Yoochun will be returning to the big screen after four years with the new film 'To Evil.'

 

In the main poster revealed, Yoochun was seen staring at something while walking on a bridge, wearing a formal suit and his hair neatly pulled up.

 

'To Evil' is a romance film that depicts the story of two individuals. Taehong (played by Yoochun) suddenly lost everything in one moment and Hong Dan, a woman who has nothing more to lose. The man and woman's story of facing each other while at the edge of their lives is depicted in the film. 'To Evil' will be released in theaters in October.

@Tofu You know, I thought this scene Lei Lei was emoting so well (3rd pic) but I can't find a GIF for it. Coz this scene is in the ending credit, it made me very curious why he made that expression and when I got to that scene, I could totally relate and had the Feelsss. And obviously it got me mad at Chang Ge since Sun was risking his life (for her) in the battle and she didn't want to leave when she had the chance. Grrrrr.

Lei was also super gorgeous in the white fluffy costume* but no GIFs.

I think I saw the poster before, it's Maid Revenge. Plot seems juicy :

 

After the fall of the Dong family, Dong Ting Yao seeks refuge at her fiance, Fang Yu Ze's home. Dong Ting Yao becomes a maid at the Fang residence, serving warlord Fang Tian Yi, the man who killed her father. Unbeknownst to Ting Yao, the true culprit is still at large as she struggles with the affection from Fang Tian Yi and Fang Yu Ze, prolonging her plans for revenge.

 

But seems the oppa is too flashy with his abs? 😅😆🤔 I have feeling I will fall to 2nd ML instead the ML. ML looks not my type somehow.... 

 

I saw review in MDL everyone watching this because the abs calling them, so @abs-oluteMyou might just wanna go & follow to your nature calling 🤣

No idea at all. Those packs just popped up on my feed & tweeter friend whom I talk sometimes to brought it up. LOL But naahhh I won't watch. Not a big fan of that era...plus I have so many kdramas as it is. 

I have no new adoptions...all the oppas I was hyped up about have been adopted from before...but maybe I will look out for this ML from Once Upon A Small Town. He's quite hot and has the right build plus he has a good gaze ( learned this expression  from @JenL)

@abs-oluteM If I'm super bored I might check out this drama to see if I can engage in it or not. When NF automatically play the preview after I finished an episode of other kdrama, I was intrigued by the premise until I found out who the FL was.

Yeahhhh, I'm still stuck on the same Oppas too. I'm liking the lead from Once Upon a Small Town too, Abs! He is cute! Not sure if adopted just yet....maybe on the eye candy tier. I think he's pretty, but I'm not digging around to find out more  But he's definitely on the radar now. Hahaha, I'm glad I have taught you something  yeah, that gazeeee  I mean every time he looks at the FL, I melt a little

Hahahaha, I may have subconciously thought that  But I think it's just from romance novel language:

 

"...She blushed when she felt his gaze upon her..."  I actually don't even read that many romance novels, but they always speak like this about their gazes.

 

@mademoiselle what's wrong with Joy? Just idol level acting? I think she's really cute in this series. The character works for her!

In chinese it probably can be substituted with "深情的眼神", huh? I never knew how to appropriately translate 深情 and 眼神 in English.

@mademoiselle I have four adoptions this year so far. I'm a bit unsure about Kim Min Gyu though. I might have to un-adopt him because I think I was just more interested in his character and not so much him....we'll see. I might just keep him on and forget about him like @SilverMoonTea and her adoptions.

Kim Min Kyu is cute. I adopted him too (but forgot). Technically last night after I asked you guys about this, I was wondering who were the first two Oppa I adopted other than Lei Lei. Completely forgotten.

Prominent that I really love : Cheng Yi, J oppa Tomoya, Nam Gil . Actually that @JenL@TofuNam Yom Su left over guy also so cute. And idk why I still deeply in love with Seo Kang Joon too, as I kept seeing him in other oppas like@abs-oluteMsaid

 

My wish all these oppa stay scandal free. I also have my fair share of scandalous oppa like Kang Ji Hwan, Park Yoo Chun.

Those were my adoptions too!! Haha! My other two were Jeremy Tsui and Wang He Di. Jeremy was my favorite adoption this year. I think Wang He Di was because of his character so I might forget about him soon.

I think so! I tend to think of gazing as that type of really slow, deep look that someone gives - sometimes full of love, sometimes just checking someone out 

 

I'll tell you what I hate translating: 放电 

 

Honestly, people say it's chemistry or enticing someone...and I guess I translate it like that when I have to...but like it's has a more poetic or visual expression in Chinese than English that's for sure. And it makes sense!

4 is a lot! Hahahaha, I've lost track of how many I have but I think it's less than 4. I can't even count KTO since he was technically adopted already...but just bumped up massively from eye candy to VERY important in my life 

 

I've got to go back and see what I watched this year

Aw Nam Yoon Su! I have a confession: While I really like him as an actor, I can't stand his photoshoots. He wears the weirdest clothes in modelling

Ahahahaha... "fang dian" is indeed hard. Maybe it'd be better to use emoji to express it. LOL!

 

I have another one that I wish there's an English word for i.e. "撒嬌". Whyyyyy? Why isn't there a direct/literal English word for this when Korean (aegyo), Japanese  and even Malay (manja) have equivalent? People think it is "act cute" but "act cute" doesn't even cover everything about. It can be "whine" as well but whine comes across as a negative.

He's eye candy in many dramas but the impression isn't as lasting so you kinda just forget after getting hook on another drama(s). LOL
