Who is Wook Pyeon? If you are talking about the original Pyeon Sang Wook, I'd say no. He is already dead last season. However, I do think his memory remains in the body as host, so it affected Nam Sang Woon (aka Jeong Ui Myeong). He had flashback of actress Go Youn Jung which resulted the car crash in the beginning.
