? Not let her have a mobile phone? Pfft, YG could fly on a private jet there if he wants to. PSC must not have heard of LDR before, he or the writer must not have known that people can video call daily now at very low cost. Like distance can stop YG-DD from "seeing" each other. It's really them keeping to the promise of breaking up that matters most regardless where they are.

LOL... me too! I enjoyed the other two pairs much better. Talking about which... (ending spoiler of Search: WWW) I almost calculated the ages as well, but decided not to since their ages are one year difference from the regular ones we know. Stopped doing that especially against a time line (in crime dramas). Unless there is a clear DOB shown to us. I think NJH shines so well when paired with the right actress...

Lovely episode. Especially the ending where we have no less than 10 minutes of the OTP's interactions - sparring, bonding, and even confession of the hearts. Look at the loving gazes BYJ was giving NHD as she was fitting the fencing suit on him. Someone's falling hard already... Really love this alone time that they shared. The way he switched the banana milk which sent her to a shock, LOL... He pointedly asked aren't you happy to see me, and she felt that they're like enacting a scene from Romeo and Juliet, LOL... Then he said seeing how different she is in the fencing gear, he felt that he shouldn't tease her, yet the next second he pulled her shoelaces loose, LOL... Also love how he affirmed her ability to achieve her dreams, that she is more capable than anyone else because of her strong positive mentality. That green light in the darkness was a really nice touch to end the whole scene. There are so many little scenes I love, and lots of life-lesson lines. I will just mention one scene I enjoyed which was when they were having the meal together (Loach soup, anyone? What do they taste like?!). Their conversation was really funny there, with everyone interested to know how the other people is related to another but no one is interested in NHD and she's just cool about it, LOL... And so, we have the first group picture. NHD must've cherished the friendships formed then that she kept it in her diary and labeled it as "first" group picture, so there will be more? But the scene that followed was so worrying... The person BYJ is definitely not present in NHD's daughter's live, that she didn't recognise him in the picture. Let's say he changed name/surname, she would've been able to recognise him at least? So, that theory is out. He seems to still be alive, but out of touch with NHD? Mother saw him a month ago. Where? At a company function? They're supposed to have worked in the same company. What happened to him? Overseas assignment? So many questions! I cannot wait for ep.5 to air! We do have to prepare our hearts for their fall out sometime in the future, though. But, considering that Min Chae might not be BYJ's daughter, the falling out might be nothing to dread at all if the OTP didn't end up together. Ottoke? I'm loving this OTP so much that I cannot have them not ending up together in the end! I'm not prepared at all Not to mention the lyrics of the song 25-21 "I thought it would last forever" -- is this foreshadowing the non-HE of our OTP? I went to check who the Director and Writer are, and turned out that I've seen and enjoyed all of their works! No wonder I am loving this drama so much.

Another great episode where I laughed, cried, and then laughed and then cried again. Emotional roller coaster? Kinda... but I enjoyed the episode so much! I really love seeing the spontaneity and determination of NHD. Am officially a new fan of KTR now 😃 She is so good in bringing out the teenage NHD, considering she is over 30 yo already. I went to rewatch the online chat from ep.1, and indeed the name of KYR is never mentioned in the chat. Seems like their chat did not go into details, even the the kind of world (ie.fencing) that NHD was talking about. There is only one rant so far from me... and that is the actress playing the older version of NHD 😓 Sorry, but I don’t get the same person vibes. I’ve watched a lot of dramas with older and younger counterparts, and this one has got to be the least alike... 🤔😓

I binged ep.1-4 since last night. Not a good idea... I think this is a show to be watched weekly so that I can at least "recover" a little bit before going into the next case. I like seeing the friendship of the older men Kook Young Soo, Heo Gil Pyo and Baek Joon Shik. Love seeing the persistence of Kook in persuading the other two to support the formation of the profiling team. The other two, although seemingly reluctant and grudgingly complained, did actually help Kook in pushing for the team to be formed. The first case was alright as introduction to Ha Young's position as the officer that is shunned by his team members because of his aloofness. The transition of him leaving the team and joining Kook was done smoothly with the closing of the Red Cap case. I was so mad at his team leader who beat up the main suspect into confession to a crime he didn't do. Glad to see the strong belief and persistence that Ha Young had that this friend was not the real culprit so that this person could finally be released. The second case broke my heart. I have heard of dismemberment murder cases, but this is a first that the victim was a little girl. Does anyone know if this case is based on real story? It made me so angry what this repeat offender did to this little girl. Like Officer Yoon, I can't bring myself to even spell out what was done. I cried when the parents were being informed of their daughter's body being found, I cried when Kook called his wife and asked about how their daughters are, I cried when the parents were gathering the belongings of the little girl when the case wrapped up. One thing I like about this drama is that it focuses on telling the story of how a profiling team came about and was set up in the past, without dwelling too much on the personal stories of the victims, yet, we're given enough glimpses into the victims' stories that we can be empathetic about the cases. I guess I will dive into ep.5-6 after a couple of days, in good time to wait for ep.7-8 to air.

Hmm.... I'd be honest, the first episode was rather boring for me At this point, I honestly am unsure if I want to continue...

Yes, finished them last night. Couldn’t stop and can’t wait for ep.3 already. Love the relationship developed between the two leads. I really like how candid HD is with YJ. When she found out he was way older, she tried to switch to jeondaemal but seconds later she decided it’s more comfortable to stick to banmal 😆 It made me so mad that the ex-employee of YJ’s father was blaming him. I mean, given the situation globally at that time, it was really a difficult time. I get he was devastated but you gain nothing venting out on a lost kid like YJ. Am glad that a friend was around to hold him back and drag him away. I wonder too about the father of HD’s daughter. Went to check the cast but none of the character (so far) is with the surname Kim! I hate that we’re made this uneasy about the coupling so early on in the series 😓😅

I thoroughly enjoyed the first episode!! Love our high-spirited female lead Na Hee Do! Laughed so much at some of the scenes. Gosh, fencing... En-garde!!... I used to dream of doing that sport when I was in school. I memorized the French words associated with it. I even tried to get into a senior high-school that has fencing as the co-curricular activity. But alas, it’s one of the top schools and my results weren’t good enough to be admitted 😆 There goes one of my dreams. I wouldn’t mind taking it up even now if there’s a chance/way to do it.

I agree with this. I am glad to see that he is a smart one who uses his brain and very passionate about his job. I rolled my eyes when HK was ignoring the warning about hail and not bother to keep a close watch on it. I now understand it will cost a lot of money in issuing any weather warning but I still think it’s better to err on the side of caution instead of ignoring the signs. The cost of money is nothing compared to cost of lives when people are not prepared for the severe unusual weather.
