@Dhakra @bairama I definitely find baking harder than cooking. When I was obsessed with perfecting my macarons, I read a lot about it — how the egg white must be of room temperature and that the mixing bowl and egg white cannot have any contaminant/residue. A difference in steel, aluminium or glass bowl result in good or bad meringue etc. You cannot under or over mix the macaron batter. Macaron and its feet formation depend on all these little but significant details. Lots of chemistry involved. A little bit of something you change, changes everything! Like this time my dark chocolate chip cookies are not turning out the way it used to and I have no idea why. It's still tasty but the texture is super hard!

Kim Soo Hyun And Cha Seung Won Gear Up For Upcoming Criminal Drama At First Script Reading Coupang Play released stills from the first script reading for their first original series “One Ordinary Day.” “One Ordinary Day” is a Korean remake of the BBC show “Criminal Justice.” In the upcoming version, Kim Soo Hyun will star as Kim Hyun Soo, an ordinary college student that is designated as a suspect in a murder case overnight. Cha Seung Won will star as Shin Joong Han, a low-class lawyer with no interest in the truth. The series will be directed by Lee Myung Woo, who previously led projects such as “Punch,” “Whisper,” and “The Fiery Priest.” On September 30, the two actors were joined by Kim Sung Kyu, Lee Seol, and more for the first script reading. Kim Soo Hyun led the team through intense scenes with his fervent glances and passionate tone of voice. His deep emotional connection with his character opened way to Cha Seung Won, grew a beard and tied up hair to match his character. He added to the energy of the room with his compelling acting that worked well with his physical transformations. The other actors followed suit, with Kim Sung Kyu’s charisma coming through with his character Do Ji Tae, one that sits at the top of the food chain within the prison. They read a mission card or letter describing the request from a non-celeb person about fashion e.g. last episode the guy asked them to pick out a set of clothes so that he can go audtition for an acting role. So both of them choose a set they think suit the occasion. They then deliver it to the guy in person. The guy tries both sets out and chooses which set he likes best. The chosen set means the person who picks the clothes wins. Last episode, it was 1 vs 1 between Rowwon and KwangHee. This episode I don't know who this guy is.

Based on the manhwa (Korean comic) of the same name, “The King’s Affection” will tell the story of a pair of royal twins, one male and one female. Although the sister is initially abandoned for being female, she later disguises herself as a man to become the crown prince when her brother dies. Park Eun Bin will star in the drama as Lee Hwi, the crown prince with a shocking secret, while SF9‘s Rowoon will star as male lead Jung Ji Woon, who is Lee Hwi’s teacher. Concerning her new role, Park Eun Bin commented, “If the setup of a woman disguised as a male who is a serious king is the beginning of a story that twists everyday life, the scenes derived from it may seem strange sometimes and refreshing at other times. The story will flow naturally, but there are moments when common relationships will get overturned.” However, the process of portraying a perfect prince who excels in literary and martial arts wasn’t easy. Park Eun Bin admitted that she needed time to train herself. She practiced horseback riding and stunts and made an effort to look as natural as possible as a woman who grew up as a man. She even had to pay attention to the tone of her voice so that it subtly changed depending on the person she was with. This role required her to be extra meticulous and detailed. According to Park Eun Bin, Lee Hwi had to become stronger and firmer because she has a secret to protect. In other words, Lee Hwi had to make sure to be perfect in everything.
