@40somethingahjumma Yes! I agreed with everything you said about MH. When DL rejected his feelings because of her past experience with love, he was so understanding even though he's never gone through that before. He was just happy to hear that she didn't hate or find him creepy. DL was pretty flustered when she saw him with the other girl, so hopefully that means she's realize her feelings for him soon. I don't know if I understand exactly what TJ is looking for but all his actions have been really selfish. He broke up with DL five years ago to advance his career, and now he wants to get back together with her so he can be happy? He thinks he's being considerate of DL but he's actually doing the opposite. Good for DL for refusing to leave with him after the Three Frogs Restaurant event. How dare you try to take Kim Min Jae's girl?! I hope they don't drag out the misunderstanding that TJ created at the end of episode 9. They have been doing well with clearing these up as they come so please continue to do so. Lastly, loved MH during the Three Frogs Restaurant event. He was in his element, teaching kids to do the thing he loves -- cooking. I enjoyed his little speech at the end, reminding all of them that growing up isn't always easy but no matter how hard, it's important to eat.

Maybe WJ and HJ were only interested in each other when WJ and HW got married and the relationship did not start until after? You know, what I don't understand is HW (based on the subs) referred to WJ as a close friend from school when she told HJ that she couldn't make it to their art lesson. Did WJ and HW get married because of something else? Haha, good to know the drama is going full makjang with the birth secret! The mother-in-law is going to be so upset when she finds out that her grandson is not fathered by her son. Haha! The ending is kind of interesting because how was HJ and WJ able to be in a remote area like that without drawing suspicion from their partners? It seems a bit strange that the mother-in-law would let HJ go off somewhere when she's pregnant with a baby boy. I was telling @katakwasabi that every character is unlikable even the kids. If there's one character that's (at this point) likeable, it's Shin Dong Wook's character. I am curious to find out how his best friend died because it seem like he might have been involved in it.

He's so cute! He was in Beyond Evil and I watched his appearance in I Live Alone too. He's so proud of his small space. Love seeing him gain more popularity. I think he went to school with Cha Eun Woo, the main lead in True Beauty. I haven't completely started Affection yet. I'm so sorry, @mademoiselle. It is on my list to start watching. Right now, I have this strange investment in my Wed/Thurs shows. I'm behind on all the other shows airing on other days.

This is my first JJY drama. I've never seen her in anything before but my sister really likes her. I think the bold lip color is a bit too much against her fair complexion. So far, I think her acting is palatable. I'm not blown away, but I'm also not cringing either. I think this might also be my first time watching the male lead too. I can't remember if I've seen him in anything else. Right now, I'm on episode 6. She's is trying to come up with ways to get out of her marriage with the Emperor. @IpohBanana I remember reading somewhere that they end up getting married because they will be working together to help the palace maintain a balance.

@SnT I feel like I need to go back to watch so I can catch these little moments again.

It's a xianxia, so you will get some CGIs that could look over-the-top. My worries is that I haven't seen a xianxia drama I've liked in a long time so I hope this one goes well!

I think it's only one episode a week but I was a little surprised to see two episodes. Maybe they started off with two episodes during the first week and it'll be one episode going forward? YES!! He does, doesn't he? I sense that just by watching all the clips of him walking. When she first appeared and was scaring little Tian Di, I laughed but was a little bit creeped out when the little girl closed the closet door and you just see her appear too! Haha! Yeah, I feel the same. The song reminded me a little bit of the songs in Moana. Haha! OST. =)

@abs-oluteM Why didn't they provide English subs? I would like to know what he's saying. Because I watched HCCC (kind of, I'm behind) and The Veil, I wished this drama doesn't wait too long to disclose what the mystery is. They did that with the male lead's background in HCCC and it got to the point where I got tired of trying to figure it out that I didn't care anymore. For The Veil, there were sooooo many possibilities that it got really confusing. Please just be simple, Reflection of You.

Omg, yes! I cringed because I cannot eat it like that. I know some people are ok with eating the shell but it's not for me. Not until Friday! And they only air four episodes a week too. @SnT YSC is so cheeky in the cake scene. Haha! She asked how the cake tasted and instead of giving her a bite, he kissed her and asked if it was sweet.

@bairama The first episode was good and I enjoyed it. Lots of scenes from the trailers so it was nice to see how they fit into the drama. I haven't watched the second episode yet. Will probably watch it tomorrow. =)

Yes, agreed! I think @abs-oluteM nailed it when she said that he's genuinely a nice guy but he just comes off a little bland. He's also a bit possessive about something that's not even his. Yes!! The way he looks at her is so cute. He is completely mesmerized by her. I don't think I can get tired of those moments where they are just staring at each other even if it's so tropey and cliche. Haha!
