Synopsis

Blind is tvN’s new mystery thriller drama that highlights the story of people who are unfairly victimized because they are just ordinary people and the perpetrators turn a blind eye to the truth. The drama’s story will focus around detectives, judges, law school students, and jurors.

'Blind' Screenwriter Kwon Ki Kyung confessed to our society that he wanted to tell a story about many ordinary perpetrators.

 

The screenwriter Kwon Ki Kyung who wrote 'Andante' script also revealed his writing and spectating points on August, 30.

 

'Blind' is a drama that tells the story of ordinary citizens who became unfair victims to confront injustice and the perpetrators who closed their eyes and deeds. Writer Kwon Ki Kyung usually likes courtroom and investigative films, said, "I wanted to write a court thriller, so I came up with an idea and became interested in the jury system." About the title 'Blind', he said, "It has the meaning of 'people who ignore the uncomfortable truth'. It contains the dark side of our society that knows the truth but ignores it for various reasons.” He continued, “I wanted to tell the story of what makes people in difficult situations come up and tell the story of ordinary perpetrators through their existence.”
