Because I’m obsessed with BinJin & food… They went to newly opened (July) high end teppanyaki style resto in Gangnam. Aft looking at the 9 course $255 usd summer signature course menu …This dish is fried crab w/caviar & bamboo shoot/tofu/sesame & a pea sauce.

 

Wando abalone cooked in soy butter, white kimchi persimmon ‘sushi’ and gosari bracken

 

Flamed sea bass with crispy skin that will be served with a sweet corn sauce.

 

Included in the courses are a melon amuse, uni beef tartare, lobster, beef tenderloin, fish/octopus cabbage roll, clams & scallop en papillote, fresh truffle fried rice, doenjang soup & salted caramel ice cream matcha hotteok pancake to finish & wine pairings for xtra $155 usd.

 

Just realized there’s a a typo (of course). It’s supposed to say 8 course meal not 9 because though there’s 10 items listed, the amuse bouche and mignardise at end don’t count as courses! The wine pairings are 8 pours for the corresponding 8 courses too!

2021 Korean Teppanyaki Dining, which was officially opened at the end of July.
The signature dinner course summer version lasted approximately 3 hours.

So fun and seamless quality of service🥂

Everything is flowing like water.
Where I had a completely satisfying time throughout my stay.

Wine sake, Korean traditional liquor, etc.
The mainstream menu is also selected with a variety of sensibilities.
Please note that the course menu changes from season to season!
(Setting to summer menu by August)
It is said that the fall menu will be changed from September)

I laughed a lot, ate satisfactorily.

Yes, though in 2017 I think he said he likes hearing both, but when it comes to his work he prefers act well. I think that's true for both of them, as well.
