  1. Hahaha, between you and me we have the EY leads strongly covered Someone make me a LJW badge one day please Edit: Speaking of EY, I came across a LJW edit to a Britney Spears song, and it made me laugh because it's meant to be 'naughty'. Has to be watched with the music for full effect https://www.instagram.com/bestkdramakimchi2/?hl=en Hahaha hopefully...but he'll be dubbed Hoping his chemistry with SY will be a pulling card, but honestly, he was always best with Puff - They are super playful with each other I don't think any of Jasper's new pairings will ever beat Puff, sorry Speaking of my baby Jasper, Did you see this pic on his Instagram @SilverMoonTea Hahaha is this the feeling every time you talk about an Oppa who is not currently on an airing drama? He looks adorable I've been seeing this picture everywhere today and it makes me happy. I was honestly expecting a trashy look. Well, I was already going to watch because I love the story concept, but doesn't hurt a drama to have an Oppa draw card
  2. I'm looking forward to no love triangle also...Aaaaand KTO even in a small role is most welcome in my books. I've missed his beautiful face @abs-oluteM Hahaha, she's just so good at cuteness. I liked Do Bong Soon despite the filler episodes because of Do Bong Soon being super cute (and PHS of course!) In the photoshoot video, I'm impressed they didn't have laughing fits when looking into each other's eyes for so long. I would have laughed sooo hard I don't think I could be so unnaturally romantic You know I always look at PBY and think whoaaaa she's so cute and tiny. And then I looked up her height and discovered that she's taller than me My bad! I guess I forgot that actors are mostly models and the superior group of unusually tall Asians...while PBY is probably like more everyone else's height.... And me, I am not tall enough
  3. Hahaha how cutteeeee I don't think it's Mimi (Byeol) I just checked her Instagram and nothing was posted. Also I think this dog has a slightly bigger body. Kinda looks like the size of my dog. Mimi was very small It's probably the DYLB phootshoot dog....Maybe it belongs to the photographer since it always turns up at photoshoots
  4. Hahaha Yes!!! You're such a mindreader @mademoiselle - I was thinking how I was going to post about this today because I finally found the clip Also I've started watching Hello it's Me! as a waiting-for-public-transport show on my phone and noticed Kim Young Kwan's character also wears a similar jumper! (But not sure if exactly the same...still they sure love this bumblebee look )
  5. Episode 5 -This line is really relatable. Honestly, it's me when someone comes up to ask me a question at work just when I've decided that it's time to head out to lunch: -I really like that the ghost cases are not just confined neatly to the separate episodes and the ghost stories seem to tie into the personal stories of both OIB and HJA....but there's still the OCD version of me that wishes each ghost story was started and summed up in one episode for the sake of my memory ...but I think this style is actually differentiating it from other ghost series -Ahhhh OIB/ JYH is so adorable when he is being vulnerable with HJA The fact that he just opens up to her is soooo cute. I think what I like about his character is that he's a "bad guy" who is not really a bad guy, but a softie with a heart of gold who felt like he had to play it tough in order to make a living in the world. I love how fired up he gets on behalf of all the wronged victims/ghosts...in a way that is super empathetic, while HJA is all chill and collected and looking at him like, eh, life sucks, but what can you do? (Though she secretly then fixed their issues too ) -Is it terrible when I say I find stories about little kids not listening to their parents really irritating? Though it's realistic...but I felt annoyed when little HJA disobeyed her mum. -Hahaha OIB being possessed by a an older housewife was hilarious...JYH really pulled off acting as a mum...and OIB's sidekick, KHS really seemed to benefit from his cleaning skills - @Tofu are you watching this series? You made a really random cameo in this episode. The gangsters come out of the police station and someone immediately drives up and brings them Tofu -Oooh the memories are aligning now and it seems like the child will have been OIB?! -I really like HJA - she's such a cool lone wolf. I find her to be the perfect balance of sassy, sarcastic, independent...but not in a way that's try hard or too much. I think you can still relate to her...but she's just cool
  6. Episode 3 & 4 -I'm behind, but finally catching up! I actually really like this series, but just been busy the days that it's been on! -I love HJA and Secretary Joo's savageness towards OIB and KHS...it's hilarious when they drew up the contract and they literally wrote "+1" for KHS Even more funny...the grilling about his purity!! Poor guy got outed in front of everyone! I really like the dry humour and the banter between OIB and HJA -This series is really letting the leads get all touchy feely as much as possible even in episodes 3 and 4 I like that he is her "heat pack" - it really gives her a good excuse to just grab onto him when they go on ghost outings and he pretty much just ends up looking at her all dazed and heated up...haha I'm guessing they're playing off his character being possessed all the time, hence he was a loner, which is why he was a virgin...which is why he is so dazed and in love when she grabs him out of the blue -OIB's backstory seems so sad He would have been possessed so often that it would make him a loner because people would be scared of him all the time - I felt bad for him when even KHS was scared of him...he seemed hurt! -Hahaha how much food does HJA eat?! I laughed at her "inhaling the ribs" and boxes of fried chicken and beer and the mountain of savoury pancakes. Also funny was the ahjumma that helped her put on the gloves to eat it. -The art gallery lady seemed so cold at first (I can see why there was rumours about her killing her husband)...but I liked what she did at the end revealing the truth about the painter because it was totally the decent thing to do. - Also that scene where HJA takes out a knife and cut that painting down gave me a real heart attack...as @Jane knows, I like my art and couldn't believe it was being destroyed But then it was all for the good cause of revealing the truth...are you watching this one Jane? There's an art gallery story arc. -Man that fraud painter guy was totally evil. I can't believe he not only forced someone to be his ghost painter and treated him with no respect, but also murdered him in cold blood because he wanted to steal all his paintings
  7. Hahaha that was quick Song Kang has much more work to do As the taco girl said, why not both? I see you adopted the wisdom of Taco girl Hahahaha "please sweat on me" ?! What a line. You mean that you should rub sweat on each other, right? LOL I see @mademoiselle is determined to see @Chocolate widen her heart from just Hyun Bin Hahaha @mademoiselle is correct. You have my support @Chocolate I love Jasper Liu I love Lee Jae Wook Currently I'm really into Lee Je Hoon Buttt....I will also love any handsome Oppa who steals my heart Gotta spread the love around so you're not heartbroken if they get married or they get caught in scandal or something happens (ie. they suddenly quit show biz) Hahaha however, you don't need anymore encouragement @SilverMoonTea You need to go on Oppa diet Ain't no crosses going to save you from the temptation in your heart @Chocolate when you see nice photo with him and his abs
  8. People in real life: "Is that your partner?" Tofu: "One of many on-screen husbands" Hahaha me too...I can only secretly love my Oppas Cannot take judgement ...that's why I started blog and drama social accounts to get the fangirling out of my system I'm lucky because the people around me like international film and TV shows and so people loved Parasite when it came out...and the other day I was talking to another manager at work about the differences in Cantonese, Taiwanese and Mainland accents in films (her job involves watching a lot of international films). And my own boss' kid is really into Kpop...haha, he has been subjected to lots of BTS and EXO conversations. But with that said, sometimes I can still see people equating Korean dramas to just romance and Kpop. I just want to hit them There's a lot of Asian film and TV with substance, just like there's lots of American TV that is purely trashy People have to understand that popular culture is the same everywhere in terms of there being deep content and fun content with less substance - it's only their tastes that influence how they perceive something...
  9. Hahaha I'm glad you decided to adopt him. I'm behind but finally watched episode 3 yesterday night and I'll watch 4 tonight! The two of them have quite good chemistry Once again, I find myself charmed by Yong Hwa...I think he's just one of those charismatic guys Hahaha I was impressed you lasted so long on Jasper @SilverMoonTea But I see you've gone back to your multi-multi oppa ways
  10. Episode 8 - I actually had a really hard time watching this episode though I still really enjoyed it along with the whole series so far. I'm ok with violence between grown men if they opt into it (gangsters for example opt into it). But KDK getting beaten over and over again really messed me up. I thought I'd be sick, even from the hitting sound effects. I mean the CEO used a metal baseball bat on KDK. And I feel like his threat of rupturing KDK's insides could actually be real Poor, poor KDK!!! - But to backtrack a bit, this episode was pretty full on in general. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. The car chase/ hit on KHN was stressful. Haha, KDK was pretty smart in how he wrecked the bad guy's cars. But KHN's story (her ability to chase up bad guys using the law) is so slow that it hasn't really weaved itself into the main plot yet. - The U Data CEO really made me so very angry. What a completely evil scumbag. The CEO was the worst type of person - the kind who would force others to be just as evil as him to "test" their loyalty - I was disgusted when he wanted KDK or the red haired minion to shoot the guy who uploaded the videos. And he'd probably use those minions as a scapegoat if he got caught because he's a bully and a chicken simultaneously. - And I totally agree with @mademoiselle- he deserved a worse punishment. I thought they would capture him and put him into the dungeon to be tortured and have his eyes removed Honestly, only got punched in the face, an arrow in his arm and was blown up way too quickly. He deserved that slow burn revenge! I mean sure he was scared and stressed, but it was not even a fraction of the pain and anxiety he caused GE's sister or the employee's he bashed up? - Speaking of GE, it was good to see her bounce back, but it honestly was very very sad too In order to save her sister she had to actively spread the video that was the death of her sister - the one thing that killed her. A worthy sacrifice, but very very traumatic and difficult and I felt sick for her while she was doing that because it would have taken so much courage. - Hahaha, I agree with @dream 's descriptions - Our man KDK (LJH) always be looking so damn fine. Him taking down all the mobsters and then talking down to the evil CEO was so good. I wish there had been more revenge on such an evil person, but I'll take what I can get since sometimes in real life you don't even get revenge and bad guys like the CEO get away all the time! - Oh and here's an important gif for those feeling the ship between GE and KDK...haha I don't need a romance for this series. I just like the closeness of the characters, but they do look nice together Credits: Melody_starB
  11. LOLLLL I haven't visited Oppa Tracker in awhile But my current main love is Lee Je Hoon. Did you notice I spent hard earned points to buy him? Damn, I need to catch up on Sell Your Haunted House Soooo behind for a live watch Yeah, only live watch the ones that are good! Otherwise drama burnout will get to you. I'm already dying at 2 dramas recently due to busy lifestyle Me too...I must write my long essays here otherwise what is the point of watching dramas and developing opinions Really??? But you're so active here. In fact, you are shifu. I feel shocked like someone told me shifu never did training but still managed to become shifu Wait....but I heard a number of people were displeased with the ending?? Hahahahaha, of course, of course....not that I can say anything. I'm not a fan of LJS....I seem not to like the major actors of the drama world I do like Hyun Bin though, so I think I'm safe with @Chocolate Wow, so you do have something you dislike from dramas! I guess you don't actively avoid it, but would it be enough to make you drop a drama if it featured too heavily in a storyline? Hahaha I am into fine dining but also into casual eats as long as it's tasty LOL you mentioned Grand Tofu too. Burger joint...do you mean Yo My Goodness? And what is Kimchi Hut? I hope it doesn't actually just serve kimchi because I don't like it (though I love Korean food) Oh we are practically neighbours then I will give it a try. Anything for my Jasper But no promises that I won't drop it after one episode since I really hate dubbing
  12. Haha I can do Chaddy or Glen...both are out my way-ish! Wow you really do do 24 hrs Maccas! I bow down to Master @mademoiselle Congrats! Hahaha...Depends what you feel like. There's a new Japanese Izakaya that I haven't tried where White Mojo use to be. Black Toro is good https://theblacktoro.com.au/. Miss Pings has a Thai high tea type platter: https://www.misspings.com.au/ ...These are probably on the nicer/ more photogenic side of dining...otherwise there's decent cheap eats like The Grand Tofu Can y'all think of anything else @TRaNz @SnowBlob? I have finished 9? 8 Kdramas and 1 TW drama... But not all are current: -Hot Stove League -Uncanny Counter -True Beauty -Miss Hammurabi -When the Weather is Fine -A Piece of your Mind -The Devil Punisher -Beyond Evil -Run On (Edit: I forgot about Run On and nearly ripped myself off from one more achievement ) Currently watching: -Taxi Driver - Sell Your Haunted House On the Pick up list: -Doom at your Service -Use for My Talent
  13. I'm looking forward to this one! My 2 babies are in it...Lee Je Hoon, the Oppa of the month...and Lee Jae Wook has a cameo And even before I saw the trailers etc, I thought the plot sounded interesting, meaningful and sad. Not even LJH's mullet can put me off this series
  14. Episode 7 -So it turns out that GE's sister was not raped, but dated a jerk who was a guy who films women without their consent and sells the videos for money which is pretty much just as awful Sometimes it makes me so sad to think that people are vulnerable and place their trust in some really bad people and get taken advantage of big time. I did like how the show focused on the situation from her sister's point of view - The condescending way that the cop addressed the issue really speaks volumes about why people are scared or feel hopeless to report things like sexual crimes....she was not at fault, but the cop seemed to judge her anyway and was not being helpful in an earnest way. -I was so sad about GE's last day with her sister It seems that she felt guilty that she didn't understand her sister's feelings and then almost went crazy trying to fix the situation after her death. - U-Data makes my blood boil and unfortunately it did not end this week. I was going to add to @abs-oluteM's point that U-Data is a long arc because it's not only hard to take down with it's fake servers (which is kind of why illegal torrenting is hard to defeat) but also because the company exists very much on a large scale in the city. We've been shown a few times that people know about this company from its name alone. The other baddies were a smaller supposed "ethical" business not in the city and high school bullies...this time they're dealing with a well known CEO with ties to lots of lawyers too...I wonder how they'll punish him - OMG LJH/ KDK was soooo cool this episode when he busted in and beat up the jerk ex-boyfriend He was directly responsible for the sister's tape (and was trying to threaten another girl into doing a dirty video). I have to say I was so into him bashing that guy's face in till it bled and busting his balls that I felt a little too bloodthirsty But I mean the guy was pure evil, he needed to be taught a real lesson. - I also laughed that KDK scared the yellow-traffic haired minion (the guy who films everything)...but not sure if actually beat him up or locked him up? I mean he threatened to kill him but surely he didn't really, right? Actually when I think about it, I don't know what really happened to the first set of bad guys either...were they trapped in CEO Jang's prison? I'm confused now.
  15. Yayyyy!! This 5 month anniversary present has been a long time coming since I've been so busy lately, but hope you guys all enjoy it since we're getting down to the last of our DDSSLLS additional content. I've squeezed every last drop so I can know everything that happened on/ from that drama. I plan to do this for the 6 months too...but after that I think I'll have translated most things, haha! Anyway Happy 5 months of obsessing since the end of DDSSLLS Here are my goodies! Enjoy @eNDe @purplefin @multiloverss @Unnie0110 @Just_Me @twinkler0415 1. Translations of the rest of the untranslated BTS videos (in this joined video) A lot of the additional BTS videos (ie. Hospital scenes, Laundry scenes, height measuring scenes) from Monster Union didn't have clear audio, so it was hard finding someone who could understand it or was willing to translate it (even if paid). But I finally found someone who agreed to do it! She couldn't hear all the hospital scenes, but she did a pretty good job on the rest...also, I had to splice all the BTS videos and join them together since there's a number of videos only have a few seconds of dialogue...but I will also sub the original videos when I get a chance. These are soft subs, so turn on CC on Youtube. Also this is like the shortest sub and not many words exchanged...in fact it's probably pretty obvious what was said, but at least now you definitely know what they were saying to each other... 2. Behind the Scenes of the Kool FM Radio Interview Not sure if you guys ever saw these little side snippets of GAR and LJW before and after the Kool FM radio interview. There's also a snippet of GAR during the commercial break! I've put one gif here but there's a few others and a video on my blog. These are a credit to GAR's fan club, Go Ara Fighting (but her Instagram is Private now?) 3. More Comparison photos of Mokpo and Eunpo I like that this media company in Mokpo did a comparison of filming locations - the real location in Mokpo and the Eunpo scenes on screen...their pictures looked quite pretty so I made a blog posts with all their photos... 4. Updated some more random Behind the Scenes Shooting Photos Every now and then I find photos of when they were shooting and spotted by fans etc. I've updated my mega post with a few new little things... These are my main goodies! There are more little things I'd like to throw, but I think I'll either post it slowly or bundle it up for 6 months big anniversary (the 26th May) if I have more time around then :)
  16. LOL This conversation I don't think the law castrates...they'll kill you, but not remove questionable body parts as far as I know in the Western world Honestly, I think it would be more stressful to be forced to pick what punishment you want rather than getting the punishment. Haha, would it be cruel to just mess with them and give them a few bad options to pick from? Hahaha...you mean this being a thing? I don't know... she seems a little too evil for KDK...I mean what if she harvests his organs? Also isn't she into seducing rich old men? Hahaha yayyy!!! I'm glad someone else is also swooning over LJH in this series as much as I am @dream It's definitely his swagger. When he's out to dish out justice, he has that level of nonchalant cool that is so so so attractive....haha, to be honest, I've watched a number of his movies before and never noticed him really till this series I would totally buy into his spy action romance series if he did one But I really like that LJH picked projects that seem to have good storylines and substance...like they seem to be stories that make you think and feel a lot! I'm also looking forward to Move to Heaven, though he's looking more trash than cool in that one with his mullet I agree...lovely voice
  17. I see you are using my list! The actors look quite cute for this one...maybe I'll try it out if I can catch up. I still haven't caught up on Sell Your Haunted House
  18. Wow! Thanks for sharing! I'm planning on reading these, but maybe not late at night as I'll have nightmares from how horrible people can be! I feel like her character is meant to be the chaser at the moment (ie. the real law that Rainbow Taxis is also hiding from). And she's probably going to bring balance between the inefficient legal system and vigilante system...as in, she shows the audience there's still people in the real legal world who want to help and are genuine and even if systems are bad, they will pressure people to fix them. While I understand her role in the series, totally agree at times, she is not so wise. I'm guessing she approached him outside the building to pressure him or because she didn't know where else to find him...but it seems so obvious that the bad guy would have lots of eyes and ears around the place! I agree also, but definitely always the risk that someone could be framed or evidence pointed wrongly if it was really bad time/bad place. But yeah, there's special place in hell for those who harm children. I've heard that even in prison, the ones that all the inmates will target are those that abuse or hurt children. You know your lack of morals are real bad when all the other jailbirds with horrible records are punishing you for your lack of morals Thanks for the event and translations as always @stroppyse!!!
  19. Episode 6 -Late to add my opinions since I only just watched this episode, but thought I'd sneak it in before new eps come out! -LOL what was with those minions with traffic light coloured hair??? I don't understand if this was meant to be cool or something?! -LJH killed me this week with his dorky expressions as the newbie version of KDK I feel like this series is basically how many different ways can we make LJH look like an adorable dork and then convert him back to his cool taxi driving self? Hehe, he does do comical expressions really well though - like super exaggerated, but also silly enough to make you laugh. -I can't believe the case this week was a real case @abs-oluteM ...Thanks for sharing- U-Data (and the company that inspired the on-screen story) is sooooo toxic It really scares me when I think about just how these scummy corporate people can ignore morality and empathy and treat their fellow human beings like dirt for their own sick enjoyment. I agree @Dhakra -a s much as I like the fantasy of working and living in Korea, I know it wouldn't match the reality, especially since a lot of Koreans feel a horrible pressure in the working world. I also feel that Koreans should examine their emphasis on "hierarchy" and "Seniority" because that's a big part of their bullying and workplace harassment issues - the fact that those up the top have all the say or are owed respect despite bad behaviour is what makes it hard to call out and fix these issues. But then again, as @mademoiselle pointed out, Korea is not the only place with these kinds of issues - the Japanese also have this strict sense of hierarchy. And even in the Western world, you've heard about cases where people are made to participate in toxic workplace activities. Enron and Arthur Andersson (in America) cooked their books massively. I remember studying about that in a business ethics class - They talked about a workplace culture which reminds me of U-Data in this drama - lots of partying, drugs, hookers, boys club and rewarding badly behaved employees that fit and fed the toxic culture. Although this might only be one small solution, I like that where I am, if you study commerce or business you have to at least do one unit of Ethics or Corporate Social Responsibility. At least it starts the thinking about workplace culture early. And I feel there's a fair number of checks and balances here according to my friends who work in more corporate roles. - I felt so sick for GE when she saw her sister's videos. This series has really highlighted just how dark humans can be. It's disgusting that people commit such crimes and shame the victims, but what is just as bad is that there is a willing audience out there who would pay to watch this stuff I think that's why KDK seeking revenge is so damn satisfying. The one beacon of light and delivery justice for all things unfair in this world. - With that said, it seems gangster lady actually operates an organ harvesting centre....so I'm thinking that this is almost turning into fighting evil with evil. It's hard to decide what is justice. I can almost see CEO Jang believing that he's doing good by taking the bad people's organs and probably donating them to sick children and elderly people or something like that...but organ harvesting is horrifying and without consent, illegal...so it's not right, right? I was surprised that this case this longer than the others, which seemed to finish up neatly in 2 episodes. This one has a much longer arc, but perhaps it's because it's linked to GE's personal story. I agree with @Chocolate, @Dhakra - I feel like he views GE like a little sister/ work friend and if anything happens it would be because KDK and KHN both have firey personalities (and therefore chemistry ) I like both the female leads to be honest and even though I believe the writers are more likely to create a romance between KDK and KHN, I personally would prefer GE because a female hacker with a chill, cute personality is an ace combination I guess that's why CEO Jang wants to recruit her...I'm guessing it's because he doesn't have anyone in the inside from a more legal perspective
  20. This is totally true! They do like to do sequels. I always think of Good Morning Call and Good Morning Call 2. If only DDSSLLS could have had a sequel that was similar - looking at their lives living together! Yes, it would be so beautiful as a webtoon! Haha, still working on my sister...but if she's too busy...I wonder if someone would do it for a commission Almost ready to share some goodies (just awaiting on one more correction so should be able to post it here tomorrow. Hurrah!)...I think I will split the release of these goodies between this late 5 month anniversary and the 6 month anniversary ....and then after that I'm not sure if there'll be anything more left to translate, but we will have the full set of content to look at forever when we miss DDSSLLS While you all wait, have you seen these drama ending videos that are really popular on social media?? Everyone is compiling the endings of each episode of their favourite dramas. Someone did one for DDSSLLS and it's beautiful, though some episode endings remind you of the pain also! I think he left VAST probably for all the reasons I listed above...mainly it would have been for better pay/ projects / opportunities...and probably to try out a bigger agency where he might be considered a good fit for the portfolio of artists they are trying to build. But it seems the agencies are not particularly friendly when artists choose to swap - when I think of what happened to Kim Jung Hyun's agency doing a smear campaign on him because he was checking out other agencies before his contract ended, I think LJW's approach of not having an agency for a month after his contract ended was wise so that they couldn't target him? Changing agencies sounds stressful! Yes, I'm looking forward to seeing LJW in this drama! And I'm loving LJH's choices of dramas (Taxi Driver is really really good - highly recommend for laughs and satisfaction of revenge against baddies). He chooses a lot of really good non-romances. And I guess by doing a cameo in this project, technically at least one of LJW's projects after DDSSLLS was not a romance Totally agree! Would love to see LJW in a crime/ psychological thriller type drama. I also really enjoyed Beyond Evil. It had great twists! This
  21. Hahahaha This is so wild I was not aware I'd had a name change ... Livvy is a cool name so maybe I'll consider for the future, but I can assure you that for now I am a Jen Haha, still fairly anonymous in Melbourne. Someone tried to look for me on Facebook the other day and it was pretty difficult because my name is quite common Hahaha for some weird reason I opened this message first and was also really confused. You succeeded to mess with me as much as @SnowBlob 5 of us here?! Who else?? I actually did not know anyone was from Melbourne till @Jane mentioned it...but then again I followed Jane and @SilverMoonTea here from the old forums and they seem to know all the information Hahahahaha could you imagine our grand meeting being scheduled at Maccas??? Hahaha we should meet up one day! Could do food...I need more foodie friends... can you believe I have some friends who have stopped being foodies and now I have to have exercise hang-out times with them?! Could also do movies. I can get discounts on films at some places. Also have often gotten Korean Film Festival discounts in the past, so if things are good later in the year maybe we could watch something when that's on. Feel free to hit me up with y'all ever want to do something! So we have people from North and East....and I'm from the South East. All directions of the state! LOL we must convince them to move here. Yessss, couldn't agree with you more! Forced break ups in the last 3 episodes drive me insane especially when there is no valid reason. Like are you kidding meeeeee?! Hahaha you only watched one Korean movie and it was one of the most messed up ones? Probably why you are traumatised I am soooo behind And I'm only live watching 2 series atm! Life got to me this week, but I plan to catch up this weekend....haha, since you say this is homework, I feel like I'm a bad student now I was so confused the first time I heard the term republican. I was like, "Since when did Donald Trump watch dramas?" I like dramas from different eras - like nostalgic 'period' dramas from more recent periods of times in the 50's or 90's as opposed to full Sageuk/ historical. I'm looking forward to Snowdrop if it doesn't get cancelled!
  22. Thanks for all your understanding! I'm still waiting on someone to deliver the translations to me (they said 2 days) and then I'll sub a few more little goodies for you...so Thanks once again for your patience!!! Yes! I saw this too!!! I was hoping he'd sign with Artist Company or Salt (Dr Cha/ KJH's agency) both who I liked for the way they made additional content for the artists when they were doing DDSSLLS. I have to admit I didn't know much about this agency prior. But I see it's the agency for Lee Re (the teenager from Hello it's Me), Hwang Jung Eum (Mystic Pop Up Bar, She was Pretty, Kill Me Heal Me), Yoon Sang Hyun (18 Again, Shopping King Louis)...And it hosts a bunch of side actors like that actress who is the gangster boss lady in Taxi Driver...and well as the guy who is the con sidekick in Sell Your Haunted House (These are my current dramas!) My thoughts about why LJW picked this agency: From what I've read it's home to a lot of veteran actors, so perhaps it allows for good ties to more well respected actors. At the same time, he's probably one of the more famous actors of his age group in this agency, so they'll probably look after him well. It's also a bigger agency also means more connections/friends/work mates on the whole since he seems like a social person. They probably offered him better pay and conditions (which I suppose is standard reason for a move to another agency). And he probably doesn't have to stand under the shadow of Hyun Bin...like it would be more freeing. Yessss I can't wait for this. I'm already massive crushing on Lee Je Hoon for his character in Taxi Driver...Move to Heaven looks to be an equally amazing project. He picks em real good Also looking forward to LJW's cameo of course! Yep I totally hope to practice my Korean language understanding by using GAR and LJW contents in the future...it would be so nice the day I could translate things with my own skills rather than rely on others (though I have appreciated everyone's generosity!) Hahaha trust me, I will squeeze every little behind the scenes content of this drama until there is no more and we know everything I totally agree with what you said - I think it would have been much more interesting to have foregone the rich kid background and just have Jun's story being about the actual healing from trauma and looking at how he himself added value into the lives of those living in Mokpo...especially since the drama was sold to us all as a healing drama? And it would have made sense to explore what he really wanted to do since it seemed like he was multi-skilled and very talented but didn't exactly want to be a doctor...the storyline could have been so much more if they had gone down this path! yes! It would be so lovely to hear from her! It's been awhile since her last post. And she does seem to shoot at least one project a year, so hopefully she will update on a new project too...Also if both her and LJW have a project at the same time, please have them send each other food trucks Thanks so much for sharing!!! I hadn't seen this video before and I plan to make it when I have some time. I forgot just how important food was to this series...there was always a mouth-watering scene n each episode that made me so hungry while watching
