@abs-oluteM Yeah, Haraboji really died. I think it was also his way of making it up to the family, for not listening to Beom Ja this whole time. Also, learning Hae In is sick means he needs to somehow let the family unfreeze their assets so that Hae In can pay for treatment or seek more medical help. We'll find out soon what message he has left for Hae In. 

 

Yeahhhh, I love that short scene where Soo Cheol sees Gun Woo in the sack. Didn't help when Gun Woo look so adorable in the sack. Haha. What I like about Soo Cheol is his love for Gun Woo, regardless he's his real son or not.

 

@ktcjdrama Beom Ja seeing Dad at the hospital where he doesn't recognise her (fake or not) doesn't count as reconciliation between them. It was also not a happy moment. There is still the guilt from the children's POV where they weren't able to take care of him or bid their farewell before he passes. 

 

Yeah, I figure some viewers would still say he's an idiot for forgiving Da Hye so easily or it's so quick that she's forgiven. Soo Cheol may have forgiven her, but she now has to work hard to regain merits from the rest of the family. Although I wish Gun Woo is truly Soo Cheol, but I think she truly does care and fell in love with Soo Cheol (she was so disappointed he didn't recognise him, that says something).

 

@Mouse My second-worst scenario is less than perfect as a happy ending for me, to be honest. If Hae In isn't fully healed, it can only mean she cannot resume her CEO position. The department store was her career. I don't want her to be confined to being at home, as only a wife to Hyun Woo. They should be working together side-by-side at the department store, except this time, not antagonistiscally but lovingly. Count on Park Ji Eun to give us a good, acceptable ending. *Fingers crossed.

I love this too! I even liked the special effect sounds when Hae In opened the box and put the ring back! And like you said, his eyes were so round and huge there, and I noticed he didn't even blink!

The issue with Twitter is that sometimes the link will break, and images are all lost, so I tried to reupload to Postimage, which is the easiest/fastest to share on forums. I wonder why your ISP block Postimage.

@mademoiselle then that's the one. I don't know they tend to ban some sites that considered as bad sites. They might be suspicious sites or contain pornography. But sometimes random reason thst they don't tell. But some says if the site is listed in our Kominfo (Ministry of Communications and Informations) blacklist then I can't access anything from it. They also love to block free websites of asian dramas I visited too. 😄 So I only allowed to access there via VPN or legal watching platforms. Well, it might be due to safety reason.

Hahahahahhahaa this cracked me up... I'm indeed a bit picky but also actually not so picky lols...

 

I come and go with this drama. I watched until ep 2 and stop, came back again after see SJK cameo watched 3 & 4 then stopped again? Kind of too sweet for my liking lols. 

 

Also like @Chocolate mentioned the portion where he had wanted her to die was a bit difficult to be overlooked. Felt like the love a bit superficial.

I see. How could he expect her to die to be free from her safely. But as you watch him more then I think he is forgiveable. Due to the stress he got from them and he thought that his wife also ignored him made him so. And I easily buy that since KSH made it okay. Hahaha, I'm with HI that I can understand him.

Yes, I think he felt regrets and thought breaking the mistress's hold on him was the only way to help his family. A pity he did it one day too early. However, this should give you hope of a happy ending, because the obligatory death is out of the way.

 

But that instant when the mistress was shouting at him that Hae In was dying... can't imagine the shock and despair he must have felt and yet not able to show it to her.

I have no issues with him taking the wife back. She grew up in the orphanage and got in with the wrong crowd. She's not some evil monster with any real grudge against the family. She just followed along and her role was rather passive. Anyway, her actions after she left showed she cared about him. So I would give her a second chance.

He was travelling to Switzerland legally, representing NK. If he got a longer term job teaching in Switzerland with agreement from NK, it means he would be able to stay longer than just the 2 weeks. So they can have a family. Much like those families where one spouse travels or is based overseas for work.

 

If he leaves NK permanently and illegally, he would be a SK citizen in no time. Yoon Seri is RICH!

I found it so boring I dropped it after 2 or 3 episodes. BUT, that was in the beginning of my k-drama journey when I didn't know how big shot the 2 leads were so I didn't PERSEVERE. But then again, that should be the most unbias assessment of a drama isn't it.

No lah. I'm not so petty. It's just that, although I do cry at all the sad and touching scenes, strangely I really don't have much feelings for this couple. So whatever the ending is, is fine with me.

 

With CLOY, I kept thinking it was impossible for them to be together. Because RJH would never leave his parents in NK at the mercy of the government just for his own happiness. The Switzerland solution was thus a pleasant surprise and I was happy with it. It was not far-fetched. Same with MLFAS.

 

So I think it would be interesting how the writer intends to end this. Although she writes a little "fantasy", it's not the all-in kind where every impossble thing is explained with magic. There is still logic behind it. So I hope the ending would not be just a sudden miracle.

Wasn't there speculation that she was actually pregnant at the end? It was just never confirmed. Hmm, kinda don't think Ri Jeong Hyuk would disgrace his family (even though deceased) by defecting to SK. But then again, I am not into CLOY very much, so the effort spent on drama and characters details are not meticulous.

How is MLFTS not far-fetched? Until now, that is the most unsatisfying part of the drama for me. LOL. Felt like she just made up a wormhole without giving us a good explanation, like any other Kdrama's fantasies. Sigh.

Didn't this only arise from the scandal with Kim Sae Ron where she deliberately posted a face-sticking-face pic of herself and Soo Hyun on her IG story and then delete it? And there was news article where he said he'll marry someone much younger, but never seen the video, so might be taken out of context or joking (link). There had been no sightings or report of him dating anyone, so it's all speculations.

 

That said, who doesn't like younger girls/boys? Hahahaha! My Oppa is getting younger as each year passes.

 

I'm rewatching One Ordinary Day, but it is too heavy, hard to continue.
