I hope this is true!! I just want Kang Ha Neul in everything. @mademoiselle I think the pairing is a bit odd with SIG. For KGE, she's just never really been memorable to me. I don't think she's a bad actress but I'm usually not that impressed by her.

@abs-oluteM Same here. I think sometimes XC needs someone to tell him that he's doing too much. He doesn't strike me as someone to do things because he wants to be liked, he's simply a "I want to make the people I love happy". It makes me wonder what XH would do if she knew he was doing all of these things. I feel like she would give him a nice reality check along the lines of -- you need to focus on your work and stop worrying about me. I just finished episode 19 and I'm so heartbroken for XC. No summary for this episode from me. I'll leave this here, I think it says it all.

@mademoiselle I thought you were just talking about the second lead in Dali needing to cut his hair because it was too long? Haha! I think some looks great with long hair and then some....just shouldn't. Like ABH, I think he should never have a beard and long hair. @bairama @SilverMoonTea @abs-oluteM I started Lost but then I stopped because of The Veil. It's actually really interesting because it has so much gore and I'm not into all of that stuff, yet I find myself watching a bit of it every night before bed.

Probably not but Nine Tails is going to have a season two and season three too! I post the link to the article in the drama thread. I think he's at that age where he can start playing meatier roles and not those roles where he is either an idol or celebrity. I can't see him doing youth dramas forever so I hope he branches out a bit.

@liddi Based on the time periods of each season, I think I'm more interested in season three -- the Joseon Dynasty. I'm surprised they are not starting there first and then making their way forward into time. Excited to see Lee Dong Wook and Kim Bum together if both sign on!

Just watch when you can. @SilverMoonTea and I frequently watch Chinese dramas so it's easy for us to consume so many at once. Also, I'm pretty sure Tea skipped some unnecessary scenes like me too.

@ssteph Monet! I was so upset because I wanted to take a look at his paintings but there were so many people I couldn't get a good look. Later on today, I'll post the photos of what I was able to see. It won't be as good as that Mondrian one.

@SilverMoonTea Hahaha! If I was a love scammer, I wouldn't even go beyond a few days. So far, I'm up to episode 10 and not much has been said about how they met. Oh! That makes sense about the tracker. He's used it to test how she's feeling when she's with the second lead. Oh, the second lead and her best friends were both in The Long Ballad. Every time I see them, I want to call them by their names in TLB instead. Haha! What?! That happened in real life? Is there an article on it? Hahahaha, yes! It's an easier watch and the characters are more likable.

@SilverMoonTea I think because it's a drama, I'm not too bothered by it. If Lingling was my friend in real life, I would have told her to move on. Haha! I also think they have been quite cautious about their friendship unlike what you normally see in real life. They've been talking to each other for six years, never once gave their phone number out or real name. I think the only reason why Lan Hang knows about Lingling was because he looked for her, right? I might have to go back and re-watch that part where he was holding her photo. Is the tracker tracking his heartrate or her heartrate? I wasn't able to figure that out because I thought those heartrate trackers only work if it's on the person. How would he be able to know her heartrate if it's on him and not her? This scene is in episode 9 (she's drunk and is confessing to her online friend -- who is him).

@mademoiselle Haha! Yeah, Wu Lei looks much older than his age but if you see him on variety shows or in BTS clips, he's a regular kid. He's the one who refuse to show skin if it's not pertinent like in fashion photoshoot. He'll show skin in dramas if it calls for it. There was a shower scene in the first episode of Our Times.

They are so cute together and WOW! That height difference is so big!

My goal is that someone will ask me who he is so I can recommend Our Times to them. Right now, it's just @abs-oluteM and me watching. I understand though because it's neither historical or rom-com, which are the two genres our members like to watch in China Charms. They were in the drama with JCW, right? Wu Lei (21) is much younger than Yang Yang (30) but he's actually Yang Yang's sunbae. Wu Lei is/was China's nation's little brother, kind of like Yoo Seung Ho and Yeo Jin Goo.

Lingling told Forever is for Ever that she was going to go on a walk to celebrate the new year. Lan Hang also decided to go for one too. They both met each other under the wish tree when she tripped coming down from tying her wish.

@SilverMoonTea Haha, yes! It's a bit similar to Moonlight because they are both online friends. I can't remember if it told us how their relationship started. Was she interested in science? I read a few disapproving comments about what Yang Lan Hang did when she was defending her dissertation. I don't think what he did was wrong, but he could have done it differently. He could have waited until she was done before he pointed out her wrong data. I think one thing we have to remember about science is that being wrong even within a tenth of a decimal can affect what you're trying to do. @JenL @SilverMoonTea The side characters here are definitely more interesting than the other Jasper dramas, but I have skipped some of their scenes. Haha! I like both Yinfan and Xiao Yu but I don't care too much about the lies she's telling him about having a boyfriend. I felt bad that she thought he was Forever is for Ever and did all those things to him. Although, it was pretty funny when Yang Lan Hang came home to find him covered in trash. LOL! I am interested to see how Yinfan and Xiao Yu will get together though. For Ouyang (who is also played by the same actor as Yinfan -- have they told us what his first name is?) and Jing Jing (the third couple), I think they are more of a filler. I'm less invested in their storyline than the others. OMG!! If someone played this kind of "joke" on me, I would seriously disown them and never talk to them again. That was horrible, I would have cried if I was Yang Lan Hang!! He was so persistent. In episode two, we find out that someone reported him to his company so he lost his job. It doesn't say who reported it but I'm pretty sure it was Yang Lan Hang. He was there when it happened. For the second male lead, the actor who plays him has played in many dramas as second leads. I felt bad seeing him again in a second lead role, but I quickly tossed that out of the window when he punched Yang Lan Hang!! I finished episode 8 and so far, I'm still enjoying it. Like I mentioned already, I did skipped some parts where I thought were irrelevant (mainly the side characters). I love that Lingling is really outspoken about what she wants and who she likes. I don't like it when the second lead is dragged along by the female lead. @JenL The actress who plays Lingling (Zhou Yutong) has really only played characters that are strong. I didn't know too much about her when I first heard about this drama but has since watched a lot of her dramas. This is her fourth drama released this year! Lan Hang -- Haha! I cannot believe he is taking love advise from Yinfan out of all people! And of course, from a book too. When he called Lingling for the first time on the phone, he even wrote out a script. Where I'm at, Zheng Minhao (second male lead) looked through the app's data and found that the code Lan Hang signed up with belonged to Yinfan. That's why they thought Forever is for Ever is him. I think that's an invasion of privacy to look up his information, but I guess what information is really private once you open these kind of accounts? I have no idea how Lan Hang is going to tell Lingling that he is Forever is for Ever but I hope he does it soon. Nothing good comes out from leaving people in the dark for too long.

@mademoiselle Twice is pretty popular so I feel like idols or actors who are less reserved are asked to dance to Twice all the time. This is an old one but so funny. I would have been like Jessi and called him (WHJ) oppa too. @JenL Wi Ha Joon reminds me of Greg Hsu. He's a bit more masculine looking whereas I think Greg has a bit of a boyish charm to him. I would even be ok if he was Li Zi Wei but I'm still hoping it'll be Chae Jong Hyeop. I also realized that someone with a nice smile will get adopted quicker for me -- Jasper, Greg, Chae Jong Hyeop, Kim Young Kwang, etc.

Yang Yang really has a nice jawline.
