  1. @Tofu That's 10-11 hours for 7 dramas (mixture of 1 or 2 episodes for the drama) vs 18 hours for 9 dramas (2 episodes each drama).  Hahahaha. Feel like more and more dramas are going to go for one episode per week format now. I'm not sure I'll like that even though I did start off watching 1 episode per week of TW or JP dramas. I'll just have to increase the no. of dramas to compensate hahahaha except sometimes it is not possible if there are no good dramas on all at the same time.

Finished ep.4, and I will keep on watching because of Yoon Park haha... I’m the most intrigued by his double roles here. Ep.3 was a smoother watch and although so far there are still bits of the lines that are confusing, still watchable.

Yes. Agree with Yoon Park's double roles and waiting for the show to show all its cards.

    ** spoiler alert **

    Episode 8

LOLLLL the imaginations of Young Do's friends are ruining the image of Young Do and Da Jung :lmao2:@SilverMoonTea Should we use it to trick Tofu to watch it? :lmao2:

Other than this absurd, imaginary scenes I generally enjoyed this episode again. I laughed my head off with the gingerbread part to the ripped shirt. I wonder what did Young Do respond that made Da Jung so happy. Did he perhaps send her a gif carrot like she ask for or more? Did they confirm their relationship, that is why she's happy??

I also enjoyed the part of Da Jung with Ian and Aidan. This Ian has issues but I love how he's softening and falling for Da Jung, in particularly her logic in the names is knocking on his heart. LOL. He craves for love, this much we can tell. He seems to also crave for family. I'm sad that regretfully Ian is antagonistic towards Young Do. The ending scene is a bit creepy. Just exactly who the heck is that guy who left Ian the paper flower?! Ian seems puzzled by it himself, not recognising the meaning behind it whereas Da Jung completely freaks out ... obviously the tension arises again as Young Do appears and hinted at the love triangle that's slowly forming between the three. Gosh, the cliffhanger.

It really is slow burn romance, lol. Good for you. I am starting to like Ga Young a bit more now and I thought it was adorable how she calls Da Jung & Young Do in the car, and her conversations with them made her idol boyfriend laughs, finds her cute and adores her even more, especially each time she addresses him as her boyfriend.

My concern for this drama lies with the story-telling. And because it takes forever for the mystery bit to be solved, it worries me that the writer perhaps doesn't have much up her/his sleeves on this murder mystery, which is why more time is spent on the romance stuff.

P.S. Oh right, I also forgot I like the bit Young Do narrates about hugs.

What were they even saying? That whole statement was completely spineless...the govt just don't want to upset the netizens.

LOL, it's like one of the reports I soon will be writing to our customer... xD

"We acknowledge there is an issue. However we cannot give you any definite promise it won't happen again. We are looking into a solution to resolve this issue".

... except this statement is much better crafted in bullshitting than mine. :lmao2:

I will be heading into the office tomorrow(Thursday) so that will give Taylor a decent drive.

I will also make effort to get bubble milk tea while in the city. hahahah its been tooo long.

Its funny coz like we have lockdown lifted but theres still quite a few rules still in place.

Ah, it's Taylor. I was thinking the other day that "I remember TraNz named his car but ... what is it again?" xD I will try not to forget you named her (girl?) after Taylor Swift.

Ooo bubble tea. Colleagues had bubble milk tea take away yesterday but I didn't join them (trying to be good since I was already drinking fizzy drink). Which shop will you be getting from since there's so many in the city.

Heard there's a new local case detected so we're not completely fool-proof yet. Just let me have my nice dinner and run some errands, and then they can go back to lockdown again later... tsk.

  5. @Tofu Yeah I read about some of you guys' drama viewing habits. I don't know/think it will be easy to pin-point who exactly watches more all at the same time! For me, at one point, I really was watching 9-10 dramas per week without FF. So that was a lot but I haven't been watching this many anymore since going back to the office. I also play catch-up on the less addictive ones on Fri night and weekend. I'm watching 7 dramas now, which is breezy because only 10 hours per week due to most of them airing one episode per week. I'll watch the movie Hard Hit this week too.

There's also less dramas to watch because the Big 3 are not doing well anymore so they are reducing drama production. Plus some were affected by either COVID or scandals.

@JenL C-dramas dropping 10 episodes all at one go would be beneficial isn't it? They tend to be shorter (not 1 hour+ like Kdramas) so minus the opening and ending credits, it's probably about 30-40 mins isn't it? I'd just binge it all. I remember binging 35 episodes of Scarlet Heart on YouTube. I think at first I just watch what I want then I re-watch it all again and then read the novel. I remember binging The Moon That Embraces the Sun in less than 2 days (sacrificing sleeps). The love I had for KSH then because of Do Min Joon. :lmao2: And then I regret after because I ran out of KSH's dramas to watch.
