  1. I upgraded my iQiyi subscription to VIP Premium just so I can watch all the episodes but honestly, it felt like I paid extra to cry extra. I'm going to put in spoilers so I don't ruin it for those who haven't seen...
  2. I don't know if I made it before the deadline but here's my guess for the bonus video PS. LOOOOVVEEE the video! Great job @bairama!
  3. This is the cake I got but they didn't package the cake as nicely for me to take a photo so I just grabbed a photo of what it should look like from the web. It's white chocolate cheesecake Happy 1st Anniversary JangHaven!!
  4. I may be the odd ball here but I actually like how it ended. Mind you, I didn't read nor was I familiar with the webtoon so I am just going by the drama itself. A few things that I liked about the final episode: Na-Bi's sculpture getting destroyed - I thought it was interesting that at Na-Bi's lowest point, it was Jae-Eon who showed up and helped her through it. Throughout the drama, Jae-Eon was selfish in that he seemed to only care about his feelings and what was convenient for him. But this act of helping Na-Bi was the one thing that told me he really cared for her. He helped despite knowing that he wasn't getting anything out of it. He knew how much the exhibit meant to her so he did it for her. The two of them working alongside each other was a nice testament to how well they work together because in a way, they understood each other and had a certain comfort level with each other. Jae-Eon saying goodbye - I've always thought of Song Kang being a good actor and this scene was so well done. You can clearly see the sadness in his eyes and how he struggled to keep his composure as he was saying good bye to Na-Bi. He kept his promise that he would disappear after he has helped her with her piece and he kept his word. For someone who Na-Bi had a hard time trusting, the fact that Jae-Eon kept his word meant that he was capable of doing exactly what he promised to do because it concerned her and for once, he was more concerned about her feelings and her wants. We know from previous episodes how aggressive Jae-Eon can be when he's going after what he wants. But in this final episode, he was very respectful and very aware of Na-Bi. He was putting her first. I also appreciated the part where he tells Na-Bi that she is happiest when she is working. He wanted her to be happy and he was willing to support her in anything that made her happy. It was also what gave her the confidence boost she needed in her work. The separation - I thought it was good that they actually spent time apart. It was good in that it allowed both of them to really think about what the other person meant to them and sort out their feelings. Because there was such a strong attraction between them and all the time they spent with each other, doing all things couples normally do (plus sleeping together), it was hard for them to gain perspective. The reunion - again, Jae-Eon choosing to look at Na-Bi's piece in secret and alone was so out of character for him. He came without expectation, out of her sight. The sadness and desperation in his eyes in this scene.. you can see how broken he really was even in the way he asked her if he still had a chance... I also liked that Na-Bi, at this point, was choosing to just go with it. She's finally choosing to see where things go with Jae-Eon despite not knowing where it's going to lead. For me, this was a bit of a breakthrough for her because she was clearly traumatized by her previous relationship and this was a sign that she was ready to start a new relationship. Every relationship has risks - no one really knows if it's going to work out or not and when you let someone in, there's always a chance you're going to get disappointed or hurt. The more you love, the more it hurts. But to me, this scene told me that Na-Bi was ready for whatever it brings. To me, this was also emphasized in the last scene where she's walking hand-in-hand with JE and she sees DH through the window. For a moment, her hand slacks at the site of DH - fully aware of what she chose to let go. And the moment she grasps JE's hand tightly again is a re-affirmation of her being at peace with her choice to be with JE come what may. On the other characters... It was so cute when Bit-Na had to say her password out loud! Awww.. I just love the two of them together. They really compliment each other. I also found the two seniors cute together (I can't remember their names right now). Do-Hyeok... I still don't know why he liked Na-Bi so much and why he kept pursuing her despite knowing that she liked Jae-Eon. I'm glad Na-Bi was honest with him though.
  5. Haha I knew of someone who shared the same views as JE.. but whether they would admit it or not is another thing.. Thanks @bairama! I am curious to see how it's going to end.
  6. Had to laugh at the last question on the poll. @SilverMoonTea 100%
  7. The romance style video didn't include Bit-Na and HK.. From the video, I am more of a Sol - keeps feelings hidden. LOL but I may also be an HK (except he wasn't included so I don't know what it would have been).
  8. Gosh, Yang Yang is so handsome! He truly has great facial features. I was watching that clip you posted @bairama and I can't help but stare at his beautiful face.. the perfect nose bridge, that smile! UGH!! I'm DYING!!
  9. @TRaNz you had me laughing so hard at that meme you posted with different movie posters and "No progress" for Na-bi and Jae-Eon. I actually liked this weekend's episode much better than last weekend's. I am very happy to see that the side-characters' issues have been resolved. See the magic of proper communication? As for DH, I am unclear as to why he likes Na-Bi so much that he's choosing to pursue her despite Jae-Eon. What I appreciate though, is the fact that he chose to tell Na-Bi that he was there that night and saw her and Jae-Eon go into her place. It's like he's telling her, "Look, I know there's more between you and Jae-Eon, I am aware of what's likely transpired between the two of you and yet, I still like you" . I feel like this is important because Na-Bi feels that she is unworthy of DH because she's been sleeping around with Jae-Eon without being in a relationship. This is the side of Na-Bi she didn't want DH to see. So in a way, at least to me, it felt like DH getting to know this side of Na-Bi and telling her he accepts it. As for Jae-Eon, I like that scene where he thinks to himself, "I am not used to how I am when I'm with Na-Bi". I truly think he wasn't prepared to like her as much as he does and he doesn't know how to deal with it. For once, he is on the losing end. He lost the upperhand. He lost control. He was always careful to draw a line but he himself couldn't help crossing it. I think the issue here is that because he's not used to feeling this way, he doesn't know how to handle jealousy well either and he's getting desperate in hanging on to her. Unfortunately, even if his feelings are sincere now, it might be too late as Na-Bi is slowly starting to realize that Jae-Eon does not make her feel good. Despite the attraction, she is always felt feeling insecure. This is why it really hit home when DH asked her, "Was there ever a time you felt secure with Jae-Eon?". I was curious to see how she'd react if Jae-Eon were to ask her to officially date. And this episode clearly showed that despite Jae-Eon asking her to "go out", she couldn't trust him. Her first instinct was to doubt the sincerity of his words. "Did he really mean it?" and I think she's beginning to realize that even if she dates him, she might always feel insecure. Na-Bi likes Jae-Eon that's for sure. However, he can't give her the sense of security DH can. And perhaps she's thinking that Jae-Eon is only asking her to date because he feels threatened by DH.
  10. Same! I reckon I'm going to have a hard time focusing on the actual lecture and instead focusing on how good he looks. What what what?!!!! On one hand I am so happy I don't have to wait for new episodes but on the other hand I'm sad it's going to bi finishing already! How do I move on from YY?? I am not ready!!!
  11. @Tofu Don't worry I started watching and I'm now on ep 2.
  12. I just watched ep 25-26 but subs weren't available so I have no idea what they're actually saying. Just wanted to say Yu Tu just looks hot whatever he's wearing - from his regular everyday clothing to his "professor with glasses" look to rugged man in the desert. Did you guys happen to catch how Yu Tu kisses JingJing on the chin at times and then moves on to her lips? So sensual!
  13. oh I don’t mind at all! I love finding out what is coming. Something to look forward to!
  14. @bairamayes! I love that photo of Yang Yang! So refined and DASHING!! Oh I only have until ep 24 on YAMG on WeTV.
  15. Very late to the party but I've been meaning to watch this and just couldn't find the time. A few of the dramas I was watching finally ended so I was able to give this one a watch. I wasn't sure how I felt about it after watching the first 2-3 episodes but I was hooked shortly after. Although I am not a fan of esports per se, I really appreciated how this drama portrayed the lives and challenges of those in the esports industry. I've seen other esports dramas such as Go Go Squid and Gank Your Heart but I felt that Falling Into Your Smile told the story a bit better. I thought the story was well-written and really love Xu Kai's lines as Lu Sicheng. I felt that his character was well-written and his character had depth and wisdom. This is my first time seeing Xu Kai and was really impressed with him. I might go and check out his other dramas when I have some more time. Cheng Xiao could have portrayed her character a bit better but I felt that she did well in at least portraying the innocence of Tong Yao considering that her character is young and new to the esports world. The chemistry between Xu Kai and Cheng Xiao was quite good and really enjoyed all their scenes together. I was surprised at how forward Sicheng was after they finally started dating. I was like "woah! hold your horses buddy!" it seemed like he was always wanting to kiss and bed her (not that I'm complaining! I never complain about kisses and lots of affection!) Overall, I really enjoyed this drama.
  16. All caught up with the episodes and I have to say I'm really loving the playful banter between Yu Tu and JingJing. Here are my favourite scenes: When Yu Tu mimicked JingJing's responses to his mother but to her parents When Yu Tu asked JingJing whether she would allow his genes to influence hers.. When Yu Tu told JingJing that he would "take the initiative" and that it would be up to her to tell him when it's inappropriate. As soon as they started dating, he was very quick to manipulate the situation so that either he spends the night at her place or she spends the night at his place. Especially that part where he pretends to lose the game over and over so that it ends up getting so late! Naughty Yu Tu!! I have to admit I am loving this side of him! I didn't see the part where the paparazzi were caught by the government though.. is that in the coming episodes? I love that both JingJing and Yu Tu have this playful side to them. Cannot wait to see the rest of the episodes! What do you guys think the challenge is going to be? Maintaining the long distance relationship?
  17. I'm glad that at least Na-Bi was honest with Do-Hyeok in saying that his timing was off as she is not in a position to enter into a relationship with him. However, I still don't understand why, if Na-Bi wanted more from Jae-On, doesn't she just tell him. Give the guy an ultimatum! Ugh, and Jae-On.... I just want to smack him in the back of his head. Seriously dude, if you like Na-Bi so much and are afraid to lose her, then date her properly! I have to admit that I felt for Na-Bi when she cried as Do-Hyeok was confessing to her. She felt guilty and pathetic because here's Do-Hyeok, a nice guy and she's messed up in that she knows there likely isn't a future with Jae-On but can't seem to tear herself away from him either. I am curious to see how Bit-Na and Kyu-Hyun are going to end up. See, with both Kyu-Hyun and Yeon-Sol, they've told their respective "partner/friend" how they truly feel. At least, the other person knows where things stand. With Na-Bi and Jae-On, we're stuck in this constant sleeping together while we figure out what they truly want.
  18. @abs-oluteM yes! In Love is Sweet, they practically made out on the office floor. Ah! I forgot about Love Designer but yes! They had amazing chemistry and kissing scenes there. I remember this one scene where they’re kissing on the sofa and her mom walks in on them and you can see Reba’s mouth and surrounding area was red from all the kissing! If I recall correctly, professional single also had some good kissing scenes.
  19. @mademoiselle I don't actually know what the criteria is for "hot" topic. It's not something we set. I don't think it looks at the amount of members engaging but rather the amount of posts. @bairamait's rare to see a C drama with intense kissing. At least I haven't seen a lot of them other than Love Is Sweet. And both leads (YY and DD) make it seem natural. And the fact that they're both so good looking is adding to the hotness factor.
  20. What is on my mind you ask? Yang Yang kissing (on repeat).

    1. bai

      bai

      ROFL GLORY GLORY

    2. movingwheel

      movingwheel

my mind replays him biting her lips !!!! and leaving those trail of kisses.... they were dreamy...***Wink***Wink***

  21. @bairama when I say I'm stuck here, I meant it. I'm supposed to be getting ready to go to the dentist and yet I am here, hitting the refresh button just to see the most recent post and hoping for more YY and DD kissing scenes.. YY as Yu Tu ... gah! I'm going to need buckets of water to drink from all this hotness.
  22. Funny because I was also wondering why this thread was so hot and I checked it out and saw all YY and DD kissing and now I'm stuck here fangirling hard Yang Yang is definitely my oppa flavour of the month
  23. I think YY and Dilreba kiss in YAMG is THE BEST of all of YY's kisses because DD is kissing him back and the eyes and body language are perfect I've been watching and watching all of their kissing scenes... sooooo HOOOTTT!! Like you @bairama YY is KILLING ME!! He's definitely my oppa right now.
  24. @Tofu I edited my answer for C Drama.. LOL I have no idea if that's right but oh well.....
