They started filming this week and wow, Ding Yuxi and Esther look so much like their webtoon characters!

I'm caught up with all the episodes, even the ones from today (haha!). I'm actually a little bit surprised that Changkong's story is as long as it is. To me, I remember it being just a short portion at the beginning of the novel where Xiang Zi realized that she could love Chu Kong. I don't mind the new development though. In regards to YCY's acting, there were some scenes where I wished her expressions were a bit more relaxed, but other than that, I think she's doing fine. I'm not blown away but I'm also not put off by her acting, if that makes sense. Ding Yuxi is great as usual. I've been reading comments here and there about this drama and I think people should stop comparing it to Love Between Fairy and Devil. They are two different dramas and one is not a continuation of the other even though DFQC's right hand man is the new villain in this drama. Going back to Changkong's story, I wished the development of what's happening with the Lu Family was a bit tighter in execution. I found myself wanting more out of this story. There were some parts that were quickly glossed over that I wished they took the time to explain. Anyway-------Lusi and Esther made posts promoting the drama (they both were Ding Yuxi's previous costars)

@dramabler She's a mixed bag. I've seen her in a couple of dramas and she's just ok. In case someone didn't know, they are not being dubbed. From what I can tell, that's their real voices.

I don't know if it's because I've just had a long day, but I was very sad watching episode four. I feel so bad for Jin Woo if what @peperomia said is true. He was basically murdered because of what? His heart is a matched to some rich lady's son's? Jin Woo is so empathetic and kind. He didn't deserve that. This would actually be interesting to watch if it follows the same storyline as JKH's character in FFI. I think Na In Woo's acting is fine in this too. I can understand the criticism because some expressions are exaggerated a bit more than necessary. @peperomia In real life, Na In Woo is introverted and awkward at first. Once he is comfortable, he is pretty playful but kind of clumsy at the same time. His views on things is pretty outdated so on 2D1N, he's teased a lot for having grandpa thoughts. Haha!

@SilverMoonTea I don't know. Will @JenL watch the drama of the person who tried to steal her oppa's FL in Alchemy?

I just finished episode three and even though I knew that something will happen to Jin Woo, I was hoping it wasn't true. What do you mean it was for his heart? He was attacked for his heart to give to Prosecutor Cha? I'll watch episode 4 when I get home tomorrow and by then, hopefully, episode 5 will be out too.

@OsmanthusTea I'm so glad I dropped that drama then. Hahahaha! I'm going into this all for Ding Yuxi. He looks so handsome.

OMG! There are people who are watching this too?! I started episode one not too long ago and I liked it. I really like Na In Woo and the character he's playing is similar but so different from his real life personality. I had to really separate the two of them. Haha!

I'm not even watching this drama, but watching that interview, I was like this the whole time...

Ahh! This just means I need to rewatch Brahms soon. I loved that he performed it the way Park Joon Young did in the drama.

Haha! I never buy that brand, but I guess we all have to be persuade somehow.

Does FBD get some character growth soon? I'm a little behind on this and I think FBD is starting to bother me. It was cute at first, but not so much anymore.

The cast played some games recently (link in the drama thread) and the evil team won all the games. LOL! ---------------------------- Showing some love to Thai actors I recently have my eyes on. I saw a couple of clips of Loneliness Society recently and thought Joss (ML) is quite adorable (his acting not so much, LOL!) Credit Dew Jirawat is a rising actor in Thailand whose debut was playing Kim Bum's character in the Thai version of F4. Credit He was recently photographed next to Hu Yitian at the Bottega Veneta fashion show. This is probably to promote his upcoming drama where he is playing Hu Yitian's character from A Love So Beautiful (so many remakes of this drama!).
