'Trolley' newcomer actress Jung Yi Ju perfectly portrayed Kim Hyun Joo's past.

 

In the SBS Monday-Tuesday drama 'Trolley', Jung Yi Ju played the role of Kim Hyun Joo, Kim Hye Ju in her youth from her adolescence to twenties and drew favorable reviews from viewers by carefully portraying Kim Hye Ju with a neat and clear visual and a good heart who does volunteer work.

 

In particular, Hye Ju works at a welfare center, delivering lunch boxes to the elderly living alone whenever she has time, and sometimes visits their homes to ask about their well-being until Hye Ju meets Nam Joong Do in his young days (played by Kim Soo Oh) by chance at an old woman's house.

'Trolley' raised expectations by foretelling a hidden character. 'SBS' Monday-Tuesday drama 'Trolley' (director Kim Moon Kyo, script written Ryu Bo Ri, production studio S) which released on December, 19 last year have high expectations by announcing the sortie of Jang Soo Bin, Ryu Hyun Kyung, Ki Tae Young and Seo Jung Yeon, who will show off their flawless acting skills.

 

While Kim Hyun Joo, Park Hee Soon, Kim Mu Yeol and other 'trustworthy actors' have joined in large numbers, the four main characters who are entangled in complicated narratives and subtle relationships with Kim Hye Ju (played by Kim Hyun Joo).

 

The story of four people who are still covered in veils, from Kim Soo Bin (Jung Soo Bin), who created a mysterious atmosphere in the previous teaser and poster to Jin Seung Hee (Ryu Hyun Kyung), Choi Ki Young (Ki Tae Young) and Hyun Yeo Jin (Seo Jung Yeon) amplified curiosity.

Not too sure what to make of this drama yet. The pace is a bit weird and slow. Up until to ep 4 not so much things get disclosed. I had not able to conclude if the genre will be thriller, affair, revenge or political ? As it seems a little bit of them. The characters are:

- The seemingly perfect husband and politician. He seems really loving to the wife, but I'm not really sure if he's all that perfect. 

- The humble wife with job as bookbinder, and apparently have some secret back in her hometown. 

-Their dead son who brought a lot of trouble when he's alive. Some people said he's better to be dead. 

- The pregnant girl, whose by her own admission impregnated by the dead son. She's a rather annoying character, and have tattoos with initial of the politician husband (JD). 

- The people surrounding them so far are : their daughter, restaurant auntie, his aides and the political circle, and the married couple working in real estate business. 

 

So far none of this character are likeable to me. But I still stay to watch, in hope their secret is actually worth in finding out. And I watched this after doing Glory, which of course much more exciting.
