    I've changed my mind. Episode 2 was fantastic! 😂 3 superb scenes: 1. The interrogation. Although I think this guy probably got a bit excited considering his history of raping boys 🤔 2. The driver... 3. The car chase. Unlike many similar scenes where I would be screaming to the TV to "brake!" or "turn L/R!", this one was near perfect. I would not have done much different if I were any of the drivers - both good and bad guys.

    5 Moments From Episodes 5-6 Of “Lovers of the Red Sky” That Stole Our Hearts Sep 18, 2021 by shalini “Lovers of the Red Sky” speeds on ahead as the Makjuheon Painting Gathering gets underway and characters start to reveal their true colors. Everyone has their own reason for being there. Hong Chun Gi (Kim Yoo Jung) fights to enter in order to get ill father the medicine he needs, which can only be obtained from the Palace. Ha Ram (Ahn Hyo Seop) is there for revenge but is torn when the girl he fell in love with 19 years ago walks into the middle of his plans. Prince Yangmyung (Gong Myung) is there to catch the imitation painter and find a divine painter who can fulfill the king’s wish of painting his portrait and sealing Ma Wang back into it. And Prince Juhyang (Kwak Si Yang) is there to sway Yangmyung to his side. That’s a pretty full chessboard, and the pieces are about to start moving! Here are the moments that stole our heart this week! Warning: spoilers for episodes 5-6 below. 1. Chun Gi standing up to Yangmyung 2. Chun Gi realizing who Ha Ram is 3. Prince Yangmyung’s true colors 4. Yangmyung versus Juhyang 5. That kiss Chun Gi really came into her own this week, so here’s hoping she enters the main narrative (the darker narrative) more. As wonderful it is to see her succeed, it appears it’s time for her to join Ha Ram’s world and see that the higher she rises, the greater the stakes are. And with Prince Juhyang’s sword at her father’s throat, perhaps that time is next week! Source

    @mademoiselle But the hypothesis earlier was that Dusik was successful in Seoul, before he returned to the village 5 years ago. So he shouldn't need the money from a lottery. But money is never too much 🤣

    I didn't save the videos, just uploaded onto Youtube. Recently I got 2 out of 3 strikes for copyright so I deleted/unlisted almost everything that is non BinJin in case they suspend my account. This actress's role irritated me a lot in these few episodes. She is meant to be some gossipy woman but she was also very very insensitive, to a level which became just intolerable instead of funny to me as a viewer. So I don't enjoy watching her anymore 😅 It shows she is feeling familiar and comfortable with Dusik, and it has become natural... Did they reveal the 3rd mystery yesterday - who won the lottery in the village 3 years ago? Before this, I thought the mystery could be why Dusik has his boat on a hill 😂 but @tofu has provided the answer in an earlier post.

    You're right. 3-7 were the best. The game in 7 was amazing but 7 was also disappointing because of all the VIPs. I thought the question of WHY the games were organised, and WHO was organising it, was quite mysterious. But in the end it fell flat - The 2 cameos were quite well done. Me too, I was trying to place that voice, and I had just watched Ashfall the week before! Gong Yoo's cameo was announced early on so it was expected - but the role was quite "meaty" for a cameo, I thought. And he looked awesome too 😍 This! 🤣🤣🤣

    They did a health screening after he was found. There was a scene where the lab tech mentioned that his injuries showed that he was tortured and the blood test showed he had been injected with small doses of chemical, over a period, and that this causes memory loss. Now we know he injected himself. But how can it control the amount of memory to lose - so specifically, only that one year’s memory is gone 🙄 I’m also curious how losing one’s memories can possibly be helpful, unless it was to avoid revealing info/secrets via a lie detector/hypnosis/truth serum 😂. I am a bit worried about this drama. The first episode doesn’t bode well - I found it messy and frankly, quite boring. I was so looking forward to another good Namgoong Min drama after Hot Stove League. Let’s see how episode 2 goes - crossing fingers!

    I’m done and thoroughly enjoyed it except the cliched way they explained about the organiser/purpose of the game. But seeing as how there is likely to be a season 2, perhaps there will be a better explanation then. There is also a fine balance between the thrills of the game and the emotional human stories. Quite a few gory scenes and I saw a nipple and a butt 😂. And there is another cameo!

    @abs-oluteM @bairama @mademoiselle @Tofu The end of episode 4 was so thrilling! Won’t say more or it will be spoiled for you. So glad all the episodes are available. Would have been very hard to wait weekly. Some parts of episodes 1 and 2 are slower as they are showing the background of the participants. Even then, the game has started and there are exciting bits. Watch! It’s good! PS I enjoyed Alice in Borderland but I like this even better 😂
